Small Town Property Revival took care of a loose ceiling light fixture at my rental property, which ended up being a more minor repair than I thought, and they very generously fixed it at no charge. Be sure you have seen a written final quote that lists everything you want done and the final price, because these people throw out numbers and then seem to forget what I said needed doing. Rather than verbally checking with me what was included in the price and what wasn’t, so that I could make the choice to add or subtract the task. Instead, I was verbally told the job would be $1150, but I wasn’t verbally told at any time that it would be more like $1700. I feel like the communication was a failure on their end because this was a very one day occurrence I’ve met in the morning with the person who gave me the quote and two hours later approximately the workers showed up. We started the work when I saw something wasn’t being done. I said why isn’t this being done and they said we weren’t told to do that so the communication between the company workers and me was poor. The company should have been calling me and telling me if I want that done, it wasn’t included in the price and it would be such and such but they didn’t do that. I paid the extra money that the workers said I owed but then they came back and said I still owed them $150 so all of this is over $150 I was trying to even get them another job but for $150 they were very stubborn and stuck with their story really I felt like I was being had you know low bald and then this gets added that gets added, when I thought it was all in the original bid

Eric was great and personally reached out to make sure we got our quote and apologized for any delay. Its very clear he cares deeply about the honesty and the integrity of his company. We will be using them for a staircase renovation in the near future.

BRUH 💀 I wish I could give 6-7 stars, 5 just isn't enough! I went into this expecting maximum cringe. Like full-blown “contractor says he’ll be there at 9 and shows up next week” energy. Very sus. I already had my eye twitching. No cap.

Absolutely not mid. They answered the phone like real NPC-free humans, showed up ON TIME (?? bruh), and actually did what they said they were gonna do. I kept waiting for the flop… and it never happened.

The communication? Elite.

The work? Clean.

The vibes? Immaculate.

No ghosting. No excuses. No “my cousin’s dog’s truck broke down” stories. Just straight business, zero cringe, full rizz. I blinked and suddenly the job was DONE.

If you want stress, go somewhere else.

If you want it handled right the first time, this is it.
