Chris Hiner and his crew were easy to work with, explaining each step of the process. Review of the roof, working with the adjuster, contacting Mr Gutter and the screen guy. The roof crew covered my flower beds, sides and back yard with tarps to catch the tear off. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. Chris please tell your crews thank you.

I had my roof done by Chris from Hiner Roofing towards the end of 2023. Recently, had a really big wind storm come through that took off some of my shingles so I called to set up an appointment to have them come check it out. Chris came out the SAME DAY and got it all taken care of! I greatly appreciate how quick things were taken care of and the care/quality of their work!

This company is top rate for performance and showing up on time with quality work. We were a little apprehensive in letting them work directly with our insurance company, however we have learned this was the way to go. They took care of everything and made sure we were allotted monies for everything we needed. That was a headache that we did not have to deal with. The crew that came out and did the work were very good and we couldn't be more pleased. Way to go Hiner!

I was initially very impressed with Hiner Roofing. Their customer service was excellent, and they worked quickly to get my roof approved through my homeowner’s insurance, which made the process smooth and stress-free. However, after the main roof job was completed, there was a delay in finishing the shingles on my well house — something I had been told would be included. I mentioned my frustration in my original review, and to their credit, management reached out to me within a day. They assured me the work would be completed, and followed through on that promise. I really appreciated their prompt response and the way they took my concern seriously. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction, and I’m glad the issue was resolved professionally. Very easy process. It’s a beautiful roof! They had such a big crew that it was finished in one day.
Cole was the best. He is very genuine and very professional. He met with the insurance adjuster at the site to make sure everything was covered. The company had great communication with us through the whole process.
I also need to mention that Pamela from the office was really helpful and very sweet as well. Good honest people.

Hiner did a a replacement of a lot of the decking, all shingles and ventilation. It was, by far, the cheapest quote I received. I worked with Gilbert and he was amazing. Very nice, knowledgeable, and did everything he could to make this as easy and stress-free as possible. The crew that did the work were equally wonderful. Such a happy, respectful group and they worked very fast. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Hiner Roofing replaced and restored my entire roof and did an excellent job. The entire installation took approximately one day. They offered several incentives to lower the overall cost of the roof. This company comes highly recommended.

First and foremost I want to thank Chris for his great customer service, patience, and professionalism! We weren't sure what to do with our roof as we are new home owners and still learning the ways of owning a home. When our roof was a mess, chris and his company Hiner Roofing provided us knowledge and expertise in helping us making the right decision. The fact that we were not sure at first what path to take in getting our roof done and he was patient in our decision making, is what had my husband and I know 100% sure he and his company was the go to for getting the job done! He made the process easy and took care of the haggling with our insurance company so we didn't have to. Our roof looks amazing and a big shout out to his crew for getting the job done in a timely manner. If you were to ask me to rank everything from 1-5, we give it a 10!! From one vet to another thank you for your service and thank you for our roof!

Chris Hiner and other members from his team/staff were all very professional and were approachable with all questions along the entirety of the process. They were up front and clear about what they would be doing, the timeframe to expect the various process steps to happen and were willing to provide explanation along each step of the way. There was one item that I noticed and felt worth noting here was that the crew working on the roof, whenever the attic vents were being replaced and there was an exposed opening into the attic area, at each location was trash as if the opening were viewed as a trash bin and bags were thrown within. Aside from this one minor gripe, I would look to reach out to Hiner Roofing the next time roof work might be required.

Jorge was at my inspect my roof. He suggested that it was in decent shape and not in need of let me get repairs. I did ask for him to provide me a quote for how much it would cost to replace the roof just in case I decide to go and have it done.

I found him to be quite honest and trusty worthy. they will be on my list to call back.

He also told me of other roofing options that i will consider.

I was very happy with Hiner Roofing from the beginning to the end of the roof replacement. Gilbert Lopez came out to our house and explained the different roof materials and cost of each. He showed up when he said he would and the actual roofers came on time, cleaned up old roof materials as they worked and left the yard spotless. I am mute, saying that, Gilbert and Lynn from the office kept in contact with me via text as to the steps to be taken and when they would happen. I will highly recommend this company and their professional employees for the overall non stressful experience. Thank you Hiner Roofing for my new roof.
