Doug’s Heat and Air put in a whole system for us. They were professional and on time, and did a wonderful job. Before they put in the new system, they kept the two systems running until we could afford to buy brand new. Highly recommend.

We used these guys to fix one of our 4 units in our home. They came out 3 times and our unit is still not working. They were actually recommended by a general contractor we had work done with. In fact Jim our general contractor that recommend Doug's is now having the same problem with them. We paid their invoice and our unit has never worked. They also sent us what was supposed to be a bid in the form of an invoice. They then tried to call and collect. I informed them that was a bid and im not sure why they would try and sneak it in as an invoice. After playing dumb they realized their mistake. We will give them a chance to remedy their mistake and fix the unit or refund our money. If not their 5.0 star rating will be a 1 star very soon.

Doug was fantastic! He arrived in well under an hour from the initial call. He is Very friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. Within minutes he had a good idea of exactly where to look and a plan as to what to do. In under 15 minutes from his arrival he had the issue solved and put back together. He got me off my wife's S### list because it's the one thing I don't know how to fix. Thank you so much Doug for your extremely prompt and professional service. My wife, my dogs and I are grateful! We will definitely use you again if needed in the future and will be recommending the company to all! Wish you had business cards!

Eric and his entire crew just transformed our unit from the garage into the attic with new duct work and vents. Now our system works GREAT!!

They were honest, professional, and great to deal with. I used ACS for years, and because Doug was so honest and hard working, I will only use him in the future. He also was a lot cheaper than the bigger companies.

We needed to replace a condenser and indoor coil. Doug’s were prompt to come look at our unit and provided a couple reasonable quotes. Once we made our choice they had the unit blowing cold the next day. A very professional and experienced family company.

They deleted my epa license and looked at me like I was stupid for not being able to find it. I've given it to them 3 times but they keep losing it. Locke as a whole is overpriced and condescending

The prices are good but the staff, at least on the HVAC side are rude and discourteous. They lack any kind of customer service at all. Their manager is argumentative with customers and the counter staff are unfriendly and lack professionalism. It confuses me when a company that is customer service based allows their employees to act in such a way with their customers. Hopefully they will get it together and treat their customers as if they want them there.

Very quick to help me. My air wasn't working and it was very warm inside my house. Turned out that I needed a new control panel. The part was here the next day. I did have air conditioning until then. Somehow the technician got my air working. I will use them for all my heat and air needs. Awesome company and very skilled workers!

Great local company. I had an issue with an older unit, I thought for sure I would be looking at an expensive repair. Aaron and one of his techs showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed and repaired the unit. It turned out to be just a bad capacitor. I will be using Alameda Heat and Air in the future when this old unit decides to quit for good.

Aaron came out at 9pm to look at our AC which hadn't been blowing cool air for several days. It was 90 degrees in our house with small kiddos and Aaron had the cool air blowing within 10 minutes. He was professional and kind and reasonably priced. We will go with Alameda Heating & air from now on. Thanks Aaron!!

I've used this company three times. The 1st time, the original owner (now deceased) came out and serviced our a/c..great guy. The second time the new owner came out and replaced my 'hot surface ignitor' for my gas furnace. The repair was fast and he showed me the part. That was about 2-3 years ago. The ignitor went out again. I watched the repair the first time and it was doing the same thing so I knew what was wrong with the unit after checking it. I would have done it myself, but it didn't cost very much to have done last time by this company. Plus I run my own company and was busy that day. So I called Alameda told them what was wrong...easy peazy. An hour later two techs came out (for a one-tech job) both nice guys and they worked fast. All was fine until I got the bill. 30-35 mins labor and a universal $20.00 part cost me $305.00 Of that labor was $50.00. This was a hell of a lot more than what I was charged last time by the same comapny. I've researched the part all over the web...$18-35 all day long. They charged me $255. that's like a 700% mark up. I have since called other service companies to compare prices. All were $200.00 installed. "Caveat Emptor". Better shop around. I was planning on having my system upgraded and would have used this company, but not now. I tried calling the owner but my call was not returned.

They were on time and did basically what they said they were going to do. I only gave them 4 stars because I think they should have done a little more. I wanted my air conditioner serviced. I guess that didn't include cleaning the motor and pulling oiling it.
The service man was very nice and showed my wife his to clean the outside coils though.

Just had the crew out to replace HVAC and I couldn't be more pleased. They were very efficient and pleasant to work with,I would recommend them to anybody. Can't say enough about these guys,as good as they get. I was expecting an all day install,3 hours start to finish,exceeded all my expectations.Doesnt get any better.👍

Wow.... Truly impressed with how quickly Brian Norman made it out and had our AC up and running, literally in no time! Would recommend this company and especially Brian to anyone!
Today would have been a miserable day had we not had such quick and efficient service!

I recently finished building a new home. Aaron and his crew did what they said they would do! It can be hard to find that these days. They showed up and did their job. They did it well too and were pleasant. Very fast in getting back to me with the millions of questions I had. Highly recommend. I will use them for any of my future projects or builds.

We have used Alameda Heat and Air for 1 1/2. They have done a lot of work for us and have always done a great job. They show up when they say, do what needs to be done and do it well. They even clean up after themselves. We would recommend them for installation and repair.

These guys are the best. My grandmother needed a new AC system, and their quote was half of what Norman Heat and Air was for the same exact system with installation. They were on time, friendly, and they got her system up and running very fast and did quality work. Explained everything to us, and answered all of her questions.
