Had parts on order and when I got there it was a quick in and out. Easy pick up and on my way. Friendly helpful staff.

My husband went to Locke Supply today. The employee was not helpful and when my husband said he could not find what he needed....the reply was a shrug. If I could give you zero stars I would.

I went in and was asking about some things I needed and the guy in glasses that's over the heat and air department was a dick! And that wasn't the first time either. He is no help at all and puts you down for not knowing what everything heat and air is called. I would rather go pay 10 Times more somewhere else than to be belittled by a turd!

Very nice staff. Wasn't able to get what I needed because they only sell brazing rods by the lbs. I went to United Refrigeration on Penn and got what I needed there.

The stupidity of the 2 girls and guy on the HVAC side (on Jan 17 2019 4pm) is ostonishing... Was told they couldn't give me any prices or sell me anything because i wasnt a contractor (I have a mechanical journeyman unlimited, unlimited EPA card, unlimited boiler tech card) they need to stop hiring these minimum wage idiots.

I had a project that needed help and support. The staff here gave me great suggestions for that project. I'm from New York and these people treated me like a friend. Quite impressed and happy with the outcome.

I had never been, but I will be going back. I got a custom extension cord for my trailer to my generator. Presley was very helpful as was Jason.

I am not a contractor and needed electrical parts this time. I have had to get plumbing and parts for my dryer exhaust before. The staff is always super friendly and informative. The prices are far lower than HD and Loz! I will always come here for electrical, plumbing and HVAC parts!

The folks at Locke Supply have always been super friendly and helpful. The store is big and full of all kinds of HVAC, electrical and plumbing supplies. They can also order things for you that might not be in stock. They are mostly geared toward supplies for professionals and contractors so they may not have everything the average DIY homeowner might need but they'll help you out!

Just left. Grabbed what I needed and went to the registers. One cashier didn't acknowledge me and I stood right in front of him. Another just looked at me and looked away. She finally asked if I had an account. I put the box of filters that I had back on the shelf and left. Customer service today @ 1215 was horrible.

Bought a Bradford white 50 gallon water heater from here. About two months later the gas valve changed. Had zero issue getting the new part under warranty. Good smart guys.

Bought wrong part took back but they would not credit us back even with receipt because credit card we used was cancelled recently due to fraudulent activity. Same name on receipt as new card but refused to provide even a credit. Not our fault in fraud but treated like criminal just the same. Lost our business for good...Amazon provides better service and 1-2 day turnaround saves gas!

I went in with a list of plumbing parts to buy, the employee barely looked up, mumbled, made no attempt to help me with a shower/bath combo. He then sold me the wrong part and was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a store. There were two employees standing there that provided no assistance.

Just asked a simple question, guy in plumbing talked to me like I’m an idiot. Never been to this store before, sorry for asking where an item is located. Find another job if you don’t like customer service.

You know a place is great when a customer other than yourself walks in, you confer with him and the guys working there, and all any of them want to do is help you solve your problem. This place was expert in getting into the weeds with me on how exactly I could solve a complex problem with my water heater. Thanks, fellas.

This is just towards the plumbing side. They have absolutely NOTHING stocked. Every isle is bare. Is it that hard to stay stocked down here. NEVER been to a locke with absolutely nothing until now. Thats ridiculous!
