I have tried all pool companies. These guys seem to care, remember and are very knowledgeable

We set up an appointment on their website for them to come and talk to us about building a pool. They confirmed the appointment and never showed up. We sent them an email to determine what happened, and didn’t hear back.

The Service is very dependable and Honest! So greatful to have a company with expert technicians to trust and depend on. Thank you Pleasant Pools and Spas for taking care of my cement inground Pool!

Amazing services great quality and service

Piss poor company.. Very unprofessional. Was suppose to drain, remove debri and acid wash my inground pool. They only drained and removed most of the debri . My spa section is still dirty, the pool section is still waiting on the acid wash. The workers used my trash cans!!!! This is supposed to be a professional company. Each day they came (3) they were only here 60 to 90 mins. On the last day they were here I asked the worker in charged about my acid wash because he said they were gonna be done that day and he had the nerve to say and i quote " Filling the pool back up with water will remove the stain eventually" I could'nt do anything but walk away before I lost it... AND on top of that some of the sluge they drained on my lawn by my back fence they think i dont know but i got pics.... It shouldnt take a week for them to do what they did. they left my pool incomplete and so is that bill.!!!

Jennifer at Pleasant Pools was tremendous to work with. Her Team was perfectly on schedule and did a wonderful job of keeping us informed as well as on schedule. I would recommend Pleasant Pools and Jennifer Simmons to anyone looking to consider installing a pool.

Pleasant Pools is THE place in OKC if you are looking for a well built & well designed pool and pool system. I went to several pool places in and around the greater OKC area...some never called back, some were way overpriced and some were just flat out unprofessional. Immediately walking into Pleasant Pools I met Greg, the "pool extraordinaire", as I call him and we sat down and after going over a few designs and things I wanted included, he was able to quote a ballpark price within minutes. Obviously, as I tailored my design and desires he was still very patient and worked with me to help create a masterpiece, well within my budget. He uses computer graphics and puts animation to your dreams so you can see exactly what you're getting and how it's going to look in relation to your home and surrounding landscaping. I had to coordinate my pool design and final construction from Illinois due to my military service, but Greg was always willing to help and make a stressful situation...painless!
So, the pool has been installed for a little over a year now and the family is over the Moon with the final product. We never fail to get amazing compliments on our pool from whoever comes to visit. Thanks to Greg, he really does make dreams come true. If you want the best, stop in and see him, you will not be disappointed!

Lance, I really appreciate you writing your experience because I do not want to go through what you went through!!! I'm already going through that on a new home but I think I'm a little more lucky, my people actually do what they say and your hassle is definitely not on my agenda! I have easy access to build an underground pool by the end of the summer until they start developing more homes.... so I need to be picky here. Thanks!

Had them install a pool liner in my in ground pool and a new pool pump in 2016. The corners and steps were never fit properly. They did not level out the concrete under the liner so I have sink holes. Asked for them to check all the jets to make sure they were working properly, never received an answer as to if that happened despite me calling 3x to ask. Never got any directions for the new pool pump. Nor was I told that they were done, I had to call and see if they were. My liner did not make it past the 1st summer before it started pulling away at the corners. It is now 2018 and I am having another company install a new liner.

The staff is extremely educated and helpful in keeping your pool chemicals balanced. I have been going here for my pool for close to 20 years, Marisol is my go to gal, she knows just about everything you can know about pools I think. Thank you for making my summers fun and easy!

Pleasant Pools lived up to its name by providing us with a "pleasant" experience building our pool. Jennifer was very patient and extremely helpful in designing our pool. She went out of her way to help us make changes to our design and providing us with helpful suggestions and pictures of some of the design concepts we were considering. They were actually able to start our pool a week earlier than scheduled and it was completed in 6 weeks. Ted and Jennifer were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. They quickly moved a piece of equipment that was making a vibrating noise. We love how our pool turned out. It was even better than we imagined. We now have our own backyard resort as our friends call it! We would highly recommend Pleasant Pools and Spas if you are considering building a pool. They will do a great job and be with you through the whole process.

I will say this time and time again. Tedd with pleasant pools is an amazing owner. They built my pool 4 years ago and still answer my call and help assist with everything as if I was still a current client. Service after the sale means something to them! Thank you Tedd!

Pool was not level with our property as we were told it would be. As a result, every time it rains dirt washes in. We now have to wait for a new company to repair this. The concrete is cracking and chipping. We also found install communication poor. Their “pool class” is a (maybe) a 10 minute discussion and a binder for help. The binder was very helpful.

Scheduled a service appointment to have my pool heater repaired/replaced. The appointment date came and went, I even called that morning to confirm. They no showed/no call. I called back the next morning to see what was up and they had the audacity to tell me that the appointment was for a different date…. This is after I called to confirm the morning of the original date. Hard pass.

BEST pool building experience we could have hoped for! From dig to swim, it was constant professionalism and integrity from our pool builder. If you want zero headaches and issues afterwards, hire the best to begin with!

This company has been in the pool building business long enough to have the entire process streamlined incorporating contractors who have worked with them for many, many years. We LOVE our Pleasant Pool and Spa! And would HIGHLY recommend.

Pleasant Pools installed my pool 8/2000! Yes, that’s right! 22 years ago!! And it’s still going strong.
I had a vinyl liner pool installed in my backyard and added extra decking.

I’ve only had to change the vinyl liner one time, and I have replaced the original pump and filter. But the pool frame, plumbing, and decking have held up well with only minor repairs over the years.

I highly recommend pleasant pools.
