Upset very upset. My ducts clearly has extensive mold and should have not been cleaned by regular duct servicing. I should’ve been alluded to the extent of the contamination so that I could call an expert. Instead I paid $460 for them to come spread mold in my air ducts. Having issues breathing and getting very sick since their service and I’m having to hire experts and now will have to pay $1500 to remediate my air and reclean the ducts properly . Do not hire if you have any mildew or mold in your ducts.

Great company! We’ve used them for 5-6 years to clean our grout on tile and to clean our carpets. They also came out in the night time when we had a massive flood from a pipe burst. They did excellent to get all of the water sucked up and the carpets cleaned. It wasn’t expensive either! Great owner and great employees!! We won’t use anyone else.

We had a pipe break , Cole from Precision Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job ! It smells wonderful looks great! Kohl was very respectful of the property as he worked and brought his tools in and out. He was quick and efficient and I’m very happy with the work that he did! Great job! I have my own steam cleaner and I always felt I was doing the best job but I will be calling these guys back the next time I need a good deep cleaning!
