Made a few phone calls and check a few people Angela came out met me and looked at my house. Her team has been cleaning my hiuse now for about 6 months. Could not be happier with the work they do but the most important part is I have 3 children (big fur babies) and they are dog approved my girls accepted them with no hiccups so that says it all if the dogs approve. Hope this review helps anyone looking that has dogs cause ultimately it's their house not ours.

We had this cleaning service for over a year and every single time there were entire thing missed that were on their policy that they clean. On top of what they did clean would sill be dirty. Kitchen floors not swept good, toilet and bathtubs missed, doesn’t move the bottles in the shower just wiped around them, an entire bathroom missed, would give us a cleaning time and then just show up an hour and half early with no notice or then showed up late. Lazy cleaning is what I would call them and the owner was even one of the main cleaners at our house. Would not recommend.

Scapes did a significant amount of work for us that transformed our entire property. We had minimal landscaping and a challenging hill in our back yard that they handled with ease. The owner, Owen, is truly a lovely human and a delight to work with. He cares about his customers and stands by all of their work. We had a couple trees that didn't pan out that they happily replaced within the warranty and they went beyond their responsibilities in assisting with damage that was done to some of their work that had nothing to do with them.

The wealth of experience and kindness permeates the balance of the staff. I want to highlight Jimmy, our crew chief. He maintains three decades of experience in his position and is a wizard with a tractor. He converted a tractor trailer load of massive boulders into what is now the promenant border of our beautiful backyard gardens. I could go on endlessly regarding his and everyone's impressive experience and execution.

You will likely find many companies that may provide lower quotes. They are certainly not the cheapest company around. That said, this is the company you want if you want your job done right. You get what you pay for. An example of their value is that they mature their trees at their farm beyond those that you will receive from others. This obviously yields higher prices, but cuts years off of waiting for the mature landscaping you desire. You also get to go pick them out in the design process, which is amazingly exciting and helpful.

I will leave it at that, though I could go on much longer. In short: call them!

Installed trees, added lighting- great customer service

The staff here is EXCELLENT!! We just purchased 16 trees from here and they couldn't have been more helpful! They were extremely knowledgeable and got us everything we needed quickly!

My encounter with Scapes left a bitter feeling in me. Unless you are, if not Bill Gates, at least Kevin Durant, forget it - you will be treated like a piece of trash.

With my $200k annual income, they refused to provide service because, I did not project sufficient affluence for them.

I would stay away from the arrogant Mike and company.

My initial goal was to add some shade trees, a natural fence of medium trees, and a few feature beautiful-specimen trees. Once I realized what they were capable of and talked with the landscape architect (who could finish my sentences), I broadened my goals into a fairly large engagement. I decided to overhaul my landscape and take advantage of Scapes' strengths: adding boulders, trees, and landscape lighting ...as well as transforming the yard. I would absolutely recommend them for any small job as well.

I turned to Scapes after seeing some of their previous work and just how healthy and vigorous the trees from their previous jobs were several years later. If I am going to invest in trees that are 10 to 20 years old, I want utter confidence that their health is not going to be compromised. I was sold once I got to know their expertise on trees as well as their willingness and patience in working with my countless ideas and questions. I was very happy to work with a professional landscape architect that worked with my endless ideas. (I was in awe of their use of boulders, flagstone, shrubs, and groundcover as well).

To be clear: attention to detail and the health of the trees is paramount to me, and I am quite demanding in regards to talking through all the details ahead of time --- I'm sure they were tired of me when the project was done. Regardless, every Scapes individual with which I worked or interacted was very professional and treated me with great respect every step of the way.

This project became the talk of the neighborhood. And still is. Their work has garnered dozens of strangers to stop and take pictures, ask questions, and gush with compliments.

Oh, an it was one of the most fun projects I have ever had in my life.

I have to admit I love the style of work Scapes does based on the photos on their website and their growing facility is impressive; however, their landscape architect has horrible customer service skills and they charge $500 for their estimates.

Within 15 minutes of being on my property talking to me about landscaping my front and back yard, the architect asked me for $500. He stated," They are telling me I have to charge for my work so I need to get a check from you for $500". It was very awkward! The owner laughed and glossed over it, but it felt very aggressive. I hadn't even hired them at that point.

I felt pressured into giving them the check because they kept saying I was going to love their ideas and when I used them, that money would go toward their work.

In the end, the plan was not like we had discussed and they were too expensive, so we went with another company. In hindsight, I can't believe I let them talk me out of my $500 just to get a generic landscape plan for my yard. Beware, they will not give you an estimate, but they will sell you one.

This place is fantastic! The tree inventory goes on-and-on. (20 acres) Making a decision on only one can be overwhelming due to their large inventory. But, take my word for it, Scapes is the best! Owen and his great staff were patient with me, showing and explaining everything I asked. I highly recommend Scapes Inc. Thanks again!
