Called with questions about my furnace and Kenneth answered all my questions on the phone, free! Didn't push a service call on me, and even offered advice about filters and a place to stock up on them.

I had a unique and difficult issue that required a lot of care and work. I called every AC company in the area and only one was able to resolve the issue and also treat me like a person and not a wallet.
Americare Heat and Air is amazing and the kind of company that I want to work with. Kenneth and Tanner both went above and beyond. They're trustworthy, reliable and very experienced.

Great service. Called, they got me in quickly, got the parts I needed at a fair price. I’m picky, all the work was clean and tidy on the install, all worked was very nice. Work was above expectation service was awesome. Product came with good warranty. They explained to me several options not just the one that he made the most money on and the performance differences so I could make a educated decision on what I wanted. I would recommend to everyone.

We called Ken @ 10pm when we realized we weren't getting any cooling from our AC. He would have come out right away, but had a flat on his service truck. We actually hadn't expected anyone to be able to come until the next day, and he came first thing the next morning. Friendly, professional, had us up and running in half an hour. His rate & parts were very reasonable. He shared some advice regarding filters and where to get them for a good price. Couldn't have been more pleased. I'd highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with the service received from Americare. Ken (owner) arrived when he said he would, was respectful, thorough and worked fast. I was able to communicate with him easily and overall, it was an outstanding experience.

Angelo and team originally installed our new system a few years ago. Very professional and great pricing. Angelo has always been very responsive and willing to help. He recently assisted us with an issue with our AC and got the diagnosis right from my description on the phone including estimate of best and worst cases. His advice saved us a service trip. That saved us time and money. I couldn't recommend Americare more highly.

All around great service. Angelo set up the service call and Frank performed the work. Both of these men were very helpful and professional. I’ve been a home owner for over 15 years and I can easily say this has to be the easiest service call I have ever been through. I knew exactly what work was being done, I knew it was going to be done properly, and I knew what I was going to pay. Frank, the technician, took the time to show and explain the issues and what needed to be fixed. The A/C system is up and running. I’d recommend this company a thousand times.

I'm typically a DIY guy, but recognize there are times when a contractor is needed. When that time comes, I do my research and keep a keen eye for the qualities that matter most to me. I think Americare was the 6th call I'd made in my hunt for an HVAC company. Spoke with Ken and he got my attention in a hurry. He offered to come out to the house that same afternoon, so I gave him a shot. I greeted him with my typical skeptical demeanor, but in just a short amount of time the guy quite frankly blew me away. Don't believe I've ever dealt with a contractor that demonstrated the sort of genuine customer interaction, interest and concern that Ken displayed. And as much as anything, he also listened to my needs and preferences and worked with me to achieve those objectives, and all at a value that was far and away unmatched by any other contractor I spoke with. Many contractors will tell you they'll treat you like family, but it seems that rarely turns out to be the case. Instead of boasting those promises, Americare just delivered on them. I found my experience with Ken to be quite unique.... and I can say with high confidence that Americare has all my HVAC business going forward.

They were the best, quick, reliable, efficient and professional. Ken saved us alot of money, was afraid I was going to have to replace the entire system and he was able to repair our system. I am indebted to Americare for sure. Do not call anyone else, call Ken at Americare he’ll take care of you!

Here is a short version of my review. I was very pleased with Americare Heat & Air. I can highly recommend them to others. They seem to value quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

We had a Mitsubishi heat and air split unit that serviced a part of our house. It stopped producing cold air, so I decided to call in someone to have a look. I chose Americare based on their reviews. That was a good idea. I called to schedule a service visit and they were able to have someone come the next day. Moreover, they gave me a 30 minute time window for when they would come and they were right on time. The team that came out was Angelo Tomarchio and another gentleman. After the inspection, they told me that repairs would likely cost more than the unit was worth. They could install a new Daikin unit at a good price and they would waive the cost of the initial service visit. I decided to proceed with this plan. They were able to schedule a time to install the new unit within only a few business days. Again they gave me a 30 minute time window stating when they would arrive.

Angelo and the other gentleman came right on time. Apparently the old unit had not been installed very well, so they had to replace a lot of the existing infrastructure. Still, when done, the price was as had been verbally quoted to me. Angelo showed how to use the unit, clean the filters, and walked me through the process of registering the product online.

From the time I called to schedule the service visit through the completion of the work, everyone I encountered was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The new unit was only installed today, so I will reserve judgement on how well it works, but all in all I was very happy with this interaction and I am glad that called Americare Heat & Air.

Americare is amazing. My technician Ken was an absolute life saver. My AC went out and he was able to book an appointment within 24 hours.

Once he arrived, he was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong and fix it just as quickly. He didn't try to upsell me any unnecessary bells or whistles which is extremely hard to find these days so I really appreciate that aspect of the visit.

He was in and out within an hour and my AC Unit is now blasting cold air all over my house again. I will 100% continue to use Americare for all of my future heating and cooling needs.
