What can I say besides Guss and his team made my dreams come true!! I had 2 very outdated bathroom, I had a vision of what I wanted, explained it to Guss and got more so much more than I think I even expected. From start to finish Guss made sure he communicated with us every step of the way. Very professional, his team of guys were excellent! Our remodel took a little over a month, many of those days just his team was in our home, they are very professional and respectful, I never felt uneasy leaving my home in their hands. When I wanted to change a few thing in the middle of remodel Guss made it happen, we had a mishap during the upstairs remodel that caused a water leak, not only did Guss fix the problem he went above and beyond to repair the damage. Guss fixed the hole in my kitchen ceiling then repainted the ENTIRE ceiling and the walls in my kitchen/dining room. My kitchen looks better than before Guss started the job, and that wasn’t even what I contracted him for!! He is a man of his word and his clients approval/happiness is his number one goal. Ok, I ain't gonna sugarcoat this. Guss Construction is the best, most responsive, and hardest working contractor that I have ever hired. My wife and I have used Guss now for a bathroom remodel, a flooring replacement (carpet to wood and tile), they have added doors, replaced light fixtures, replaced siding, put in new support columns, installed fans, repainted the house, and several other things.

The price is always fair, the work is always completed to the highest standards, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Guss and his team make certain that you are 100% happy with their work before they are done.

Gus and his crew were on the job and finished in great time. We added walls to create a room and we are seriously pleased with the work. These photos are one day from completion. He built in a shoe rack and hangers in the closet. Couldn't be happier.

Guss is seriously my hero! We live in a rural area where permits aren’t required, so we were stunned to see what Guss and his team uncovered when they started the demo for our remodel. Any other contractor would have run from the crazy mess they found. Guss spent days trying to find a way to make it structurally right. I’m pretty sure our floors almost gave him a heart attack, but he found a way to make them solid and level. And they’re beautiful!! When my bathroom vanity was lost in transit, he spent half a day tracking it down to make sure I got what I wanted. I can’t believe this is my home. Everything they did far exceeded my expectations. We will never hire another contractor! No matter how busy he gets, he’s worth the wait!

Guss and his team saved the day. We renovated most of our bathroom. Our original contractor bailed out after partial demolition of our bathroom. We called Guss, and he arrived in 30 minutes! He made a plan that day to complete our bathroom.

Guss educated us on our options, costs, etc. He was able to manage all aspects of the project, Tile, plumbing, countertops, fixtures. He was showed up every day to ensure the work was going according to plan, and to guide us at every step.

His crew was very courteous. They kept the work areas clean, and were extra diligent with keeping the house as clean as possible while working. One of them even made friends with our cat! They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day of work.

I would definitely recommend Guss Construction, and I plan to use him for any other needs in the future.

We needed someone to update our ugly bathroom built in 1973 I ended up finding Gus on google because it seemed to be really difficult finding someone to do what was needing done . The communication was excellent from day one when he came to do the estimate up until they finished .I completely trusted them to be in my home while I worked . When I tell you Gus and his team took the vision from my brain and put it together so wonderfully I’m blown away!! They worked hard , the workmanship is unreal, they took their time and made sure it was done correctly … they did all the demo and clean up , rebuilt and entire shower did the tub wall redid all the plumbing and the flooring and more Gus added these really neat recessed lights I’m so happy with the bathroom. I included before and after pictures.

We found Guss Construction & Remodeling on the Better Business Bureau website with an A+ rating. Guss came out the next day to make estimates on an extensive list of projects. They began working a few days later and have done an excellent job replacing all of the exterior facia boards and soffits, and resetting all of our exterior doors, and sealing the thresholds.
As we are able, we will hire them back on the other projects.
They are very safe, bonded, professional and considerate with good communication.
Guss also picked up a door and transported it to us, out of pure kindness.

Guss Construction and Remodeling upgraded my bathtub to a walk in shower. The work was done very well and timely. The workers were very courteous and hard working. We love the finished product. It is very professionally done. Guss went out of his way to do extra work that was not part of our contract. I would highly recommend his Construction company for any home improvements or complete builds from the ground up. We will definitely be return customers when we remodel our kitchen or any other work we might need done. Again, we are very appreciative.

I will never shop here again. I purchase a refrigerator online that included free delivery and installation. I found out the only reason the installation is free is because it doesn't happen. The guy glanced at my old water line and said the standard line that they brought was too short. He never even looked for the water shut off valve to confirm that the line was too short. All he said was that I could exchange the water line for a longer one and I assumed that if I did that, home depot would get some else to come and finish the install. Turned out, I would have to install it myself. When I complained, the lady said the delivery guy didn't even note that he didn't install the water line. Why would he? And if I wanted to install it myself or hire a plumber I would have bought a refrigerator from a place that does not INCLUDE FREE INSTALLATION WITH PURCHASE. I didn't purchase the refrigerator from this place wanting them to only do a half ass job. It's bullshit. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

I usually love Home Depot! But I am very disappointed!! I purchased a water heater and had it installed it started at 744.00 for the water heater and install! The fact that it was an elevated area I knew I was going to be charged an extra 125.00 for labor and than possibly a little more to bring it up to code! That brought my purchase up to 1349.00 !! I had to have that water heater installed yesterday as my mom passed away 5 months ago and we are selling her house and closing next week! I sat and thought about how I felt totally taken advantage of for 1.5 hours of labor!! Basically I paid 411.00 for the water heater and almost 1000.00 dollars in parts and labor! I am very very disappointed with this!!!! If I had not needed it so bad I would have refused service!

DO NOT BUY the 2in1 GE Combo Washer. It doesn’t do anything they say. It takes about 4hours to wash and dry clothes. When its working. Had to return the first machine for a new one. They sent a GE technician and he didn’t even know how the machine worked. He just hooked up his laptop and said it checked out fine. This happened twice. Third time a new guy shows up and actually knew how to work on the stupid thing. Home Depot does not honor anything they just blame GE. If you call GE they blame Home Depot. The Home Depot manager is Alex. He ran and hid when I showed up. Home Depot will never get my business again and if you’re reading this you’re welcome. I now have a $2500 washer/dryer that takes all day to do simple job. Home Depot cant even swap out machines even if I pay the difference. Which means I’m done with them and I have reported them to the BBBureau. This was such an awful experience and a waste of time and money. On a happier note I went to Lowes and bought a refrigerator and everything went just fine.
