Derek from Servpro came out to my home when my life was falling apart. Not only was he calm and collected, which helped settle me down, but he also gave extremely valuable insight and knowledge that couldn't be bought. Trivione came out and one of the nicest and most professional people I've had the pleasure of meeting. He answered all my questions in depth and also provided insightful and helpful information. Everyone I've worked with and spoke to at Servpro went above and beyond to lengths I never would've thought a person would do. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would be.

Hayden and Travion worked very hard to clean up after my I had a busted pipe in my bathroom. We then found mold in that area that needed to be removed. They did an excellent job. Kind and very timely. They worked around my schedule which I appreciated.

As soon as I filled out the request for help on their website I received a call about 15 minutes later from an extremely empathetic and kind lady wanting to help. She truly cared about the safety of my family and was urgent to assist. David and his crew came out the very next morning right on time and we’re very thorough in the inspection. They came out the next day on time and got everything set up and done in a very timely manner. Every time they come to the house to check they always give a call before they get here and are always on time and kind!

Had a great experience with Servpro. They came out the next day and provided me with an estimate. They were able to get me on the schedule immediately, but I had to wait a few weeks and they were super accommodating. When they came out they did an amazing job removing all the mold we had in our HVAC system. I will definitely come back if the need ever arises again and I definitely recommend them to others.

Mallard did a great job for us! They replaced our entire roof and gutters from the May 2014 storm. They dealt with our insurance company and made the process painless. Their workers were thorough, courteous and hard working. Best of all they did a great job of cleaning up so I didn't have to! We couldn't have been happier with their work!

This company was great from the first moment I met Jerry. His professionalism and honesty is why we chose this company. He hand walked me through the whole process including working with my insurance company. The installers we’re on time and very quick and did not leave my home without making everything perfect. We were very lucky that we met Jerry and would use them for any other project in the future.

Mallard Construction replaced my roof in 2014 after it was damaged by hail in 2013. They dealt with my insurance company and as my policy covered the replacement cost of the roof, they made sure "code upgrades" were included in the insurance claim. Although the insurance claim process took awhile, once Mallard's crew started working on the roof it was finished quickly. They did a good job cleaning up and making sure that we were satisfied with everything.

I cannot recommend Mallard highly enough! I have had many contractors over 13 years of home ownership and Stephen at Mallard stands way above the rest. Our situation was unique because we had to deal with a challenging insurance claim and we had to meet high (normally very expensive) HOA requirements. Mallard construction took all of the stress out of the situation and helped us get our roof on under budget, perfectly executed, and all on time. I can’t thank you enough!!
