Extremely helpful, great pricing, honest and fast. The owner took the time to explain what was wrong, and how we could avoid problems in the future, as well as giving us a general explanation of how our particular system worked and the best way to maintain it. The prices he estimated were what we paid, and they were really friendly. They also went out of their way to clean everything they touched to reduce potential illness due to the quarantine. My family has previously hired them, and they consistently provide high quality services. Will definitely work with them again in the future!

This was my first time to use the services of AC Medic. They will be my go to for heating and air now. It has been 100 degrees for some time now so I know they were busy. However when I called the office at 4:30 in the afternoon they were friendly and polite. They were able to come out the next day at noon and get our air working again. My wife was home to meet them and said Cade the technician was very polite and professional as well as informative. He checked everything out and found it was a simple fix. He was honest and up front about everything. I would recommend giving them a call if you you are looking for heating and air services.

These guys are always great. Wonderful service, reps are friendly knowledgeable and not trying to push upchargese etc. They inform you of what they find, resolve it and let you know what's happening while doing so.

Mike the TECH with AC Medic is very knowledgeable oh his trade, and explained in detail how certain systems work. I would highly this company for your AC and Heating needs.

AC medic is a great company and some very fine people to work with for AC issues. Our AC went out of course on the hottest days and no one was available and I called AC medic and when I told them I was taking care of my 85-year-old mother-in-law they found a way to get out here and at least get my outdated unit working. During the process I inquired about a new unit as we knew it was time but quotes had been too high in the past, they came back with a much better quote and the unit was installed and we have never had another issue.
I recommend these folks to anyone having Central air and heating problems I look forward to a continuing relationship with this company.
To be clear I called many companies and and could not get anyone on the phone Not only did they answer they stayed in touch and verified every appointment time and never missed one.

I like to support local business as much as possible. There is no better local AC company that I would trust with my business to. No upsell just honesty. Appt was scheduled online for Friday. Got a call and they came out on Tuesday had to order part and wait for morning appt on that Friday. Got another call to come out Wednesday morning. AC is repaired and two days before the original online appointment. Thank again AC medic for saving the day.

Their service is over and above! Unfortunately, I purchased a new home that has nothing but heat and air issues. Since my builder warranty expired after one year, it became my problem. The have been there right by me with options and processes of our next step. They Explained exactly what I needed and the potential charges upfront. They have my complete trust! AC Medic recently did a check up on my air conditioning system. Luckily, while doing their inspection, they discovered a part that needed replacing and gave me the option of waiting a while later or going ahead with replacing the part. I chose to go ahead with the replacement because I didn’t want to take a chance of waiting until the summer temperatures were hot and then have my A/C go out. They were prompt, thorough and always do a great job!! I wouldn’t call anyone else for heat/AC maintenance or repair!!

The service was great! They arrived quick and were very forthcoming with there diagnosis and what it would cost to repair.
We had cold air in approximately 2 hrs from the time I first called there office! We will use A/C Medic from now on!

We had AC medic out this morning for seasonal maintenance on our furnace this morning. Tim was absolutely amazing and got everything checked out just in time for the winter season. Tim is very friendly and his work was very thorough and tidy. It was just an annual maintenance call for the A/C and Furnace. But he explained what he was doing throughout the process. A friend referred me to AC Medic and I couldn't be more pleased. I will be telling all my friends to give them a shout when they have Heat & Air needs. We are new in Mustang and chose this company for the first preventive maintenance on the HVAC in our new home. From the first call I made to get an appointment to when the Tech arrived, the staff with AC Medic have been very friendly, professional and accommodating. They seem to appreciate their new customers with sincerity! The service call was reasonably priced also. One of the reasons we chose this company was because they offer their services on the week-ends if there is emergency and you know that is WHEN there could be a problem. Love these guys, they came out the day after I called and had everything they needed to fix my AC unit and worked with me on paying which saved my sanity. I will definitely be using them again when needed and I highly recommend them. They will also answer any questions and tell you where to get good reusable filters. I have nothing bad whatsoever to say about this experience which says a lot. I wish I could give them ten stars.

Had a different HVAC company out last week who found all these expensive problems and tried to pressure me into spending 19K to replace my system. I have had nothing but a pleasure doing business with AC Medic. I called late on a Monday evening, from the moment I called I was informed when they could get a technician to look at my unit and how much it would be. They got to it next day in a company vehicle, and uniform, very professional and knowledgeable technician. I asked plenty of questions and he walked me through the entire repair step by step. Was able to discuss prior work done and the rate AC Medic would have charged was hundreds of dollars cheaper. The company truly isn't one trying to sell you something.
