This was the best experience I have had for a very stressful situation, Demetri and Blake came out so so respectful and tried to reassure me every thing was ok. I was so worried because we have all black metal roofs and I had to beg them to come down and take a break from the heat. They are such hard workers and professional and even more helped me feel less panicked.

had a water heater flood my floor and stairs. Sean and ICS were the most consistent and professional part of the cleanup and insurance process. they made every deadline, and kept me in the loop on every step, plus the work is top notch. I don't want anymore disasters in my house, but I would happily employ ICS to manage any future project.

Took them almost 6 months to do the job, had to fire the sub contractor that they hired after almost 6 months of basically doing nothing, hired another sub contractor and he did the entire job in 7 days. The ics contractors only wanted to get paid, they where always asking for money, even when the job was not complete. Like now, we have a storage container in our drive way, it has been empty since the 20th. But they are asking for final payment, but I can't even park in my drive way.smh... worst experience with an company ever... if u could give a negative star, I would.

Erik and Sean were both so thorough and professional with the job of restoring the front of our house and garage door. Responded quickly to messages, their tradesmen were very professional and worked diligently to complete the work in a timely manner. Our insurance company chose the right business for the job.

ICS called first thing in the morning with their ETA and Mike and Jay were here sooner than their ETA.

They are some of the hardest working gentlemen we've ever had in our house and they made us both feel very at ease with them being in our house and are very efficient at their demo.

I definitely would recommend them as easy as they were to work with!!

Once insurance mediation got out of the way, and they hired the right contractor for the job. Ryan Wilder along with Ceaser Rios and his crew provided truly professional work. They diligently worked to resolve my issues with a master bath shower pan leak, removal and replacement. Even when they found a major underlying problem with the plumbing. They stopped the project, focused on the required repairs and go the job done right. Which I can truly appreciate getting things done correctly.

Sean went above and beyond during this process. He kept me informed of any possible delays and all updates. Sean’s crew did an amazing and super fast job on my flooring, both carpet and luxury vinyl. The guys were not only fast and efficient but also very clean. No mess left behind.

I was exceptionally happy with the men that installed my flooring. They were focused and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves each evening The supervisor Sean was so helpful through the whole process. I would definitely use them again for any further projects for my home.

The staff of ICS have such a plethora of knowledge and experience. I give special appreciation towards Sean and Zac. They are true professionals and yet caring to make sure we had a great experience without stress. The installers, Juan and Jobanie did the most professional job we've ever had!! I am so, so proud of our beautiful wood floors. We definitely trusted all these guys with our home and feel like they are part of our family. We highly recommend this company if you love perfection!!! They go beyond satisfaction.

ICS was a fantastic company to deal with. Sean went out of his way to ensure our water heater closet was complete before he’d even done the walkthrough, so we could get back to normal after our plumbing leak.

Gary did a fantastic job with the repairs, and we were kept informed every step of the way.

I was surely worried about my first floor flooding and the positive attitude and excellent customer service along with workmanship really made my experience excellent. Salute to the ICS Team.

1 star because I don’t have an option of 0 stars. After mold remediation was supposed to have been done, we found mold behind shower wall. Deadlines mean nothing. 2 months in and still no working bathroom. Faucets were purchased and have been waiting for installation. The vanity we selected could not be used per crew. Not sure why their communication between crew and contractor has been so crossed. Crew has left water running on exterior faucet, twice. They use my personal equipment (ladder, extension cords). They have dumped their grout bucket in my yard continuously. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I'm giving 3 stars because I've never used a service like this before so maybe my expectations were too high. I thought after insurance had approved everything that things would move rather quickly. But it took 3 weeks before my furniture was moved out after my meeting with ICS. The crew that was hired to lay the tile throughout my house was very difficult to work with and I wouldn't recommend them. They constantly used my belongings. They cut the tile in my garage rather than moving their saw outside, which made a huge mess covering everything with dust. We also lost another week because it took them over a week to cover things with plastic. Sean constantly had to talk with them about doing things the right way. I thank Sean for making sure that they used the correct spacers and they did a decent job getting everything level. Caesar and his team did an excellent job repairing the damage from the first crew. I really wish I could have had them from the start. They worked hard and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend Caesar and his team. One thing that I would recommend is even if they say you can leave some things on your walls, take it all down, curtain rods and everything. Pick up all your rugs, even if it's just an entry rug or in a room that shouldn't be affected, because it will get trashed.

Absolutely blown away by the incredible work done by ICS after a major flood in my home. A burst in my downstairs bathroom left everything soaked and damaged—I was devastated. But then came Raul, Aaron, and Mike, and let me tell you, these three gentlemen were absolute lifesavers.

They walked me through every step of the restoration process and took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. I honestly learned so much from them during the process—more than I ever thought I would about water damage, repairs, and home restoration.
