I have used this company now for 10 years. They are honest and do great work in a timely manner. We had a frozen pipe leak into the house and they fixed it promptly so we avoided a disaster with the flooring! Used them on other small jobs like drains and fixtures.

They’ve been awful square dealing with me. Ya know, most plumbers can’t handle my pipes, especially with all my digestive issues. Anyway it was a cold Sunday night, wind was blowing real hard, full moon, you get the picture… we started making some of my world famous chili cheese nachos. I guess word got around town and before we knew it 23 people were at my house eating nachos. The night went on and about 10:30 somebody said we got situation in the lavatory. Around that time I looked at the cheese and it had an expired two months ago. People were getting sick, even the dogs were gettin sick. Anyway I called sendelbach plumbing, I still had their flyer from the yoga studio. They came over 15 minutes later, guy went in there and used that plunger like he was churning butter and saved my bacon and only charged 900 for the mess. Hey ain’t bad.

BEWARE! They charge an astronomical fee for just providing an estimate. The bill my 80 year old mother received nearly a YEAR after a plumber came by to see her job was nearly $200! Plus, we NEVER received the written estimate! There was never anything given in writing prior to receiving the surprise bill. When I called to chat about it, I was told "We will just put a lien on her house if you don't pay it." Stacey was rude and hung up on me in our call. Stay away from this company!

Background:
I used them exclusively for years for homes. They routinely:
Messed up billing
("Oops, that wasn't supposed to be on there")
Lied about stuff
("The city won't let us do that... oh you called the city and they said it was fine... errr... well I don't know")
Overcharged ("The brand new faucet you bought didn't have the right part, so we spent 8 hours fixing it @ $50 an hour, instead of calling you to get a new one).
And screwed up stuff
("There is a leak in the wall? Well I don't know. It could have been another trade. Oh you got a camera and it was a fitting WE installed... okay we'll send someone out).
Recently I called them with an issue the secretary had a major attitude and the owner was too cowardly to talk to me directly (instead you could hear him telling her what to say in the background like a wimp).
I only used them for so long because they were cheap, but with all their upcharges they ended up being more expensive.
If they're willing to treat someone who has done business with them for almost a decade like this, how are they going to treat you?

Horrible company DO NOT USE them. They are not knowledgeable and charge you 49.00 dollars just to tell you they can’t fix it after only 10 minutes. Horrible service!
