Excellent work! In one day we had a professional, beautiful new roof. Chris & Cole worked hard to bring it all together & I appreciate their patience with me.

Cole C was absolutely amazing!! He came in and was completely honest with us! He answered all of our questions and made us feel at peace with our decision! Even tho we are not going to replace our roof at this time he will be my first call when the time is right! Amazing customer service!!

Hiner Roofing was great to work with. Conley showed up and inspected our roof, then let us know what kind of shape it was in. He said Hiner would take care of everything with my insurance, and I told him good luck. He not only got the job approved by the insurance company, he got new decking approved also. Couldn’t believe it. He scheduled our appointment and the crew showed up on time and before daybreak getting ready. It took a full day and a couple of hours the next morning, and we now have a very nice new roof. I’m so glad I waited for the right company to show up, it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend Hiner Roofing if you want a professional job from start to finish.

I did a lot of research before replacing my roof, and Hiner Roofing clearly stood out in terms of quality of work, pricing, communication, and responsiveness.

Cole’s presentation covered the shingle options, schedule, and scope of work, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

John, the site supervisor, was present throughout the project and always answered my questions and accommodated my requests.

They also offer an exceptionally long warranty compared to other companies, and the finished roof looks great. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Thank you, Hiner Roofing.

Chris Hiner and his team were absolutely amazing! We had contracted him to have our roof done the following week but we had a house fire and had to postpone the job. In the meantime Chris went out of his way to help us in any way that he could, to guide us in finding contractors, calling daily to see if we needed anything etc. He went above and beyond in his efforts to help us!❤️ It was a pleasure to meet him and our new roof looks perfect! Hiner Roofing was much more reasonably priced than other estimates, and they did an excellent job. Completed a redecking and new shingles in one day. They also arranged for tree trimming before the job.
Cole was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went the extra mile to get the shingles I wanted. Thanks Cole!

Best liner ive ever had in any pool and ive had several

Installed a pool liner last spring and it didn't even make it one year. It has come loose from the sides and bottom.

Spent over $200 on chemicals and equipment that they recommended, followed their instructions to an absolute T and my pool still ended up green.

The whole process with S&S is amazing. The staff in the store is very helpful and knowledgeable. I send everyone I know that is looking for a pool here!

The staff here seem unwilling to help or to go above and beyond for their customers. I desperately needed a part shipped to me and they wouldn't do it. They said their warehouse couldn't ship it but at the same time it apparently was not possible for them to cross the bridge and drop it off at the post office when I was willing to pay for shipping.

Staff acted like I was an idiot for asking questions. I was a brand new pool owner and just needed chemicals. They acted like I was completely interrupting their day when no one else was in the store.

Loved using S&S pools to build our families dream pool. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

S&S finished our in-ground, vinyl liner, salt system pool in March 2017. We are pleased with it and have had many compliments.

Replaced a liner. It leaked. Came out a couple of times but could not locate. I eventually found it myself and had another firm repair the leak. S&S did a poor job installing, was unable/unwilling to remedy the defect, and were condescending. Ultimately, they would not respond and, of course, would not compensate for our expenses and time. Do not recommend.
