Routine annual maintenance performed on my furnace by Colton G. He arrived at the specified time, was professional I his appearance, and was both respectful and friendly. Colton performed his task in a timely manner and cleaned his work area thoroughly when complete. He did not try to upsell me too much but presented info on their total maintenance program. I highly recommend Norman Air for all of your HVAC issues.

Our heater had went out during the night or early morning and the temp was dropping. I knew what some of the problem was but the part wasn’t available to me. I made the call around 4:30 P.M. to Norman Air and they scheduled a technician to come out, Devin was here in about an hour or so. The communication was outstanding with the text messages and being able to track the technician to the time they arrive at your house. I explained the problem to Devin and he started his troubleshooting and found the problem. He did what he could do to keep the system running until he could get the parts that were needed. Due to the time, he had to get the part the next morning. Devin returned this morning (again with excellent communication) and got the unit back in working order. Devin has excellent customer service and represents Norman Air as an exceptional technician!
I also want to say that the lady who took my call and set everything up was very friendly and helpful.
I’ll recommend Norman Air to anyone who needs their services!

Keith came out and was here for several hours taking care of a huge leak issue that flooded half of our home. I literally could not have asked for a better service man. He was extremely intelligent, very funny, personable, polite, honest and clearly had integrity. Some of that stuff is pretty rare these days. We give him 10 out of five stars, definitely recommend. The price was also reasonable for his time and the size of the job, and we had prompt, same-day service, and a military discount. If Keith is an example of everyone at this company, this company is completely outstanding. We are very, very pleased.PS, Keith, Thank you for your service in the US army.

Dyllan, Keith's boss also showed up providing some tools for a specialty problem area. He was exactly as Keith was. Very polite, professional, and friendly. Excellent, outstanding service

Our heat went out today when it was 10 degrees outside. Taylor arrived and got our heat turned back on so quickly. A true hero! (And he was super sweet to our little dog.) we had heat just 3 hours after we called it in. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

I had Norman Air out to my home about a year ago to install a tankless water heater. The technicians were all kind and considerate of my property. They recently came back out to provide routine annual maintenance and am happy to report the service was, once again, 5 star! Would highly recommend Norman Air for any of your HVAC and plumbing needs!

I bought an HVAC system from Norman Air several years ago. PExcellent service on a wintry day by Ryan, a young professional. Extremely courteous (asked if I’d like him to remove his boots — and I’m not even Japanese). Knows his stuff and even recommended future improvements. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Highly Recommend. I worked with Keith and the quality, reasonable pricing, and great communication was impeccable. I also liked the membership program they offer, as a home owner and being busy or just not wanting to do things myself it works. I also want to avoid costly repairs. Keeping things maintained will hopefully lower that nightmare or stave it off. Just for reference I had plumbing issues.

Any time we’ve needed hvac repairs, we’ve always relied on family or friends who were in the hvac business, but have since passed on or retired. Not knowing who to turn to, we did a Google search and was very pleased with Norman Air’s story and reviews. Our 40-year-old heat & air unit had finally given out. Michael S came out almost immediately after we called for an appointment. He went above and beyond and diagnosed our unit. We knew we needed to just replace the unit, & Michael got us fixed up until the new unit was installed. Wyatt and Alea did the installation a few days later, & they were fantastic! All were very knowledgeable, professional, hard-working & friendly. Thank you, Norman Air!

A few months ago we had a power outage in part of our home. From the first phone contact to Chad the electrician, this company really made an impression. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My fiancé and I will always call Norman Air first for all of our home repair needs.

Update: I also called them for a plumbing leak and Jeremiah did a great job! I loved that they offer an overall plumbing inspection of my property. Jeremiah informed me of a procedure for my water heater that I never would have known about. He was great at explaining my leak issues and worked efficiently to fix the problem! Nice guy!

Love them! The ladies on the phone were great and thorough. I greatly appreciated the texts and emails before my appointment. They included a picture of my technician so I knew who to open the door for. I thought this was a great touch! Junior was very polite and SO respectful of my property. Always asked if it was okay to enter the house and additional rooms. I greatly appreciated all of the information he gathered for me during my tune-up. He emailed it to me for my records and it was very comprehensive! He also included before and after pictures of his service. I had no idea how filthy my unit was until he cleaned it! It looks brand new! I also appreciated him explaining a potential problem in the future and the different ways it could be serviced. Junior did great, and I hope to work with him again! And I will definitely be using Norman Air again and recommending them!

Taylor and Chandler did a great job for me. They were quick, efficient and courteous. Everything was explained well and I set a 4x year maintenance plan. I highly recommend this company. They were reasonably priced, also. Rachel in the office kept me very informed!

Devin was timely, polite, knowledgeable and quick with the repair I needed. He explained my options well and I was able to make an informed decision to get my heat back up and running quickly. I appreciate his patience in letting me explain what was going on and with my excited poochie. He was able to get me up and running the same day and I truly thank him for making my house warm again. Dakota did our electricity safety inspection and also did a few other things like:
1) Changed some defective electrical outlets
2) Replaced two of our garage fluorescent lights which were not functioning properly by LED tube lights and bypassed the ballasts
3) Did work on our front porch electrical outlet
4) Replaced some dead bulb outside our garage
5) Overall did a very thorough inspection of our electrical system

* He completed the projects to our compete satisfaction
* He was very friendly and easy to work with
* He was also very knowledgeable
* He also was very punctual, which we really appreciated very much!
* He isa great asset for the company he works for.

Second day he had a young assistant by the name Anderson, I think (please forgive me if I am wrong). He is also very polite and friendly, learning his job very well. He was also very helpful like Dakota.

Michael S. Was the technician we were assigned and I’m happy to say he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining the issues and offering several different repair options. He even changed all of our air filters and installed a new smart thermostat. We also took advantage of the monthly subscription for tune ups/inspections and the discounted price! Overall a great experience, I would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Alea and Taylor perform our furnace service. They worked with my schedule and kept me updated on their arrival. They were efficient and friendly. Explained everything to us in a way that I could understand. Pricing was clear and reasonable. We have used Norman Heating and Air in the past for a hot water tank replacement also. Great service. I scheduled a routine maintenance appointment on my HVAC system. They offer competitive pricing and I was impressed with how quickly I got an appointment. Services were thorough and only took about an hour. Jake and Michael did a Fantastic job! The entire team is professional and wonderful to work with! An easy 5 stars!
