Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us with the entire process, working directly with our insurance. He even trimmed a few limbs that were touching my roof, so they wouldn't rub on the new one! Overall fantastic job, highly recommended!

Could not have had a better experience! Rob from Mallard came out and inspected the roof and confirmed it needed to be replaced. I contacted my insurance company and when their adjuster came out, Rob was there to meet with him. After the inspection, the adjuster agreed with the need for the new roof and we took care of the paperwork right then, Rob took care of everything else! The roofing crew that came out was very friendly and went above and beyond to insure that they protected the flower beds and yard while removing and installing the new roof. The roof looks great and more importantly doesn't leak!

Mallard will be my go-to referral for any roofing needs in OK. I moved away but my grandparents live there still and Mallard just replaced their roof. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and took amazing care of my grandparents’ home during the process.

Mallard Construction did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. The salesman, Stephen Beam, was very helpful and provided many excellent suggestions. He went above and beyond my expectations and the entire company followed suit. They even informed me of a veterans rebate for using GAF materials! The crew was done in less then a day, so I came home to a new roof and a clean yard. Since I have two kids I went around the house myself with a magnet to pick up any nails they missed. I didn't find any!

7 years ago Mallard Construction replaced my roof that was totaled in a hail storm. We had a tornado in Lawton OK with lots of hail damage ..Ray with Mallard remembered me as a customer and reached out to me and offered me a courtesy check just to be sure there was no damage! This is great Customer Service and very much appreciated!

Chris Hard works hard to make sure You're taken care of. I explained to Chris that my wife and I just had a baby and we have Christmas coming up, so things are pretty tight for us and we are on a strict budget but need a new roof. Chris has been polite, patient, helpful, informative and reassuring through this process so far, considering this is my wife and I's first roof job and we have a lot of questions and concerns. Shout out to Chris, great customer service, man!

It's frustrating enough having to deal with the wrath of mother nature here in Oklahoma but recently the worst part of dealing with this isn't the physical damage but rather the endless solicitation from roofing contractors wanting to "inspect your roof".

Placing yourself on the federal no-call list doesn’t make much difference, these folks will call and text anyway. The last storm that moved through created another opportunity and the result is we got multiple calls and knocks daily for weeks which is incredibly frustrating when we both work from home.

Matt from Mallard Construction and Roofing “called” today to get added to the list of folks I won’t do business with, presenting me with a pre-recorded robo-message, and then followed up with a text. Again, I’m on the no-call list, but that apparently doesn’t matter, I got the unsolicited call/txt anyway. What’s worse is they are just fishing as they haven’t been out here, they are simply blasting calls and text messages to anyone who lives in a general area. Perhaps my roof is fine, or it has been replaced? Doesn’t matter, they are going to call and bother you anyway.

This isn’t just frustrating, it’s illegal.

From the initial inspection, to working with our insurance adjuster, to checking in during the build and following up after the build. The crew was professional, courteous, timely and did a great job cleaning up. Trying to find a reliable, trustworthy roofing company is hard.... This company is the most obnoxious, aggressive people we have ever dealt with. They have inundated our gated neighborhood where no soliciting is allowed and have driven us all crazy. we have escorted them off the property only to see them walk back in minutes later.They have told lies about their work, telling homeowners they were hired by the HOA to inspect their roofs. This is untrue. We have them on a ring camera video telling the homeowner so many bald face lies, it was unbelievable. Today, they sat up a tent on city property next to our neighborhood and when asked to leave, they laughed! I have told everyone I know not to use this company. They may be great at roofing, but the disrespect they have shown our homeowners overrides ideas we might have about hiring them. I wish I could give negative stars!!

We had a great experience using Mallard for our roof replacement. Our account manager, Jerry, was very nice and extremely helpful. He walked us through every step of the process. He and his team were knowledgeable and always responsive. The crew that came to do the work was respectful, punctual, and fast. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it's backed up with a 10-year warranty. A small issue we had several weeks later was taken care of immediately. Having a roof replaced is not particularly fun, but these guys made it as enjoyable as possible. I can't give a better recommendation than to say that I will definitely use Mallard again.

Mr Jayden Welch come to our house to do a roof inspection. Treated us with respect, and explained everything what he found. He look very young but his knowledge is huge. He gave us options, and time so we can decided what we would like to do. I am sure our collaboration will be for a long time because I will not call anybody else. Thank you one more time. We had two lovely you men to check our roof today as this company had put a new roof on our home in Nov 2022 when we moved here from San antonio in Aug 2022. Mr Brown put on a beautiful new roof on the home we purchased that Nov 2022. We are very satisfied with this company and you will be too!

Mallard completed my roof and did a great job. It was shocking how fast it was completed and the cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they were here. Jayden and Shelby showed up at the end of the job to make sure that everything went well. I would highly recommend Mallard for your roof replacement.

After a hail/high wind storm we called Mallard Construction and Roofing to do a free inspection of our roof. They were professional from the start and prompt to check for any damage. Thankfully our roof passed inspection and they have certainly gained our business in the future.
