Wonderful work and so fast too. The gentleman were very pleasant and didn’t mind at all to fix our fireplace on Christmas Eve. Santa would be proud and they’re definitely on the nice list :)

Knowledgeable technician. Nothing was done yet. Just a consult for installation of 3 new fireplaces. The price for the call seemed a bit high at $225.00 for no actual work being done.

Our technician, Joshua, was professional, efficient, and thorough. Even better, he has a good personality and a great sense of humor. He cleaned and repaired our gas fireplace. The entire interaction was pleasant.

My first review for anything. Our hot water heater broke after 22 years and how long ago it broke, no one knows until we opened the storage room dedicated for the hot water and house AC/heating unit. On arrival, Airbenders analyzed, assessed the situation for our safety and turned if off before it blew that could potentially cause further damage. They provided available market option replacements detailing each option and answering all our questions with patience. The final decision was made after visiting Lowes, Home Depot, an intensive conversation with our repair guy in another state, our adult children who "knows it all (ha, ha)" and another local plumber. Their quote was fair. Not only are they the BEST, they were caring, kind, professional, knowledgeable and funny! Most of all we were impressed with their technical knowledge. We chose copper pipes versus the plastic which does not do well in extreme heat and cold from work and personal experience. You can't go wrong by choosing Airbenders Heat and Air, Plumbing and Fireplaces.

The gentleman, Kobe, was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of the job he was doing. He sought out, diagnosed and treated the malady till repaired.
We are setting up a near future appointment to add a fan to the fireplace also.

First time to use this company. They are so friendly, dependable, and through. My fireplace hasn't been cleaned out in 10 years. They disassembled everything, cleaned and fixed the problem of it lighting. Added more rocks/glow stuff, put it all back together, and it was reasonably priced. I will have them come out every year to service this gas fireplace.

Fireplace log system replacement. All personnel, from the initial technician evaluation, quoting and final installation were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Several fireplace stores recommended Airbenders and we are very happy with the installation.

Very kind, polite workers who clearly knew their trade. Kept us informed as they worked. Gave us the final diagnosis of the problem, what our fireplace needed, and the approx total cost. The workers have to come back to actually repair it. We feel good about the thorough way they worked.

Peace of Mind is the first thing I can say about Eric and staff at Doug's Heat & Air. This past Friday 3/27 around 2 pm, I contacted Eric for help with AC that stopped working during 80+ temperatures. Eric had two staff members at my house within 30 minutes, and they resolved issue within about 20 minutes, so we had AC for the weekend.
I called Eric at 8:15 on Tuesday 3/30 to discuss additional repairs to AC and he was at my house within 30 minutes to check out HVAC unit. He made necessary additional repair at no service charge to me. I told him that fair is fair and I didn't expect no service charge, but his insisted and I have already received the statement with no service charge. Professional company for sure!
