I’ve known the owner of this company for over 20 years. The words I would use are genuine, kind, patient, hard working, reasonable, accommodating. Just a good person. I know their whole family. Just a good group of people. I’ve worked with their company. It was an easy, seamless process. They even went back for free, after the job was done & paid. Just out of sheer selflessness & kindness because we had moved several hours away, & were selling our house. That level of service is a company that has my business & respect. Thank you.

I would like to clarify I am not a former or current employee, but rather a former customer who sought to work with your business. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a lack of professionalism - not unlike your response below. While I had the option to paint a more clear picture of the situation, I had chosen not to. I wanted to make my 'vote' and move on. This was simply my experience so please respect it. Your overall review average of 4.6 indicates that you have many satisfied customers but I wasn't one of them and that's okay. The Elkhorn crew did an amazing job. The job was completed quickly and the area was left neat and clean.

The absolute best of the best! Elkhorn & their entire team is extremely knowledgeable from everything to sprinkler installation, landscaping design, maintenance and everything in between. We can always count on them to make sure our yard is looking amazing, and I love that they’re always on it to get our sprinklers ready for each season. Austin and his crew always knock it out of the park. They are super meticulous with all projects and also very respectful of my property. They always power wash and clean up their mess when they are done. I appreciate their hard work and attention to the details.
