Very professional service. They finished the job fairly quickly and also helped us with preventative service for another drainage. The plumber also provided us helpful tips to prevent drain clogging.

I used service from this company for two different plumbing problems in the past year. They were very responsive and solved my problems in a timely manner. I recommend them if you need plumbing service. They can be especially helpful if you have an emergency.

Old man took our faucet apart. Couldn't fix it. Drove to Lowes. Couldn't find part. Put it back together. Charged us $130. When he finished our our faucet went from barely working to not working at all.

Charged me $240 in August 2019 for nothing. I had a ceiling leak. Cut a big hole and left in my ceiling, wasted 2 hours. When another person found the problem it was an obvious pipe that had come undone, all he had to do was walk into the attic. And it was obvious enough for a lay person to see looking up into the ceiling and see where it came from!! I figured it out myself!! And, the parts he replaced in a toilet don’t even work! I’ll never use this company again.

Colt came out and ran the snake to the main house cleanout. 30+ feet and felt what he thinks are three grease spots along the way. No fuss and no muss from him and MDS plumbing. I highly recommend them!

Shaun removed a wad of roots that was clogging my sink. He was quick but thorough, and even mopped up the area with a towel after the pipe was unclogged. Incredibly professional and courteous.

As broker owner of Metro Brokers of Oklahoma and a landlord, I can say MDS never disappoints. They make time for you, while working to keep costs down. I have prob had at least a 10 year relationship with them. They are "the best."

We called them because the washer would flood the backyard when we used it and the tub would start to fill up mid shower. They came out, fixed the tub clog and left. When we realized they hadn't fixed the washer clog, they came back out and charged us a second time for a job they didn't complete the first time. We used them years ago without issue, but we will not use them again.

Tried successfully numerous times clearing clogged drains with a snake or chemicals. The time I couldn't get a stubborn drain clog cleared I had MDS come out and the tech made it look easy. 20 minutes and he was done. Good stuff

I normally don't take time to review. This company was exceptional. They did a stand up job for me and I felt at a great value. I would not hesitate to refer them or utilize their services again. Very fair pricing and communication concerning my issues was top notch.

The dispatcher or operator is very courteous and helpful. The plumber was competent, quick and patient - he answered a bunch of stupid questions I had. I appreciate that. The price was reasonable. They'll be the first call, should I have a problem in the future.

We had an old water heater that was past it's prime that decided to start leaking from the bottom, after everyone was closed of course. I called and left a message with the answering service and got a call back the next morning. They got someone out that day to fix us up, thank goodness! Our water heater's shut off valve was also broken so we had shut off the water to the house. Needless to say they saved the day and we couldn't be happier. I know who I will be calling the next time I need a plumber.

I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out within the hour. Their prices were cheaper than 2 other companies that I called for quotes.

All in all it was fast, friendly and cheap service. No complaints I'll use them again.

Called on a late Friday afternoon with a leaking pipe by hot water heater thinking there's no way someone will come out on such short notice. I was surprised when someone answered saying I'd get a call back shortly to arrange a time. Brian called back, asked about the issue and said he was on his way! Within minutes he was there and replacing the leaky pipe section. The service was great - I'd say even better than what I would have expected. I have businesses myself so I appreciate someone who is professional and puts forth the extra effort to do a job well. I hope to not have plumbing issues in the future but if/when I do I know who I'm calling. If you're scanning reviews of companies I hope this one helps in making your decision.

Terrible customer service. Used MDS to repair a sewage issue that caused extensive damage to my basement. They did an adequate job on the repair work so that is a positive. However, I was dealing with a time sensitive issue where I had to coordinate with insurance and contractor due to the damage in my home stemming from the plumbing issue.

I tried to contact them on 3 separate occasions during the course of a week. All 3 times I was told that someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. They told my insurance company and me that the plumbing issue is what caused the flooding. But when I asked for that in writing, she said someone would call me back. Nobody called me back. I was told that the prior owner of the house had known about this plumbing issue and had had regular work done on it in the past. But when I asked for that in writing, she said she'd find out about it and someone would call me back. Again, nobody called me back.

Really frustrated with this company and will not use them again in the future.
