This company has no clue to with what they are doing. They overcharge and they like to break your stuff. They do not clean up after themselves and tell you, “deal with it”. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

Erin was amazing and early! They were able to come out same day, explained everything ahead of time and updated along the way. Highly recommend!

I've tried a few other plumbers but Bob Usry & Sons is the best in the area...No other plumber will respond as quickly and at the time they promise...A year or two ago they started giving a quote before they completed the work...it's totally up to you...some people will always complain about pricing but plumbing work is not cheap and you will always get what you pay for. Bob Usry & Sons is the only plumber I will ever use again.

DO NOT USE THEM. I called them for a quote and to try and find out if they could fix a hot water problem at my business. They didn't have a clue what the problem was and still sent me a bill for $150 when the guy was there for 10 minutes at the most. Way overpriced and horrible service.

They were quick professional wore masks entire time. Only complaint, expensive but now I have my faucets throughout house installed and didn't have to help the spouse do it or have him hurt his back in the process, some things in life are worth the $$$.

Brian has been extremely professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable in completing work out at our property today. We were having a hard time finding our main water line, but he stuck with it (even in the heat) and we were able to figure it out! He was sweet to my pup, even when he continuously barked at him. He completed the job timely, and with a great attitude. He is the kind of people I would want working for me. Thank you for your great work, Brian! We appreciate you! (give this guy a raise)

I experienced fast and efficient service.
Bobby guided me on repair options for lawn drains and provided me with names for possible contractors. I've used them for years and would strongly hesitate to try anyone else.

On the plus side, Usry Plumbing got to my house very quickly - faster than they said they could come.

On the minus side, their pricing is a little shady. If you call, they will tell you that there is a minimum fee for diagnosing the problem, but that you only have to pay that $40 fee if you don't like the quote they give. However, they still charge the $40 if you want the work done.

I had called to have them fix a small gas leak under my cooktop. The work was simple to diagnose (since I had told them it was a gas leak), it only took 30 minutes to diagnose and repair, but it cost me $90. That's a pretty steep rate for such a small problem.

Not a clear service fee, I felt they are dishonest
Ok here’s the situation I experienced today with them.
I called and mentioned that I have moisture in one of my bathroom walls. The lady that took the call told me it’s a $59 service fee for some one to come and check this out, and if I decide to go with the change those $59 will be included in the total cost.
A person came, basically told me he has no idea where the leak comes from. That I have to make holes in my bathroom wall to check the pipes and then call them back for telling them if I have a pipe leak.
Then I said ok let’s pay you.
I was charged $178, which is the $59 service fee and $119 for that person time.
I told him that I didn’t have in mind that extra $119, he came and didn’t use any tool. Only opened my shower to see my if the leak comes from there but it didn’t, and gave me homework to do. He stayed less than 30 mins
He said I owed them the $178, it is what it is. The $119 is the minimum fee they charge for someone to go to a place.
I told him the lady over the phone should be very clear that the fee is $59, plus way more money.
This is the first time I use plumbing service and it felt that you never know exact pricing, is more what ever the guy that comes want to charge you. He could have said it is a $200 extra charge and god knows why and if that’s true

On two separate occasions, Usry took care of my needs repairing a loose toilet flange and a faucet with no hot water pressure. I appreciate their professionalism. I have seen people comment that the prices were high for the time it took, but I am a believer that I paid a fair price for their expertise and efficiency in sorting out my concerns.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered immediately. They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They installed 4 sinks including piping and everything is water tight. They also wore masks the entire time, even when they were in a room alone. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is due to the expense. It wasn't cheap but it was pretty fast and other than the working sinks I couldn't tell they had been here. I will say it was worth the expense in the end.

I just had a plumber come to my home for diagnostics on a master shower slow draining issue. I was assigned Erin as my plumber. Not only was she incredibly professional, but also incredibly personable. I will be requesting her for all future plumbing issues.
I've been using Bob Ursury for all my plumbing needs for four years... great company! The addition of Erin... fantastic service!!! Highly recommend!!

I called them to install a shut off valve on a hvac humidifier. We are new in the community and were looking to find local businesses to use. They charged me $269 to install a shut off valve and $149 for limited access (it was behind a water softener in a large closet in the garage). Plus they charged $39.99 service charge. I knew the price before he began the work and agreed to it. What I didn't know is that it was a 30 minute job. Total charge was $457.99 for half an hour of work. They did a sufficient job but I will not recommend them or call them again. I feel they completely overcharged me.

Had Erin come out and give estimate for services same day as call in. She was extremely professional and provided clear cost of services I requested. She completed the project and did a fantastic job. Very good experience with this company and Erin was a large part of it. Thanks!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They showed up about 45 minutes before the end of their work day and didnt accomplish much. I paid them to unclog my shower drain. Guess what it's still clogged. I am now going to pay another plumber to come do the job that they were paid to do. Will not ever use them again.

Make sure you price shop before using them. I had them out several months ago for a clogged kitchen sink. He ran the drain snake and said it was all good. Tech was here maybe 45 minutes tops, Well over $700 bill. Did not fix the problem either.... Turns out the garbage disposal was clogged. Ended up fixing that myself. I just had another major plumbing company out this morning, the tech was here for 1.5 hours, pulled a toilet, ran a camera, drain snake, made sure everything was great. $150. Usry, you got me .... ONCE... I used Usry because I thought you all were a trusted old Norman business

Ground roots 5ft as they said- to unclog tub. Cost almost 400 bux. Now it gurgles off and on daily. Called them to clear line better and quoted over 900 to fix! No offer to deduct 400 just spent!!???? I really wish we looked at reviews first!!! 😕

Leaking water heater- Usry showed when they said they would. Efficient, friendly service, and they didn't leave a mess. We've used Usry Plumbing for a bathroom issue and they were great then too! We'll refer our friends. It's nice to have a fair, reliable plumber who gives consistent good service.

They really know plumbing parts. Excellent service. I've used them for years
