Angelo has always answered the phone. We have had his advice and experience for several months to a year with an older unit that we thought could make it. That did not work. I came home from work Wednesday night to a hot house and a not happy wife! I gave them a call and they had an availability for a service call the next day. Frank came out on time and was very friendly and professional. He fixed up my AC in under an hour and provided me some basic routine maintenance tips. Overall 10/10 service and I'd highly recommend them! Thank you very much!

Never have I worked with a HVAC contractor who had my best interest in mind. Angelo Tomarchio owner of Guaranteed Air Pro, knows his stuff, works quickly and efficiently and doesn’t nickel and dime you. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within 48 hours our A/C had a new blower motor and is working great. He will be the only firm I call.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and how responsive they are! We were having ongoing issues with our furnace and the original company we were working with just stopped responding. Angelo responded to our call and came out right away to fix the issue. Unfortunately the issue continued (not his fault, just a faulty furnace) and he answered on the second ring on his off day and came out 30 minutes later to take a look and fix it again. Honestly can’t recommend them enough!! Great service and people and would recommend them to everyone

Really appreciate these guys! Had a system not blowing cold air and having to deal with the heat was not helping the already busy day. Update 2023: Time has done nothing to lessen the superlative service and wonderful talent of Angelo. Our heater needs a new motor, and it's December. Yikes! He quickly diagnosed the problem (on a weekend, no less), and found a new motor for us. Truly an exceptional company and a gifted and honest man. Thank you, Angelo!

Update 2025: Guaranteed Air Pro does it again! I can’t believe how good they are. Frank just kicks it thru the goal post every time! Truly, they are superlative. Use ‘em once and you will never have to use another heat/air company, because you can’t improve on perfection!

Angelo came today to fix my A/C unit. He was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain what processes he was taking to resolve my issue. Angelo went above and beyond to not only resolve my issue, but also sealed up my air intake to mitigate air being pulled from my attic. 10/10 recommend Angelo and Guaranteed Air Pro for any HVAC services. We just started a residential contract with GAP, and so far everything indicates that they’re a solid company. GAP came out for our summer tune up today, and our serviceman (Frank) was timely, kind, and transparent. He didn’t try to suggest a bunch of expensive repairs; rather, Frank let us know that our system is very old but still running sufficiently and that we might consider beginning to budget for replacing the system in the future. We’re expecting a quote shortly that will allow us to begin to save and weigh our options so that we can be proactive rather than reactive. We look forward to continuing business with this company.
