Rick came out on short notice and fixed my AC in the pouring rain. They’ve always been great to us and I wouldn’t use anyone else for my heat and air!

Had an emergency and they were almost closing and booked but still got us in within an hour and got my ac fixed. Great, fast and reliable service. Would recommend to anyone

I was impressed with the owner. He answered all my questions the technicians were polite and knowledgeable with showing me how to use my new heat and air system. They were very clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt came out to tune up my ac. He found some problems, and he took the time to point them out and explain how and why I need to fix. Long story short Matt did an amazing job, and my ac was working much better by the time he left. Thank you Matt, and All Right Heat & Air!

This has got to be the most unprofessional business I have dealt with! I bought a unit myself and inquired with them to see if they'd be willing to put it in and they said they would get back with me, never did. Then when I called a couple days later to see what they decided, rather than just telling me no they were not interested THE OWNERS WIFE decided it was better to LECTURE me on how I'd stepped on their toes by purchasing my own units rather than ALLOWING THEM TO MAKE MORE MONEY Off selling me the equipment. Well sorry, I'm in a trade business and I knew it would be twice as much to buy it from a installation company rather than direct and I've got 3 kids I support and need to save money if I can. If they didn't want to work with me then by all means that's their right but I do not call a company and expect to be lectured for trying to save myself and my family money where possible! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Horrible Expensive Experience. Our AC went out in July and long story short we had to call them out 3 times within a 2 week period and pay them $400. They still did not fix the problem. When we called for some of our money back after the fourth outage the secretary told me "to get off my ****soap box and call someone else if im not happy" Well, we did and it was just two simple parts that we needed and the new vendor repairing some backwards wiring Allright Heat and Air had done, and it's worked fine ever since. I would not EVER call them again.

Our air conditioning at work was on the blink, the service technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, working for us during business hours and being very mindful of our customers, etc. They did an excellent job for us, installing new equipment and making it so comfortable and cool! It was a big job! I am very satisfied and would recommend All Right Heat & Air to anyone who needs great service.

Our go to place for new installs or repairs on our rental properties. Tammy is terrific and they are always easy to schedule which keeps our renters happy!

Had a new 5 ton whole home system installed. Everything was fine, until it got cold. The heat cannot keep up.

Now it is summer and the AC cannot keep up. I've scheduled maintenance and multiple other requests for them to come out and take a look, but I am always left on read, saying they will come out and then never do.

For paying someone nearly $15,000 for their business I would expect better after care and service. They took my money and haven't been back for any of the issues I've been contacting them for months to resolve.

I'll update my review if/when they make things right.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from All Right Heat & Air. They came out in mid-May and sent two technicians—one replaced a TXV valve, and the other said my HVAC system was overcharged, so he removed refrigerant. I spent nearly $1,000, and my house is still not cooling properly. It consistently reaches into the 80s despite being set to 72. I expected a real solution, not expensive guesswork. At this point, I feel like I either deserve a refund or someone needs to come back out and actually fix the issue. I shouldn’t have to pay this much and still be uncomfortable in my own home.

I called and set up an appointment and the very next day a tech was sent out to repair my machine. I was afraid that I was going to have to replace the compressor which is very expensive, but I was basing it off of sounds I heard and YouTube. The guy knew exactly what he was doing. Even more, it cost me a tiny fraction of what I thought it was and also learned proper maintenance on my machine! Pricing is good and the company is honest. I'll be using them whenever I need work done in the future.

All Right came out and diagnosed the problem accurately and gave estimates for a good unit and a great unit. I got estimates from other local companies and they were quite a bit more expensive. All Right came and did the job in the time they estimated and because they knew we were without air conditioning, they expedited the install for us. I could not be more pleased! We are nice and cool now. Thank you!

I recently had Statewide Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration LLC out to install a new HVAC mini-split system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Living in Noble/Slaughterville area, it can sometimes be a challenge to find reliable contractors who are responsive, but this team exceeded all expectations.
From the first call, the customer service was top-notch. They actually answered the phone every single time I called, which is a rarity these days. The person on the other end was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my technical questions and making the scheduling process seamless.
The installation itself was high-quality work. The technicians were incredibly courteous, respectful of my property, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. To top it all off, they offered a great price that was very competitive for the level of professional service provided.
If you're looking for a dependable HVAC company that values communication and quality, I highly recommend Statewide.
