Caleb and the crew did a really good job replacing my damaged duct throughout the home, and even though there was a missed communication, they worked with me and got it all squared away, and I’m grateful that my family can be in a home with clean air! Thank you very much and I would recommend Arthur’s to anyone who needs work done :)

Caleb M. installed a new heater/ac system for us yesterday. He did a great job, along with the other technician with him. They arrived on time and were very polite and professional, working diligently to disassemble & remove our old unit and install the new one. They removed & took away all the parts of our old unit and left the area spotless. The system is working perfectly and is very quiet compared to our old one. We are very happy to have discovered Arthur’s Air and would recommend them highly to everyone!

We experienced the honesty and integrity of Arthur's air conditioning today. Their technician Tony Lawrence came to my brother's house to repair the heater. He discovered that my brother had simply not set the controls properly and the heater was working fine. I really want to thank Tony and all the folks at Arthur's air conditioning for helping me take care of my brother.

Huge thank you to Brett Jackson at Arthur's ! The blower fans on our mini split units were absolutely filthy affecting their performance and adding $ to utility bills. When he finished they honestly worked like new plus he fixed a drainage issue from a previous install from a different company. Couldn't be more satisfied. VERY HIGHLY recommend ! 5 stars isn't enough

What a wonderful company. Our central heating system stopped heating on Friday afternoon. Within two hours of calling, service was at our door. The technician thoroughly checked the whole system. He discussed three options with us and we chose the cheapest. However, with the service plan we purchased, the company will do two routine maintenance visits each year and they have put in their records to specifically check two parts which seem to be nearing the end of service life. The most interesting thing was their service plan ($189 a year). They give you $150 credit for each year, up to $1,250, to go toward your next unit, and since everyone knows heat/ac systems fail after ten years, if you're lucky, having that money will certainly be helpful. Our technician was Dustin and he was great.

I had Emerald Heat and Air service my unit before summer hit! They did a great job as usual. Thanks for keeping my AC in tip-top shape for these super hot summers. I would totally recommend this company for anyone needing heating and air services.

Bree and her team diagnosed our current system and gave us clear options about repair or replacement, cost comparisons and longevity. Gave several options once we chose system replacement at different price points and features.

Very knowledgeable and straightforward people to deal with! They will give you all of the options and let you know what will save you some money or get you a better warranty in the long run. They will work with you and they even honored a quote for me that was 6 months old when I was able to afford the work. Highly recommend!

We've been using Emerald for several years and the folks there are so helpful and generous with their time. They always explain what they're doing and give us tips on how to save money or better care for our heating and cooling systems. Every time they come out to the house, I learn something new! (Of course, they always do a fantastic job, too.)

We're long time customers of Emerald. They always take great care of our heat & AC needs. AC went out last week, and Emerald was able to diagnose the problem quickly and then complete a new installation within a very few days.

Called Emerald Heat & Air Friday afternoon when the fan stopped working. They added us to their already full schedule and came out after 5:00. They had the air conditioner fixed by 6:00 so we could enjoy our weekend. Very happy with this company. We have used them for several service calls!

I've used this company several times in the past not only for my home but for another house I manage. They've been flexible with me and have been able to fit me in a few times sooner than I anticipated when they had a cancellation near me. They show me and explain the issue(s) to me and I've never felt take advantage of. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of heat/air work done.

And ongoing excellent service. Today, 10-17-23, it was Bree who provided terrific service in all ways. I really appreciate that the same folk, either Bobby or Bree, are scheduled for each service. They are each familiar with my system and that reinforces my confidence in their expertise.

Not sure how to give reviews for subsequent fine service other than to edit previous reviews. This one is for service received today, 4-4-24, for my semi-annual heat and air service. Today Bobby came with his assistant (Ryan?). If you want reliable, professional, excellent service, Emerald is your company. I appreciate that they send for each service one of two technicians who are familiar with my system. I trust Bobby’s expertise and feel confident that my unit is being maintained in a manner that ensures it runs at peak operation as much as possible.

Update for June, 2024: Ongoing excellent service from Emerald Heat & Air. In addition to my service contract and reliable maintenance of my HVAC system for the 4+ years since I’ve lived in this house, I recently had Emerald add a dehumidifier to my system. Bobby evaluated what would best fit my system and size of house and Sydney put together the estimate. It was no small proposition but Bobby performed his usual high standard of expertise and installed the unit with the assistance of Ryan. When I had a question about how the unit was working, Bobby responded immediately by coming back to my house to ensure the proper operation of the unit. As others have mentioned, one of the most important aspects of the way Emerald does business is thorough explanation, including photos, so the lay homeowner understands the work being done. Service and expertise matters!

I am very satisfied with Emerald Heat and Air. They installed a new heating and air conditioning system with new ductwork back in May. From start to finish everything went well, and they did everything they said they would do. During the process I called them several times with questions, and they always answered the phone and were very helpful and attentive.
They completed all of the paperwork that I needed to receive rebates from ONG and OG&E.
Now that summer heat has arrived, my home is so comfortable. my new system is so efficient and I have seen my electric bill drop dramatically.
