Air went out on the recent 104 degree day. OF came out and worked until the issue was resolved. I have never had a company work so hard. They really are Oklahoma’s Finest.

I am. It sure if it is Home Creations at fault or the company, but our new home’s unit doesn’t work. We first mentioned it to Warranty with HC in early fall, was told they would come back for a dye test, now in July when our unit runs non-stop to stay below 80 degrees in our “energy efficient” home my electric bill is higher than its ever been in the 20 summers I’ve spent in Oklahoma.

I got home from a weekend trip to find my AC broken, so I called Oklahoma's finest. They sent Zach over at 8pm on a Sunday to fix it. He quickly identified the problem and had my system up and running in under two hours.

Power keeps tripping in garage call the after hours number that is what on my breaker box no answer left voicemail still have not got a return call. No other contact listed to get a hold of them. I called Ideal Homes to see if they can help me in this situation they are not being helpful either they use them to hook up the electrical system in their houses they should have contact numbers that the public does not have very disappointed in Ideal Homes and this electrical company.

Came home from vacation to no AC and 98 degree in the house. 24 hour service great response. They came out Within 30 min. They were unable to fix that evening but we’re back first thing in the morning after finding the part.
Got my AC up and running.
( side note: my elderly mother was visiting so they absolutely did there best to get us taken care of first thing) .

Dustin and Lance did a fantastic job from figuring out the problem straight to the solution. I will definitely be asking for them again in the future. Dustin was professional, knew exactly what to look for, explained everything every step of the way, and was polite. Lance made sure all the equipment that was needed was there and helped expedite the process very nicely in giving us a swift solution. Very grateful to have our AC working again as we start moving into the spring and summer months. Thanks again, guys!

I should have made this review last year but for some reason I didn't. Last summer we had them come out to fix a leak. It took them FOREVER. We had person after person come out and they continuously stood us up until they finally "fixed it." Now this summer, our energy bill for our energy efficient house has been through the roof and our AC won't cool like it should be. We are definitely not calling Oklahomas finest out again that's for sure. We will be looking for someone who can actually fix our AC.

Great, fast, and knowledgeable service and service advisors. I had the AC unit and other parts replaced. A week ago, it started giving us issues, as it wasn’t as efficient as before. They came right out and fixed the problem for free. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

We do our maintenance AC and heating annually. Excellent and professional service every time. A few years ago, we had to get our AC repaired after it was struck by lightning and it was repaired in about 24 hours. Another time, during a winter storm, we had a condensation line freeze in our attic because we were following the advice by news stations to reduce our heat consumption. Oklahoma's Finest was able to come out the day of and thaw out our line so we wouldn't freeze to death.

I found out today that I was actually one of their first customers. I have used their services now for 3 projects. Justin is great, both personable and knowledgeable. He finds ways to meet my needs and knows how to think outside the bo. Due to his 20+ years of experience. I highly recommend and will always use them for my electrical needs.
