Jared Staley did a great job servicing the furnace as part of the twice yearly HVAC system maintenance. Rhino has provided great service, timely, professional and knowledgeable. This was the second time using Rhino for our HVAC maintenance. The first time was last summer when they got our AC system up and running after another company had quoted a ~$5000 condenser replacement. Rhino performs the work that is needed at very reasonable pricing compared to other companies without trying to up-sell costly replacement or maintenance contracts. I highly recommend Rhino.

Jarred, Ethan, and Hunter did a fantastic job at our home. They replaced our HVAC unit and had us cooling down in this Oklahoma heat in no time. They were polite, punctual, and professional. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and left no trace of their presence. Despite working in a very tight space, they made it work seamlessly. They even took the extra step of registering our new unit for the warranties and sent us a confirmation email. It turned out to be a draining/elevation issue. Their commitment to standing behind their workmanship and their exceptional service reassured us that we made the right choice. We’re very pleased with Rhino Heating and Air and their dedicated crew. Highly recommend!

Heater wasn't working, called him up and he was able to come look at it the same day. Unit works great now. Quick and efficient service. Ronnie is really nice and very helpful. Looking forward to future service in the spring.

Very pleased with Rhino Heating and Air Conditioning! Hunter came and got my air conditioner back up in good clean condition, and with a very affordable price. I called last night after hours with the air conditioner problems and had a service tech here by 10:00 a.m. the very next day. Communication all the way around has been wonderful! This was for my residence, but I will also be changing my commercial property over to Rhino Heating and Air Conditioning. Thanks so much for the great service!

Cannot recommend rhino heat and air enough. Family owned. Extremely friendly came out on a Sunday and fixed me right up! Even have a maintenance plan designed to save money! Can’t ask for anything better! Thank you all so much!

I had a co exposure got treated and they were quick to come out same day within the hour to ck co levels in my home. Fast, friendly. Professional. Highly recommend them and reasonable priced. We had to call them out again for a 2nd time on the weekend for the ac unit not working. it was blowing hot air out of vents and fan outside not turning they came right out the next morning and fixed the problem . Great customer service and the tech was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He took pics of the old part he replaced and pic of the new part he installed. We were very pleased how things were handled and there pricing was reasonable and fair for a weekend call out. We would highly recommend this company.

Great service! Very informative and reasonable prices. We had a company out the day prior to evaluate the furnace when we had no heat. They quoted the same repair for a much higher price. Rhinos prices seemed much more reasonable than the previous company . Thankful for their quick responses and service!

This team is professional and solution oriented. They have been out to my house for two projects. The specialist was able to explain the issues in a way I could understand, offer alternatives and ultimately fix my problem. They are very competitively priced. Very happy with the work from the Rhino folks! I took bids from 10 companies. I would be happy to do business with at least 5, but Rhino stood out with follow-up calls after the bid to try to win the service. They seemed very credible and eager to win my business. I liked that and that’s why I chose them. He offered a fair price and we agreed.
Rhino’s crew showed up early on a hot day and began the arduous task of removing existing equipment and preparing the crowed space for the new system. They completed the work by mid afternoon. I have since inspected the work with my limited knowledge of their industry, and found they did a fantastic job installing and connecting to the existing framework.
I’m very pleased to have had Rhino engaged in the project and extremely pleased with the end product. I would highly recommend them.

I called about my heat not working and withing 30 mins or less, they had a technician out here.His name was (Brett Smith ) , who I might add was very attentive, very professional.And when I say, I asked a lot of questions that he knew every answer and also taught me a lot of things, I did not know!! And also made me realize that the last company I had air comfort.Solutions, I had them here, and they did not do the job right. My ac thermostat was actually set to gas. When I have an all electric home and that was the reason my heat didn't work and he found it super fast!!!! So I will forever call this company to do my ac.Work!!! And I will always ask for ( brett) from the excellent service I received today.I will be a lifetime customer!!!!

Dustin was absolutely amazing. Service was same day. He entered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. He even let my husband watch him work. I recommend this company 100%.

My sister and I found ourselves needing a whole new HVAC. Our old one was 19 years old and was finished. We received multiple quotes and after speaking with Gary we made the decision to use Arthur’s Heat and Air. Gary gave us a few options and we went with an Amana.
