My air conditioner quit working at 9pm. I called several companies claiming to be 24/7 but none would
Come out except Alameda. Aaron arrived within a half hour and had me cooling down in a few minutes.
Aaron was professional and offered to look into my manufacturers warranty to get reimbursed.
Happy with this company and will use them going forward.
When they say 24 hour company, they stand by it.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night. We called the main number and received a quick call-back from the Aaron who promptly headed our way. Fortunately, the issue was an easy fix and he had the part changed out in no time. The service-call cost was lower than other companies we had contacted and I felt the total cost was reasonable, especially considering the time of night! Aaron was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Alameda Heat and Air! Thank you, Aaron!

Thank goodness we called Alameda heat and air . We had another service company [self owned single person business] that had been working on our home units. After 2 months of not getting calls back and just being told we needed a new unit, we called Alameda for a second opinion. Apparently all the wiring on our unit was not done correctly. So after some wire fixing and one small part, our unit is running fine! Would completely and unreservedly recommend Alameda heat and air!

My AC failed on a Friday night. By 1:00 pm on Saturday, Brian was on site. My system was 35 years old. By 1:30, I had a quote for a new system. By Monday at 3:30 pm my new system had been installed and was cooling. Brian and the crew he worked with were prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledge. I paid half the price that was quoted by another, larger company for the same unit. They have a new customer for life.

A local company that does not waste money on advertising allowing consumers to afford their products. Great team, respectful quick and efficient installation. Having the yearly check on the system giving me reassurance going forward. No matter how cold no matter how hot I'm comfortable at home. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Spread the word!

On Sunday 02/14 during the coldest weather since 2009. the Inducer Motor on our heater went out leaving me and my wife to heat the house with a gas fire place. We called the heat and air company we normally use for maintenance who by the way also installed the unit. We were told it would be Thursday before they could show up. When we stated we had a maintenance contract the said they could come the next day Monday @ 5:00PM it took them all of 5 minutes to tell me what I already new. The technician then promised they would get the part and install it Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no word even after me wife called repeatedly. Then Wednesday after several calls we were told it would be 7 to 10 business days before they could even get the part. Luckily low my wife heard of Alameda heat and air from a friend so what the heck it wouldn't hurt to try. She called and the receptionist said she would get someone to call, it just so happened the Technician was standing there and over heard he called us back right away asked us to send a picture of the unit and he would call around. It wasn't 30 minutes when he called back and said he may have found one and would actually drive up to the city to verify it was. So to make a long story short he drove to the city got the part and came straight to the house and installed the inducer in less than a hour. The technician was polite and professional and punctual. Alameda Heat and Air will be our go to heat and air company for all our needs going forward. Thank you Alameda Heat Air for bringing us out of the deep freeze.

Couldn’t be more pleased. Had a serious leak develop that I didn’t discover until 8 o’clock Friday night. Not only did they answer the phone, 15 minutes later the foreman called. 45 minutes after that he was at the door, helped me temporarily fix the problem and explained in detail how I could finish the repair with a part from Locke supply that he didn’t have with him at the time. Didn’t even charge me for the service call, just for diagnosing the issue and blowing out my condensation drain. Could easily have charged me hundreds for coming back today and switching out the float valve without explaining anything. Excellent people. Excellent service. I recommend them without hesitation and will only call them in the future.

I just got my air fixed today. They had my house cooling down with-in 15 mins of being there. The guys were very nice and friendly. Answered all my questions, looked into my concerns and didn't talk to me like i was stupid just because I'm a woman. They even left and came back to bring and change out my filters! Their tune-up fee is only $70. You can't beat it! I will definitely be using them again!

My heater stopped working and I started calling around for prices and when i called Alameda Heat and Air they offered the best price but that is only part of why im writing this review. I was so impressed by the professional work done and how nice and informing they were while successfully repairing my heater. I would recommend this company over any others that have worked on my house and i will be calling them back anytime i need a professional hvac tech again. Thank you!
Updated: Had a new problem this year with my AC unrelated to the heater and after calling around Alameda Heat & Air is still the best price i found and the work done is perfect. Thank you for your service and i appreciate the professional work done.

If you need Heating, Air Conditioning, or general HVAC service, I recommend Alameda Heat & Air. Alameda Heat & Air is founded on honesty and customer service. They replaced my outside unit in 1 hour and they were cheaper than everyone else I contacted in Norman, OK. During this service call, they fixed a secondary problem with my HVAC ducting for only $75 where other companies were trying to charge me $300 to fix it. Alameda Heat & Air also explained why my old unit went out and offered suggestions that I can do as a home owner to increase the longevity of my new unit. Alameda Heat & Air is a 5 star company and they will be my go to service provider in the future!

I’ve lived out in Northeast Norman for 30 yrs. and have had different problems with my a/c unit, plumbing, etc. Its always hard to get someone out here quickly (especially when it’s July) and my a/c stops. I made one call to them and I received a call back immediately and he was out here in 20 minutes. He was so professional & fair!!
He showed me what was wrong, got the part from his truck. He showed me that the rest of it was fine, put the new part in and turned it on and had it running in less than ten minutes. I never write reviews, but he really deserved it. His names was Brian. So here’s a big shout out to Alameda Heat & Air and Brian. Terrific service, very fair and very professional. Very happy with this group! I called Aaron at 10:15, had a diagnosis by 12:45, and fan motor replaced by 2:30!! Great Customer Service! My brand new tenants were just as happy as I was with the Alameda Heat & Air! Thanks Aaron and team, you saved the day! I highly recommend Alameda Heat & Air for all of your HVAC needs. Crossing my fingers that I do not need their great service in the future, but if I do I will not hesitate to call them again!!!!

This company is amazing!! The are located in Norman and I am in Guthrie, I called 30 other company’s who claim to be 24 hour that were closer to where I live and nobody had anybody to help me! It was roughly 90 degrees in my house with my kids and even though I was technically out of their scope of distance Aaron let Brian come out and help us get the AC back and running in my house and installed a thermostat! I couldn’t be more grateful for this company for coming in and saving my family from another persons mistake and helping us get cooled off in the miserable heat!! Brian is absolutely incredible really nice and knowledgeable and made sure to keep me informed and show me exactly what was happening! Brian thank you so much for driving almost an hour to my house arriving at like midnight and taking your time to make sure the work was done right!

Ask for Brian, He was like a friend you have known for along time. No hassle, told you what was wrong and honest on price, how long repair would be and punctuality. Really cool company. HAHA I said cool!!

Waa staying at an AirBnb and AC was not working. The host called Alameda, who had installed the unit a few years prior. Brian showed up within an hour. Had the AC back in tip top shape very quickly.

I was very impressed at how thorough he was, even though it was after hours. If I lived here I would definitely use them for my house. Thank you Brian.

Technician responded quickly during ice storm and freezing temperatures to fix thermostat on heating unit for our home.

I’ve been using Alameda Heat and Air for a few years now and have always been pleased with their services. They are able to quickly come out, normally on the same day when I call, are reasonably priced, and have great customer service.

Not sure if incompetence or dishonest is the adjective I would use. Called for a unit issue and seasonal unit check on 4 systems. Was told all were working correctly and completed check with filters changed. Two visits later within days, different crew each time having no knowledge of previous visits, still not fixed. Over $1000 later, called another HVAC company. It was a clogged drain and not one filter had been changed. Run, don’t walk!

They fixed my HVAC system quickly and the price was very reasonable. I also was glad I went with a company that is license to work on my specific brand. Overall would definitely call again and recommend!
