I paid $50 for then to say I needed a whole new system at $4,500 for a 1,200sqft home.

I called another place and they put a hard start on my R22 compressor that Alameda said was "broke and rattling" and now my AC works better than ever. I would not call Aladema for service again. They will just try to charge you the most for a service.

Alameda Heat and Air of Norman, OK installed a heat and air conditioning system in my home 30 years ago. After 30 years of service, the AC finally gave up the ghost on Friday, June 30, 2018, the weekend before July 4th. Preparations for a big celebration were in progress, so lack of air conditioning was a real hardship. Knowing that a hot weekend lay ahead, at 4:00 pm on Friday, 4 Alameda technicians arrived at my home with my new AC unit which was cooling my home by 6:00 pm. The work was provided at a significant savings compared to another AC company bid. Great work, great professionalism, great care for the customer, great 4th of July! 5 Stars!

Amazing after hours emergency service. Our AC broke on a Friday evening. Called them at 7:45 pm and they answered. Service tech came to our home at 8:45 pm and fixed our AC. Brian was friendly and so kind and was happy to help us. I highly recommend them!

Brian and Mateo did an amazing job. They were out here the same day I called even in a heat wave and they were able to identify my problem and fix it within a few hours at a reasonable price. Very professional, will be using them from here on out.

After one of their employees ran into my vehicle not only did they give me expired insurance information but now they're not assuming responsibility. Very sad to see a company that operates this way one star all day

These guys were awesome. I was waiting 3 weeks before anyone could come look at my AC. My neighbor called 10 am and they were here by 4 pm. Thank you so much! I was using window units in the back bedrooms to cool my house!

Very fast, and quality work. But they will nickel and dime you to death. I’ve been a contractor for 10 years. If you give a bid it is your duty to finish the job within budget. They finished $2,000 or more over the agreed initial bid due to them not getting the job done right the first time and failing inspection. I would not recommend this contractor

This company gets all the stars from me! I had called all around for an ac repair. Of course everyone was swamped,.as were they. They were my last call before throwing in the towel. I called them around 4pm and was told we're booked, however, we'll get s tech out today. They just couldn't give a definite time. They came same day ss promised. AC was repaired and is cooling like Antarctica!

"Aaron" must be a decent person according to the reviews but this company as a whole is terrible. They charged me $175 for a $8 part, tried to up sell me on every part and piece in the whole system. I've had heat and air guys come out and change a capacitor for $40 these guys wanted $150. Buyer beware. I will never use these guys again as long as I live.

Alameda Heating and Air saved the beginning of our 2021! We woke up on January 1 with a nonresponsive heater in freezing temps. AH&A responded quickly (less than 30 mins) and was willing to work with us to for a non-contact job during the pandemic, which was a huge blessing. We are extremely grateful and we can't thank Aaron and the rest of the crew enough.

My heating and cooling system was working but old and not energy efficient. I got three quotes, including Alameda Heat and Air. They worked with my schedule to come out and give a quote. The other two quotes were almost double what these guys charged. They also explained what they were doing and how a new unit will benefit me. A competitor, when I told him I didn't understand the lingo (I didn't know what a seer rating meant) responded with 'I'll send you a quote'.
The guys at Alameda Heat and Air were professional, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.
I also have full confidence that they will stand by their word when they say to call if I have any problems with my units. They take pride in their work and it shows!

I’ve been a homeowner for 30 years and have had to have my share of HVAC work done. These guys are the best I’ve ever used! Quality work, quality equipment at a great value(almost half what the local quoted for inferior equipment).

I called the guys at Alameda and they were out to give a bid the same day. They want your business and they got mine by bidding a fair price on my project. Thank you all. The quality of work is outstanding and the crew is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else. One stop shop with great people.

The best around. Called and got quotes through multiple companies to do a full install on a large remodel we have before I settled on these guys. They went above and beyond what I expected as this was a difficult installation. Alameda uses only the best equipment and their techs are top notch. Always answered the phone and had somebody out as soon as we needed it. I would highly recommend them and will never use another heating and air company! A++

Aaron and the guys at Alameda Heat and Air really went out of their way to get my units looked at and diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately I needed an entire new system, upstairs and downstairs, inside and out. They told me this on a Friday and had everything installed on Monday!! They even programmed the new thermostats for both units and made sure I knew how to work it all before they left. I was very impressed and grateful for how quick and kind they were!!

My family lost heat yesterday evening during this rigid cold weather- I called several other places and either didn’t get a call back or they couldn’t get to me for a couple of days. I called Alameda Heat and Air this morning and they were quick to reply and said they could have someone out this afternoon and would call before heading out . By noon, Aaron was here and was eager to figure out the issue with my electric heater . Turns out it was a burned circuit box/breaker , whatever the correct terms are - (above my pay grade) but the point is , he could have easily charged me for a trip charge and have me call an electrician to fix this problem. Instead, he offers to get back out and get the part needed and come back to my house and fix it . This meant more to me than anything you could imagine and we were vulnerable to pay a lot more for this act of service and kindness- Even though he could have passed it off , he didn’t and did the right thing and the fee for his time, labor and efforts was minimal and way beyond fair. What a God-Send this angel was and my family will be forever grateful! Our heater is back up and running and we are finally comfortable again ! Please , if anyone is looking for a fair, trustworthy and reliable heat and air company, please consider Alameda Heat and Air. If you need to know the names of the other guys who didn’t even bother calling me back after calling 4 times to even troubleshoot or
tell me they couldn’t make it , I will be glad to share that information too !

August 2 2022. Had my whole system replaced. $8000 to replace. Stated 3 year warranty. Nov 2023 heat went out. $375 to repair ( Norman heat air, that's not covered under warranty) . August 17th 2024. AC goes out. $275 to repair (Norman heat air, that's not covered under warranty.

Top notch and very good at what they do. I highly recommend Alameda heat and Air if you and needing their expertise Help! They replaced my furnace last winter and just had my central air replaced. Very reliable and very friendly. Most of all, their price!!!

I had them install a unit in my mid 2016. I was given a very competitive bid. The employee who did the installation at that time (currently not with the company) cut a lot of corners. Thankfully my husband who is an electrician was trouble shooting the whole thing as new unit was not working any better than the old due to the fact certain things were not done. We had to call the owner out and walk him through the issues. Aaron was great. He made sure the issues were handled. The only issue he was unable to undo was that this installation guy decided without consulting us to change the vent sizes in the living room and small kitchen from 8" vents to 10" Vents. Those rooms are horribly hot or cold now, so I have to keep them mostly closed. I think it can be remedied, but will do so in the future. I will use Aaron again.

I called for a late night fix, on a holiday weekend, and the on call tech came out and handled everything well. About seven weeks later, the same issue popped up, and the crew at Alameda Heat & Air proved what customer service centers on - the customers (and the techs). The handled my issue promptly and professionally, and helped me get warranty work on the parts from the first job. I’m definitely going to remain a return customer!

I called this morning with a non working unit. Technician came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, then after explaining what was wrong, went looking for my parts, found and got them locally, and by 11am they were back with the parts to fix it. By 1pm my unit was fixed and cooling great! I had used Alameda before and found them to be honest and very professional. Nothing changed from then to now. I'm extremely impressed with their work and their professional way of operating.
