TWO toilets out and this lady was in distress! I called Champion Plumbing for help. They quickly sent Ethan and Emmett to my front door the same day.(8:00 at night) They were amazing!!! Cheerful and knowledgeable men who literally came to my rescue. They were very reasonable with charges and promised to return if there was ever the need. They explained everything well and took the time to make sure I was OK with the work and the prices. Strongly recommend this company!!! There are some horrible companies out there that will try to cheat and rob you.....THESE guys are fantastic you can TRUST them!! Thank you guys! Jean M.

All my encounters with Champion Plumbing have been excellent. They are helpful and responsive, taking time to answer questions and help customers understand the situation. Chase and Chance were the nicest and got everything handled quickly, efficiently, and politely.

UPDATE: Kristin Gainey tried reaching out for over a week and it was a lot of phone tag, followed by her emailing. We had an email yesterday stating that they would like to make it right with refunding us, which initially I thought was nice. Today I received another email about how they would use this experience as a learning tool and if we would remove our review, then they would refund our money that we paid for their garbage work. The fact is they never followed through with proper photos or even an accurate location of the issue. Even better, another company found a collapsed pipe that was a city issue that their guy didn't find when they did a more thorough sewer scope. Had their plumber been more thorough and just cared, done his job, they would have had a very lucrative job. Thankfully it turns out we found the right people complete our project. It's absolutely disappointing that a company would think it's ethical to do a poor job, then try to get a bad (and well earned) Google review removed with giving us back our money. The right thing is to take the L and refund our money. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Really disappointed since we had used them before and they had done a great job. Melissa set up the appointment, mishandled the times via text and then sent a correction text which is fine, except she seemed to consistently mishandle this entire account. She told me the service call would be $89, which I thought would be odd for a sewer scope, but I've heard pricing all over the place in OKC.

Chris Surles came out Thursday the 7th and inspected the property. He found a disconnected pipe and said he would write up a detailed report and an estimate for us to send to the builder later that night. We paid the $250 sewer scope and then didn't receive the report Thursday. On Friday morning my husband called for the report and we were told we would receive it soon/that Chris was working on it. (mind you we have x amount of time to turn in reports on home purchases) At 5:19 PM I finally called and Melissa answered and when I told her my name, she said "Oh." And then told me she would call the plumber and ask about the report and hung up on me before I could finish speaking. I called back and got a woman named Andrea Galloway who seemed somewhat more empathetic and said she would call Chris. She called me back and when I asked why were weren't sent the photos and videos that are typically associated with a sewer scope she said she would send them. She only sent the photos (and one was randomly of the bathroom and a lot were irrelevant to the issue) We never received the report/estimate and had to hire someone else to come to do a report for the builder. Disappointing customer service and incomplete work. I would not recommend

Chase was absolutely amazing. Really helped me out of a jam after another plumbing company left me in a jam with no water. He explained everything that he did and also included information that went above and beyond. I am definitely using Champion in the future with any plumbing needs.

We had a slab leak and these experts had all of our pipes replaced and our water back in 2 days!!! I was so nervous about such a big job but they worked quickly to get us taken care of. Their also assisted us with getting financing, which was a painless process. And to top it off, our dog Mallory thought Thomas, the plumber, was her new best friend!

Everyone in the office was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled even when I had a couple cancellations and hiccups throughout the day. The technician Ethan did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem and solving my issues! Thanks again Ethan and the ladies in the office who I wish I had all their names for going above and beyond to help me out!

Thomas was excellent at explaining the issues with our hot water heater and the solution to making it work properly. He also inspected our home to make sure everything was working in tip top shape. I felt secure we were getting what needed to be done without unnecessary add ons. I am so glad I made the call to Champion Plumbing.
