This is Sheri, I was the one home when Daniel came to repair my faucet leak. He had to order the part it came in the next morning so he came back. Daniel was a very impressionable young man, he checked all faucets even the outside ones and water tank for problems. He was very efficient and thorough. It was a pleasure meeting him. It would be nice if all service people were as friendly and diligent as Daniel he’s 5 stars for sure!

Our technicians Woodrow and Emmit were on time, friendly, professional and efficient.

I had an plumbing emergency in the kitchen, faucet was leaking. The dayafter thanksgiving i called many places, and no one had anyone e available for half a day or a few days after. Champion plumbing sent Dakota H. in 2 hours. He was great at explaing the repair and then replacing the bad part. I will hire Champion plumbing anytime I have a plumbing issue. As their name, truly my CHAMPIONS!!!!

Unfortunately it felt like we got scammed and definitely overpaid by $1,000. The flat rate, won’t show a breakdown of how they came to the cost at the end of the service made that all very clear. $300+ an hour. Wouldn’t use again. Totally my mistake. Knew better when they quoted at the beginning after an hour and a half of checking things around the house that had nothing to do with the work requested. Swapped plumbers mid day. All felt very unprofessional.

All I can say is WOW!! My son was out of state and there was a huge problem in the bathroom with hot water and water leaking.

Absolutely love Chris Wood.
He was so professional and so loving to my granddoggie.
Definitely the one to ask for to help fix the any repairs yall may need.

Excellent service. Came out quickly on a weekend to assess a major leak in our front yard. They determined the issue was on the "city" side and charged only a reasonable weekend service fee. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Woodrow and Brayan were amazing! They worked really hard to fix our main issue and do an inspection to see if we had any other issues. Highly recommend!

Joshua was very professional and respectful. He provided options for fix today and took into consideration my future plans and provided estimates for all.

I had my washing machine drain back up and flood my hallway. I called Champion Plumbing on Monday night and they came out Tuesday by 11am and everything was fixed by 11:45. Very nice and friendly!!!

Ethan was totally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. showed interest to my questions and concerns. Also answered my questions in terms that I could understand. I would request Ethan to be the man for any future repairs, should any occur. A very nice gentleman.

Need an honest 2nd opinion? I am so very glad that I contacted Champion to come out and do a leak detection and give me Estimates along with options for the repairs that I needed. CHRIS and John were very honest and knowledgeable and it showed..I know this because I did my homework prior to calling another plumbing company. I have dealt with three plumbing companies and caught them in information that let me say was not so honest, I was tired of dealing with plumbing companies with the “bait and switch” technique. Meaning the “bait” is Telling you one thing, but you receive another, and then $$$$$$ later you’re dealing with the same issue, and then they’re not standing behind their work. You definitely will not receive this with Champions… Just think about it, the name speaks for itself😊 I am sold. I will be a customer for life.🥰

From my first call in, until my handshake at the end with Thomas, I was incredibly impressed with Champion and with your service. Andrea was really great over the phone—so kind. Thomas was amazing! He did really great service and was really kind and explained a lot of things to me. I feel like I had a really nice teacher in trade school who is so professional, skilled, trustworthy, and a real class-act. I hope I don’t have this issue (water heater failed) again for 10 or 15 years, but if I do, I will definitely reach out to Champion. I will also recommend anyone I can to your company. Summary: Work done was significantly outside of what we had budgeted for, but seemingly still competitive to other options, especially considering extent and quality of work.

My wife and I called Champion due to a busted hot water tank and had decided to bite the bullet and have a tankless system installed. We knew it would be a fairly expensive install with new fittings, mounting, exhaust, equipment, etc., however the initial cost for the heater installation was almost double what we had expected. Despite this, we also opted for a small whole home filtration system after discussing estimates with their master plumber Brian.

After piping the new heater connections it was obvious there was something wrong with the plumbing in the house. This is something we had suspected since we had bought the home in 2017, but hadn't bothered to have investigated. The house ultimately needed to be fully re-piped to avoid potential damage to the heater, and to fix the issues we had always had like water pressure and crossed hot/cold water in most fixtures.

Brian and the team were a great group of guys to work with and very pleasant to be around. They definitely demonstrated their experience and capability with all of the work they handled over the three days that they were here. They also stayed late and focused on completing the work to our master bathroom before they left on the first day of re-piping to ensure that we could finally take a hot shower after being without for almost a week. The effort was most appreciated.

It may take a bit of time to wrap our heads around how much we ultimately spent for everything, but I honestly trust that we shouldn't have any major plumbing issues for a very significant amount of time and the quality of water we have running now with fresh pipes and the de-scaler/carbon filter seems vastly improved.

Justin did an awesome job installing a new hot water heater in my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and polite. He is hardworking and kept me informed with each step he took. I highly recommend Champion Plumbing..

I had no hot water. My son called Champion Plumbing. They came out in the morning, diagnosed the problem, fixed it as well as bringing it up to code. Technicians Craig and Nekeno were excellent. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend Vhampion Plumbing !
