Billy T came out on Saturday and was so thorough. He not only resolved our issue, but took the time to explain some options for improvements we might want to do with absolutely no hard upsell. We will be calling again and requesting Billy!

HVAC tech Justice arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything to me and was respectful of my property. Highly recommend Waggoner’s- their yearly maintenance program is well worth it.

Wednesday morning JoJo and Tanner arrived to do scheduled Fall maintenance on my furnace. While JoJo was managing the furnace, Tanner installed the two filters in my ceiling vents. He noticed the vent in the living was black, indicating lots of dirt present. That prompted him to go into the attic to look at the duct work. He discovered a large hole in the main vent and some of the insulation had fallen of the vent. When JoJo finished with the furnace the two men talked to me about options for cleaning and repairing the vents. He called Silver Fries at Waggoners and she was out with in an 1 1/2 and explained what could be done to repair the vent in both places. She helped me set up financing with no interest for one year. When she left she said someone for the office will contact you to schedule the vent work. Later that afternoon Jessica called and said they could come out the next day. Tay and Justin arrived Thursday morning at 10am. They worked 3 1/2 hours repairing, cleaning the vents and I had asked them to also clean the dryer vent. Every one of these employees were courteous and knew how to accomplish their tasks. Jason even took down and put back up, my 5 lighted Christmas houses on top of the bookcase under the living room vent. I'm sure that was not in his job description. I have used Waggoners since I built my house in 1963 and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Tanner did a fantastic job. He identified a few problems and gave us a quote for duct cleaning. He was friendly and very knowledgeable!

The technician that came by to give me a qoute about getting a generator plug installed and expanding my panel did an amazing job! He explained all the details that I need to know and did a great job answering my questions.

All communication with Jeremy was amazing and he was super helpful and put my mind at ease. Billy T was my service tech and a very nice and knowledgeable man. He took the time to explain everything and replaced my air condenser in a flash. Very happy to sign a service agreement with this company.

Cody did a great job. He walked me through the maintenance process and provided me with information regarding additional services. Waggoners techs are always so professional and easy to work with.

Had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Jeremy at customer service matched my urgency & had electrician Tanner come out within 24 hours to give a quote on installing our EV charging station at home. Tanner after his assessment gave a competitive quote and returned in the afternoon for installation. Tanner was both competent & professional. I will use Waggoners Home Service going forward for all our electrical needs.

Tanner came out to give me an estimate on some electrical work. He did a great job explaining everything and was a great listener. He completed a thorough estimate with exactly what I asked for.

Robert came out this morning and installed our new oven. Then shortly later Kevin came out and fixed my kitchen sink. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Absolutely love the new oven and Robert got it all installed in no time at all. It looks amazing. And Kevin came out and our water going again in the kitchen. Everyone who works for waggoners is a true blessing. From the folks that answer the phones and the folks out in the field. Everyone is so polite,professional, and helpful. Thank you all.

Comfort specialist Silver Fries and installation team of Matt & Tay went above and beyond doing the sale and install. They were the epitome of professional. I would recommend the company and its employees to anyone needing sales or service.

I called them for a second opinion and Mr. Billy T. came in and started listening to the issues I was having and what I had heard from first inspection. He was very professional and kind, very respectful of the place. He took his time to double check, and re-explain to help me understand as well as provided fair assessment of what he recommends, what is priority and what would need assistance from another resource. Our AC unit had frosted over and had made a cracking noise when we turned it back on after letting it defrost. Cody was able to get here and get it fixed within 48hrs of contacting Waggoner's. He was quick, efficient, and very courteous in getting the motor replaced in our AC unit! Thanks again Cody!!!

Our tech Cody communicated well, was timely, quick, and answered all of my questions with ease. He also gave me some great recommendations and facilitated making the needed additional appointments before he left! So easy and reliable.

Waggoners does so many things that we rely on them for almost all of our home's needs now. Last week Tanner and Robert were great with our breaker box change out, Seth and Michael with our water heater install, and Billy with our HVAC inspection; needed new. Eddie and Arturo did our new HVAC install, and today, insulation.

Jojo and Brad were great. Super friendly, kind, and professional. I hope Jojo comes out every time I have maintenance done.

Robert evaluated the status of the bathroom exhaust fan and heater with lights. He provided 3 estimates for fixing the problem. We picked one and entered the process of ordering the replacement and setting up the future installation.

Waggoners is my go-to for all things heat, air, and plumbing! I absolutely love that they take before and after pictures of the air conditioner unit—it’s fantastic to see the transformation. Can’t recommend them enough!

Conor came out to do our maintenance inspection today. He did a wonderful job explaining everything he did, was thorough in reviewing pictures he took during the inspection, and was overall respectful and kind. Great employee who deserves some praise!
