Showed up on time, explained everything in an easy to understand manner, were very friendly, and solved my issues quick. I'll definitely be working with them in the future.

Got a quote from another company that seemed off, called ac medic they were out same day actually spent time diagnosing the problem. Then offered solutions and explanations why they were doing what they were doing.
Earned my business today.

I just had a HUGE A/C emergency!! SO, long story short, my sister yelled at me from the side of the house and said, "Get over here, quick, I think the air conditioner is about to catch fire 🔥!!!"... I ran over, and heard a hissing sound and the A/C unit felt like it was on fire 🔥!!.. I quickly turned off thermostat inside the house, and ran to pull out the MAIN fuses to air conditioner. I got on the phone and called "AIR COMFORT POLLUTIONS", (my sons choice, becauseof a certain ex football player) (since they were the Last ones to touch it, a month or so ago, for a CLEANING and MAINTENANCE) ACS said sorry, can't help you until tomorrow afternoon. I was like its an emergency, I'll pay extra. I can't leave my 84 yr old mother, who is bed bound, roasting all night and who's on oxygen. STILL, no help!!. So I remembered, I'll call Mike at AC MEDIC in Mustang. They installed the unit, and changed a part on it a few years ago. I told LACY the situation as I did ACP, and she initially said tomorrow morning, but then realized that MY mom would have to suffer. She said, "let me make a call, and I will call you right back"... LACY called back within 2 minutes, and said guys are on their way! .. She wasn't kidding!! Within 4 minutes, Mike's journeymen showed up. They diagnosed the issue, a BAD capacitor, and had it fixed, up and running within 10 minutes !! Even SHOWED me that the AIR CONDITIONING UNIT was NEVER maintenanced or cleaned, like I was TOLD, or the bad capacitor would have been noticeable. I was showed what to look for in the future to ensure the Unit is cleaned and maintenance correctly. I WILL ONLY EVER USE AC MEDIC AND THEIR PRODUCTS from here on out. These people were heaven sent, and complete ANGELS 😇 today!!! My MAMA, and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! Thank you ALL so much again!! ❤️ 🙏

Excellent, speedy service again. Tim and crew were very knowledgeable and super nice. If you are looking for a HVAC company you can rely on, call these guys. Highly recommended.

Mike was really great about teaching how to clean your AC unit well, the correct way, and was good about educating me about certain things that were needing to be done and why. He helped me come up with a plan of action and was really good with my kid that just wanted to help him! I really appreciate the knowledge he shared to be a better homeowner and keep my system at tip top shape! Thank you!!

Had to make a service call on a Sunday during a snow storm when we lost our heater in our home. AC Medic went to great links to scramble a Tech to our home after talking us through possible fixes over the phone. The repair required a new part and they got our heater working while they searched for the part. Great people concerned for my family!

Thank them for fixing the AC in a timely matter. They were very polite and very nice to me. Explain the battery went out top of the problem. I thank all of the staff who were polite understanding my medical problems. Wish you all well.
