At the recommendation of a friend, we had Americare out to give us a quote for a new system. Not only did Angelo thoroughly explain what system would work best in our house, he went above and beyond answering any questions I had and made sure that he answered everything before he left. Install took one day to do the whole system and he made sure both systems were running efficiently and correctly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Angelo was prompt and very friendly. I recieved a bid prior to angelo and the bid was for 24,000 and angelo gave us a bid for one third of that. Angelo came out during a snow flurry the very next day to start work. Frank the installer was friendly clean and worked hard to get our heater up and running in one day. Even though it was 18 degrees in my garage they guys worked fast and completely switched out our furnace and got our house warmed up. Can't say enough about these guys and their honesty and integrity. I've never left a review before for a business but i had to say thanks to the guys at Americare for the service. Not enough honest people left in this world Angelo is one of those guys!

Ken is awesome!!! Blew away every quote I got on a brand new system. They even installed some extras to make the hvac run better and increased air flow. I couldn't be happier with his his great work ethic and attitude. A true professional.

Called here after getting a super inflated repair quote from a company slightly further north... Angelo assured me that at worst case the price would be about half of the competition based on the symptoms I described. In the end, the problem was MUCH simpler than we thought and the repair with Americare was less than 1/3rd the price of the competition. Very professional, smart, knows his stuff and explains it well. After he left, my A/C was working again but after giving it a few hours to cool the house, it seemed like it wasn't quite working at it's peak. I texted Americare/Angelo and he was back in 15 minutes to fine-tune the pressure and refrigerant charge and now I've got ice cold air flowing again. Great service, showed up exactly on time, did what he said he would do and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommended.

Our air has been having issues for some time now. We recently found that we had a substantial leak in coolant. Went to one of the big name guys to have it looked at and an estimate on replacement. Needless to say, they charge a hefty amount to fill with the old R22 coolant, and their estimate for a system was quite high. They were also trying to up-sell me to a large unit that I probably did not really need.

Needless to say, I wanted to get a few more estimates. I found Amiericare Heat and Air, and liked the reviews I saw. Angelo came out the same day I called for an estimate. He provided me with quite a bit of useful information, was very honest, and was not trying to sell me anything he did not honestly think I needed. His estimate was also very reasonable.

Fate would have it, that our system finally bit the dust the very next day. I was able to call Americare Heat and Air that day, and they were able to come out the very next day to install. At no extra charge to my surprise.

So, Angelo came out today with another guy (did not get his name). They were clean, professional, courteous, and did a great job for me. I could not be happier with their service. They installed a new Goodman 14 SEER system for my home. I have heard some good things about the Goodman brand, so we shall see. I also have quite a bit of faith that if there are any issues what so ever with the new system or install, they will take care of me.

Needless to say, the house is nice and cool once again, and it cooled down very quickly at that! A huge thank you to Angelo, and Americare Heat & Air!!

Good, honest, and hard working! Angelo could have easily sold me on another newer unit but was honest and told me even though my unity was small for my square footage and older, I could likely get a few more years out of it with proper maintenance. When my unit does die I will only be working with him for a replacement!

Called one day when my AC wasn't working. Angelo made it out to my house the same day and had me fixed up in 30 minutes. He did quality work for a solid price. Definitely going with Americare anytime I need HVAC service.

Update 2/13/19
It was about time to have my 20+ yr old furnace and AC replaced so I called up Americare again. They gave me a solid price on the new setup that was about $600 cheaper than any other estimates I got. Angelo and Frank came out to install the unit and did great job working with the tiny closet that my old furnace was in. There was a minor issue with getting the new AC to work, but they made sure that my heat was functioning the whole time. They put in the work to take care of the issue and everything in the new install looks and works great.

I decided to call Americare Heat & Air because they had such great reviews. They lived up to it. When I called, they were kind and patient and worked with my busy schedule to make sure an appointment could be scheduled asap. When they got here, Ken and Tanner were professional and friendly. I get really stressed and overwhelmed when it comes to house repairs and maintenance, so thank you both for making this a good and stress free experience. Americare Heat & Air will be my go to.

