Constraction reviews in Moore, Oklahoma

Thank you mallard Jayden was a great representative to work with me and my budget and they did an amazing job. He also followed up to make sure i was satisfied with the work and made himself available to any questions i had. Great work at mallard construction...

First off, Jayden is NOT JT. There is one SUPERB individual I would recommend handle your roofing job, and it's not Jayden, though I'm sure he'll do. If you can, gat a hold of JT Jerrett. From the moment he knocked on my door to politely ask us if we'd like a near-free roof replacement, to the moment we got our solar panels reinstalled on our brand new roof, JT has been the single source of credible information, fighting the whole time for our interests, even over Mallard's. Insurance agencies do NOT fight for you, but this guy will. In the end, we received three insurance checks, each one marked "payed in full", each time he was able to walk us through the process of understanding what we are owed by insurance, what the laws are, and what we can do about it. Mallard is an upstanding company that gives that sort of latitude and training to the hardest working and most trustworthy set of employees I've ever had the good fortune of stumbling across. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Jayden came out and check our roof for damage. Fortunately, we didn’t need a complete roof replacement, but he did recommend some minor maintenance. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely contact Mallard when my roof needs to be replaced.

Mallard Construction and Roofing Co is the best!! They are very professional, and give personal attention to all the details.
They dealt with my insurance company and my claim was approved quickly. My new shingles arrived on time and two days later a crew was out to do the roof.
The roofers arrived bright and early and went right to work covering my shrubs and flowers so none of the tear off would bother them. They worked consistently all day and when finished they made sure there was not a nail to be found in my yard or driveway. A supervisor had come out during the day to make sure all was proceeding as planned and he came back out after the finish to inspect the job.
These are dependable and honest people at Mallard Construction and Roofing and I feel secure recommending them to everyone.

Mallard Roofing is absolutely top-notch! Their team is professional, prompt, and does outstanding work. It’s clear they take pride in being locally owned—great service with a personal touch. Highly recommend!

Mallard Roofing did a great job replacing the roof on our house after a terrible hail storm. Jayden was very helpful and answered all questions we had before, during and after the process. Their work crew was very professional and they completed the job swiftly and safely ! I would recommend Mallard to anyone wanting the job done right, without any hesitation !!

Leaving a review for Braden Kirkland, he is super professional and super easy to talk too.

Great customer service. John, Brice and Jamie were very professional. 5 stars!

Jayden Welch was incredibly helpful and navigated my roof replacement and insurance information from start to finish. I didn’t have to call my insurance company a single time! Jayden also came to my house the day after the storm when we were out of town to make sure the roof wasn’t leaking and did not recommend expensive temporary tarping. I will be calling Jayden and Mallard Roofing for any roofing needs I have in the future!

We had a wonderful experience with Mallard. This was my family’s first time going through this process and while our insurance provided little to no help, Mallard guided us every step of the way. Jayden stayed in contact with us, Vicki was patient with our process, and everyone provided excellent work on our roof. Everyone was friendly and respectful. A team of hard worker.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received! The team arrived quickly and got my roof fixed without any hassle. They were efficient, professional, and really know their stuff. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend this awesome group!

Great experience. Very professional and friendly service. Everyone we've worked with has been enthusiastic and make you feel like old time friends.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jayden. We had a difficult process dealing with the insurance on our claim but Jayden did a fantastic job handling all the details. He went above and beyond to get the job completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Mallard Roofing for any roofing needs and Jayden in particular.

Shelby did a fantastic job walking me through the entire roofing process, she is very good at communicating and keeping you updated. I would recommend Mallard roofing!!

Braden was very professional and so nice. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions.

I have used Mallard Construction twice now, one for roofing and another for skylights. Everyone there has always been great to work with.

Look no further than Mallard Roofing! They hit the trifecta: speed, quality, and incredible value. Their service excellence made the whole process stress-free.

Alex was great! He met with the adjuster, and together they inspected the damage. When the adjuster confirmed there was damage, Alex handed him Mallard’s estimate. The adjuster reviewed it and agreed with everything. The project included our house and three metal barns.

The adjuster went to his car and came back with the first check — things moved quickly from there. Mallard’s roofing crew did an excellent job. They made sure all our plants and windows were covered to prevent any damage, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward, even running a magnetic sweeper several times to pick up nails.

We had some decking that had come loose from when we originally built the home, and they re-nailed it at no extra charge. The gutters were installed the next day, and a different crew started the metal buildings the following week. Everything turned out great — all the buildings look fantastic.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience and would highly recommend Mallard Construction & Roofing to all my friends!

Excellent roofing contractor. Saved me a lot of headaches. They did a great job of clean up. I did not find one roofing nail in my yard. Excellent sales Representative. My roof looks great!

I know the team at Mallard through their work in the roofing industry, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their reputation for quality, honesty, and customer care. They are known for doing the job right the first time and treating homeowners with the professionalism you hope for when hiring a contractor. If you’re in the Oklahoma area and want a roofing company you can trust to show up, communicate clearly, and deliver excellent workmanship, this is the company I’d recommend without hesitation.
