We booked with this company based on great reviews. While the set up process was great, when our technician arrived she seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. She did tell us what was wrong with our unit, however she charged our refrigerant without asking if that’s what we wanted to do and we were left with a much higher bill than we were expecting for what was supposed to be just a diagnosis.

I’ve used Emerald Heat & Air in the past with excellent results. My 24 year old heat and A/C unit is still going great because of them. I am going to purchase a new unit from them without price shopping because of how great the company is. Bobby showed up early and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. I’m grateful for the wonderful tech and the wonderful service. I would highly recommend them!!!

Emerald Heat and Air is a company you can trust! They have been prompt, efficient, and reasonable with their price every time we have needed them. We are on their monthly care plan too and for just a little money each month I have the peace of mind knowing our heater and /or our air conditioner will not just quit in us without warning. I’ve had this company come out several times in the last few years and I love them! Bree was great. My time slot was from 3pm-5pm and she was ringing my doorbell at 3 on the dot. Super punctual, super friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service!!!!! We called them when our heater went out, it's an ice-cold day, and they gave me a time frame and showed up at that time. Actually, on the early side of that time frame. Our technician was polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He was not only able to get our heat back on but also made sure to check the duct work and that we had sufficient airflow through the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! If we have any issues again, we will absolutely be using this company.

We're new to this company, but they came highly recommended, and we can see why. Our technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made no high-pressure sales. That's what customers need in companies these days. It's good to find a company and their employees that have Integrity these days.

Emerald is a great company. They respond quickly. Bree is knowledgeable and does a great job at my rentals. She assesses the problem and fixes it for a fair price. She doesn't try to upsell me things. I appreciate that.

I purchased a new Mini-Split A/C System, and needed to make sure it was installed properly, so I called Emerald Heat & Air. They arrived promptly at the predetermined time, and quickly performed their tests/service to make sure I had correct operation of my new system. A/C went out in Friday night. Called Saturday morning and they were here by noon and had it repaired and running in about 20 minutes. Had to replace the start capacitor. Bree was nice, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Emerald is a great company and I highly recommend them. Bobby, Bree, and their summer apprentice (can't remember his name) found my problem right away (a plugged condenser drain) on my interior unit in the attic. They are very prompt, friendly, professional, efficient & knowledgeable. They had my AC problem fixed in a little over an hour.

I am a first time customer and called Emerald for help since they are a locally owned business and have really good online reviews.

My problem was a minor emergency because water was dripping through the ceiling in the living room!

Emerald was able to fit me in their schedule in 20 minutes due to a cancelation! Bobby, Bree and their apprentice arrived right on schedule & quickly found the plugged area in the drain. My unit is so old (38 years) they had to replace the PVC drain pipes with larger pipe because the size of my drain popes are no longer used.

I am very satisfied with the service I received and the kindness of everyone who helped me out. From my first call with the manager/ scheduler (who I think may be the owner) to the service techs on site, I was very pleased!

Both Rachel and Colton were great today. They were polite and helpful. The job was done exactly as they started it would be. I could not be happier.

Jeremiah was great! He came out and assessed why my toilet was clogging excessively which ultimately caused a wax ring failure. I decided to also replace the toilet and have the angle stop replaced since it wasn’t fully sealing. He had the new toilet installed in no time. It looks great and I’d definitely recommend Jeremiah and Norman Air!

Great experience with Jeremiah! Fixed an issue with water pressure on my bathroom faucet, did the same thing preventatively on the kitchen faucet and checked some other items and found a toilet handle that needed adjustment. Came out quickly and always a great experience working with Norman Air!

This morning 2-2-2026 I called Norman air to see if they can send one of there technicians to see why my wall plugging and light was not working. So they send Dakota and his
helper.After they found the problem they gave me a price, then I except it so they proceed to fix the problem. So they did a great job.so I will definitely be calling them again.

Jeremiah was very kind and even my cat was crazy about him. Actually, he was very competent in his work and in explaining the problems caused by the 2foot long rootball he pulled out of my sewer line. And he used pictures to show me the problem before doing the work. I appreciated his work.

Brayden and help replaced our shower valves and tub spouts. Like a surgeon he used minimal cuts to get access. I’m very pleased with the result. We’ve had a list of things to do after moving in and Norman Air is getting it done for us. They have some of the best talent around!

Norman Air always has excellent service! Quick to respond to any needs and their monthly membership for free home check ups has saved us a lot of money on the front end.

Every person who’s helped us has been super kind and loved our dog and our dog loved them.

Our technician today, Justin, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful today. Couldn’t have asked for a better repair experience- he took the time to explain how things worked, and made sure I really understood what the problem was, and what the proper fix was. Thanks again!
