ICS did not dry our sub-flooring sufficiently, or remove the amount of flooring they said that they would resulting in mold damage that they are not taking responsibility for.

The I am pleased with the work done and Ryan was great to work with. He stayed on top of things and had excellent communication!

The person who helped me is Sean, very kind, he was always in contact with me to tell me step by step about the remodeling, they did an excellent job and, above all, they finished in a few days.

Had a roof leak. Demetry (sp) and Blake came in, checked it out, made some calls, installed some fans and a dehumidifier, tarped the roof, AND made a customer. Great job.

Beware, check work and that they do what say and follow scope of work, get everything in writing as they go back on word. Pictures and documentation and dont back down. We are still battling and will be waiting for resolution.

Zac was the only positive we got to deal with but much to late after many mistakes that continie to be a problem. Ask for pictures of completed work, make sure they pack out properly, use right materials and have someone managing site appropriately.

Will update if and when agree and resolution is reached. Yes we have documentation on everything and pictures. Just want to warn others to check everything!

After an unforeseen water incident in our home we decided a kitchen update was overdue and not only had ICS repair the damage but to help with a complete update. Zac did a great job coordinating all of the subcontractors and keeping is informed with updates. He really went the extra mile in helping us to make sure it would be beutiful at the end of the project. I think any project has hiccups along the way and if you want a company that responds and resolves those timely, I would definitely recommend ICS. We always got a very quick response to any questions or concerns we had along the way. I love our new kitchen and it is exactly what we wanted.