Highly recommend. Ac was having some issues. Called late at night and was able to speak to someone and book an appointment for the next day. Ken came out next day on time and resolved my issue. Will definitely be using again in the future.

I had an old system that broke down and I knew that it was beyond repair. I called Americare after reading these reviews. I'm glad I did! Angelo saved me money and the system that he installed is wonderful . It hardly needs to run and now my electric bill dropping. Angelo went above and beyond by doing extra tasks because my house is weird . No extra charge. Don't hesitate to call them if you need any work done.

I have used this company for several years. They’re always quick to respond and get the job done in a timely manner. I had two other companies prior to them try to up charge me or get me to replace my entire system. Ken Derby, checked my system for a leak, replaced the outside coils and had my system blowing cold ASAP. Ken and Tanner are efficient and will get the job done right! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Angelo has been great handling my HVAC issues. Installation of a new AC and more recently two repairs on my furnace. Glad I accidentally found Americare. He always carved out time to get over here and resolve the issue. I never have to wait days for a call. Recommend.

Great experience with these guys. Angelo got our system replaced, installed and working perfectly in short order. They had the best price on same units from the 4 companies I got quotes from. Their follow up service has been excellent. I would recommend them if you want someone that will work with you and your budget and not just try to upsell you on something that you don't need.

My A/C unit went out in his heatwave but I called on a Saturday and he was out within the hour and quickly fixed the problem!

i called the heating and air company i have been using for many years lasher heat and air about my regular a/c tune up and the person i spoke with was rude and told me no one could do a service until august 15th. I called Americare and Angelo said if he didn't have a tech he would personally be at my house the next day to do a service! great customer service! He let me know when he would arrive was very polite to my wife who was there to meet him. On time great price. Great easy invoicing, informed my wife of many things the other heat and air company never told us, very satisfied thank you very much.

Our AC went out in the middle of July (of course) and our home warranty chose not to cover it (of course). This put a huge strain on us as we were not planning to pay in full for a full HVAC replacement, but in the middle of OK summer heat it needed to be done. We sought advice, got quotes from various HVAC professionals and were very stressed as many companies were quoting us ~10K and up.

Enter Americare Heat and Air. I found them via Yelp and called based on their (well deserved!!) overwhelmingly positive reviews. Angelo immediately answered. After asking a few questions, he was able to instantly identify the issue, provide me with a quote that gave us a HUGE sigh of relief (seriously, you can't beat their prices!), and schedule a day for his team to come out.

When they came, they were courteous, friendly and professional. Angelo helped me register the new equipment with the manufacturer's warranty, and he and Frank were very informative and gave us several pointers on how to maintain our new equipment to prevent future issues. These guys went above and beyond to help us in every way possible and their genuine care for their customers was very apparent.

Americare is a wonderful HVAC service. My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called Americare and Ken arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem. The capacitor had gone out, so he replaced it and also added a super boost to help prevent this problem from happening again. The charges were very reasonable, especially for an emergency situation like this on a Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend this company. They are honest, knowledgable and hard working. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you, Americare!!

I am extremely pleased with the new HVAC system installed by Angelo, Frank and team a month ago. While I was shopping for a replacement, they gave me all the information I needed to be able to compare to other companies I looked at. There were some fancier systems with more bells and whistles, but the cost was so much more for very minor improvements that it would take decades to make up the difference in cost with the system I got from Americare, which is one of the higher end ones.

I just got my first electric bill using the new AC and our energy usage is down 25% averaged over the 2 prior months, and temperatures this month have been at or near 100F for many days. We could feel the difference immediately. The house cools faster, and the system does not run all the time.

I am very glad we went with Angelo, Frank and team at Americare and highly recommend them.

I had an outside condenser replaced by another company but knew something was not right. After checking reviews I picked Americare to check out my unit. Best decision I've made in a long time. Angelo returned by phone call very quickly and set up a service call the next morning. Came out and really checked out the HVAC inside and out and told me what was wrong and what the repairs would be. Prices were very reasonable and and he had everything working perfectly.
