Very rude technician. Failed to knock upon arrival i only noticed he was here when I went to let my dog outside to go potty. I waited all morning for them. He then goes to the front door where he tells me he needs in the backyard I told him to let me go put my dog away. He failed to tell me the dog had already gotten out. I noticed the gate was open as soon as I let my dogs out but was busy getting one inside when the other left the Property. I had to carry my 55 lb dog back home (luckily safe and sound) while 7 months pregnsnt and thr technician was LAUGHING and extremely rude saying he needed the gate open. I said I understand but he should have made his arrival know before entering which he did not do. He refused service and left. The whole time he spoke to me he was condescending and acted like I was a child and when I was upset about my dog he was just smiling the whole time it was really sick. When I went to file a complaint he lied and said he knocked upon arrival and let himself in the back assuming I didnt want to talk. They refused to take accountability and originally refused further service leaving our gas off. They changed their mind and sent him back out with a very kind lady who was respectful for the rest of the interaction.

Horrible Service! If I could give zero stars, I would, I called to have an estimate done to re-pipe my home and install all new water lines. The man showed up spent a half an hour going through the house, and then said he would work up the estimate and call us in a couple hours. Then two days went by and I never heard anything from them so I called, they gave me an excuse about why they had failed to call me with the estimate and said they would get right on it and call me back within the hour. Another three days went by all of this time I sat with no water to my house waiting for an estimate that never came. I contacted another company. They got there gave me the estimate on the spot and had it done in two days. They are completely unprofessional do not care about customer service at all and will delay you and waste your time. I highly recommend using a different company because if their customer service is this bad there’s no telling how horrible there work is.

Didn’t want to drive there truck down my gravel road! Value equipment over clients. I drive a 100k dog rig down it daily with no damage! That doesn’t include the truck just the trailer! Choose someone else!
