I had service preformed on 2 AC units. They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and the service that needed to be performed.

Tim & his assistant notified me before arriving, were on time, identified the A/C issue, and quickly repaired the issue. They communicated well, were courtesy & respectful, and charged a reasonable price for services rendered. I would recommend AC Medic to others as well as my real estate clients!

This company is great! Tim was wonderful about making sure everything was working before he left and our home is nice and cool now. Bri in the office was absolutely amazing and kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend this company and strongly discourage hiring friends or friends of friends to save a few bucks cause that cost us a lot. Thank you ac medic!

Just had AC Medic Heating and Air Conditioning to my house to check the air conditioner. They gave me a time frame and showed up in that time period. Mike and Bruce took care of the problem and did a thorough check of the unit. Will definitely use them for all heating and air.

Everyone that has been involved with us has been very helpful and courteous. They do things in a timely manner. The technicians that came out did not mind being observed as they performed the repairs. All questions were answered and the work was explained. After waiting 12 days and having two other companies come out to diagnose and repair my AC unit, my owner called out A/C medic. Within two hours Mike had my unit up and running. He was extremely knowledgeable, and really is a credit to his profession. Thank you again for saving me from this heat!

These guys are absolutely rockstars!! The whole experience was fabulous from the first initial call with the lovely Bree and everything after. The guys were out to install a whole new a/c & furnace in one day! I can’t say enough for this fantastic team and their customer service is top notch! Used AC Medic for major repairs on my ac unit and service work and repair on a estate unit and very pleased with there fast service,good work and fair price. Used them again today with rush service for my 96 year old mother and they came through with fast response to her special needs and extremely helpful with everthing. We highly recommend AC Medic! They came out same day even though they were swamped as the weather just started getting Oklahoma hot and got us fixed same day as well. We have been using them for years and they have never let us down. Also always offer repairs as well as replacement options so we can make good budget decisions.

We were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of our AC quitting. I received a text that they were in route which was very helpful. Tim arrived in the beginning of our appointment window. He fixed our issue quickly and professionally. They will be our go-to AC support from now on. Highly recommend!

Would rate higher if it were an option. Needed a full AC replacement (diagnosed Thursday and they were here to fix it by Tuesday) and these guys got to my house early and worked all day until the job was done. When they arrived they gave very clear instructions of what they needed from me and it was smooth sailing the rest of the day. Before leaving they gave me a brief explanation of about how long it would take the house to cool back down which I really appreciated. They answered all my questions without me even having to ask and left the area they were working in very clean (pictured). 10/10 would recommend AC Medic.

This is my experience with AC Medic Heating & Air Conditioning! On Time and Proficient; the two (2) technicians that installed my new HVAC system did a magnificent job! (Name Drop) Cade and Marcus…thank you again for your professionalism and quality of work you put into helping this home bounce back after 2 weeks in this temperamental Oklahoma summer without quality A/C. These young men came in and got right to work tearing out the old system and installing my new one. Thoroughly went step by step on how to properly use my new Thermostat and ensuring that any and all questions I asked were answered professionally after the job was completed. My technician (Mike) was amazing!!! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He had my unit running in no time and it cooled my house faster than its worked in YEARS!!!! This will be my go to company from now on. I am beyond pleased and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

Tim was professional and honest and our minor problem was fixed immediately. We had a small snafu with payment, but it was also fixed immediately. We'll definitely be considering the maintenance visits that we hadn't set up for our new house yet.
