Taylor did a great job with our furnace tune up. Super friendly & easy going, and made sure everything was communicated well and understood. Would highly recommend!

Gavin and Devin came out to find where water was leaking through my roof furnace exhaust into my attic. They were able to find the leak, quickly resolved it for me and gave me an additional recommendation on a second issue I was having in my attic. Both were very professional and knowledgeable.

I contacted Norman Air because I had been smelling a weird smokey smell for a few days. I contacted them last Friday and Nick P arrived when I was told he would. Did the inspection and suggestions in a professional and timely manner. He did find a couple of issues ,(one a biggie), so I know where the priority needs to be. Luckily, the smell is nothing electrical. Left me a quote with no feeling of being rushed into repairs. Very impressed with the knowledge Nick has. Definitely recommend Nick and Norman Air.

Well, it's now 2 weeks later. Needed Norman Air again much faster than I'd anticipated. My breaker box decided to spark and the entire house was without power. Including no air conditioning on 2 extremely hot days. I called on a Wednesday, they were here on Thursday. Grateful they were able to come and replace the entire breaker panel, bring it up to code and make it look good in the process. Dakota was here briefly, and then Nick P and Alexander (?) finished the job. The entire job was completed in ONE day. They explained the entire process in a very clear and concise manner, didn't spend time goofing off, cleaned up after themselves, and spent time checking each and every outlet and switch.

If you have any doubts about quality, Norman Air has it. I would recommend them to anyone. And I've never been so grateful for air conditioning!

Joseph was here at 8:30 and finished by 10:30. He was fast and did an excellent job replacing the water inlets, new PEX pipes and box behind the washing machine. He is professional and neat. I will ask for Joseph again, (if) when I need a great job done. Thank You!

This place has taken pretty great care of my house. Almost had a really bad situation at the end of 2024 and they caught and prevented it and have taken great care of me ever since. Highly recommend as they also don’t try to force anything you don’t want or can’t afford at the time and all of the techs I’ve spoken to have been great.

Jeremiah came out to the house yesterday and he was fabulous! He found the issue quickly and got it fixed without delay. He also gave us great suggestions on how to avoid the issue in the future. Thanks Jeremiah!

We called on Friday night at 7 pm when our water started backing up. They were prompt to send someone out. Jeremiah arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was kind, informative, and very helpful! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We have used Norman air to install a new air conditioner and now plumbing problems. We will continue to use them!

Joseph was on time, knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended the Halo5 system to correct our well water issues and we agreed. Free estimate and we signed up for membership.

Devin was great. Received service early morning after calling at nearly 6 pm the day before. Devin found the issue quickly on one of the attic units and repaired it in no time at all. Very professional and would recommend again.

I absolutely loved my experience with this company! I spoke with Gus yesterday, and even though they have more expensive options, he didn’t push at those. He wanted us to choose what was right for our budget. They provided us next day service on our a/c install. The guys that installed the unit, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. From the customer service rep that answers the phone to the guys that did the labor, I have only positive things to say. They have earned my business as long as I live in their service area!

Joseph R conducted our annual plumbing maintenance inspection on 11/3/25.
Joseph was extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he did, what he found, and what he recommended.
We were very happy and satisfied with his service.

Taylor was an incredible help. Professional, but also down to earth. He talked through everything he was doing and took time to explain all pros/cons. He came out for a follow up 2 days later and the experience was just as positive.

I'd highly recommend Taylor and Norman Air for all AC/HVAC needs.

Jeremiah came out today. The service was very fast and efficient. He checked to see what might be causing my water problem and discovered it was simply a drain hose not property connected to the pipe. He had it fixed in minutes. So happy I called Norman Air. I'll use them anytime I have plumbing/water issues. Thanks Jeremiah for your expertise.

Devin was fast and courteous. He knew immediately what the issue was with our system and was in and out in minutes. We’ve had exceptional service since switching to Norman Air, highly recommend.

We called them on a Saturday afternoon for a sewer line problem, and they were the only ones who told us they would be out that same day. We had plumber out a few hours later. Jeremiah was awesome! So helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and broke down everything for us so we had all of the information. Norman Air is definitely a company we will continue to use.

Joseph was very polite and respectful of my property. He found what the problem was and showed it to me on the camera. Explained everything he was doing. Let me know upfront the cost. Would recommend Norman air and will use in the future.

Heater was intermittent. Called Norman Air and they made it out to take a look that morning. Devin was extremely knowledgeable and professional and even took the time to explain the process of what he was doing. Was able to diagnose and repair the issue right away.

Norman Air is always great to work with. Very curious and customer friendly. They schedule a technician promptly and the technician makes necessary repairs.
My technician was Keith and he repaired my outdoor faucet and explained everything in detail.

BE AWARE!! 99.00 DRAIN CLEARING IS A COUPON THAT MUST BE MENTIONED BEFORE THEY GET TO YOUR HOUSE or so i was told AFTER they got to my house even though I set the appt under a drain clearing and told them what my issue was. They snaked a washing machine drain that had mud and roots and not alot of roots for $407.00. After I called and complained of the wayyy overpricing they lowered it to $357.00. Still way over priced. And no camera used down the drain. SEE MY INVOICE BELOW.

Update: installation finished as promised on Monday last week. They arrived early, worked steadily, let us know progress and finished up a bit early. We got help setting up Smart thermostat. I really like the app on my phone. Financing easy, all work as promised and our house/lives improved. Good job Team! Our dnst living room has never been this warm.
First review: Woke up to no heat Friday morning. I called and technicians arrived quickly for a Friday! Devin and Gavin were polite, knowledgeable and professional. They determined what broke and did a detailed inspection. Devin was so kind when he explained that my HVAC was worn out after 25+ yrs. He knew we really needed replacement but clearly explained options ranging from "bandaid" to full repair of old, rusty equipment. Both men were kind. My husband and I knew we needed replacement but there was zero pressure. Long story short... the new HVAC unit will be installed Monday. Thank goodness it won't be too cold this weekend. Devin, Gavin and Gus, who sold us the new unit, were all kind, friendly, professional people. Thank you. I'll update after installation Monday.

Keith came out to find a leak for me. He was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable kept me informed about what he was doing and what he could do to help the situation. Very appreciative of the effort Keith put in and highly recommend Norman Air.

Keith, Joseph, and the rest of the Norman Air team always do an awesome job. They are always polite and explain everything thoroughly, helping us understand whatever job they’re doing for us. We have used them for HVAC and now plumbing problems, and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!
