My kitchen sink stopped draining. Called these guys at about 6:30PM, Larry came out and very quickly had things in order. Very happy with the job he did and the reasonable price. I would do business with them again.

Called on the weekend (Saturday) to get my toilet fixed and was willing to pay the weekend rate that was about $40 more per hour. Was connected to the on-call tech and was basically told that since the toilet was still functional (even though I had to turn the water supply on and off manually) it wasn't an emergency and they would call me on Monday.

MDS Plumbing came out to run a gas line from my stove, through my pantry and in to the laundry room to hook up my gas dryer. The job took them 70 minutes to complete from the time they arrived at my door to the time they left. So imagine my surprise when we were instead charged 2 hours labor for each of the technicians at $82.50/hour. When I immediately called in after they left (at 1 PM on a Friday) the answering service told me they had left for the day and would pass my message along. When I hadn’t heard from them by Wednesday I again called in. This is when I was told that I was being charged not just for the time they spent actually working, but from the time my call came in. The woman who answered the phone claimed this was to include drive time (I live less than 3 miles from their office) and time they spent to stop and purchase materials. Personally, I don’t agree with this method, in my opinion we were charged $165 for time we have no way of tracking. For all we know they could have stopped for lunch, ran personal errands, etc during this time. The time we were charged for should have started when they reached our home and began working. For this reason I will not be using MDS Plumbing for any future jobs nor will I be recommending them to friends and family.

They installed a new hot water tank for me. 7 months later they tank stopped heating water. It turned out the guys didn't properly ground the tank and fried the wires on the top. Not only that, but I still had to pay them to come to see what the matter was, then I had to call an electrician to fix the issue. When I first called them about the problem and the warranty, I had to do all the legwork by calling the manufacturer and everything. So, pretty much they don't stand behind their work and I feel left out in the cold on the warranty for the tank.

I highly recommend them for all your plumbing services. When I called they took care of me Right away. Within the hr I had Larry at my house. He is so friendly and kind snd efficient. Explained what he was doing. Fixed my problem and more with 2 hrs.the price was very reasonable and they clean everything up before leaving! I will call them for all my plumbing needs!! What a awesome plumbing company! ! Great job Larry!!

They responded way more quickly than we expected. After calling at 6pm on a Friday night, our issue was resolved before noon the next day. The next time we have any plumbing issues, we'll be calling MDS Plumbing. The weekend rates are a little more than you would pay during the week, but the cost was still much less than we expected.

Fast service at a good price! My husband and I were in the process of moving and we had a problem with our washing machine hookup. They sent someone over quickly enough for us to get our machine moved on time. Their fast service saved us a lot of time and effort!

My usual plumbing go to was too busy to come and referenced MDS. The customer service was the best and the plumber, Jack, made certain to find the least invasive way to enter the house, searched the back yard( which no company had ever done), and had the problem fixed without entering the basement. My family was in shock and awe♥️ The bill was half of what this procedure has cost in the pass. I suggest this company for the professional and kind people they represent themselves as.

Great Service! I was given lots of options for both short term and long term fixes with a set expectation for each. I felt very informed about the issue, and confident I was getting the correct service, not an over inflated bill. After calling quite a few places the pricing was below average quote. I will be making this my first call for any future plumbing needs.

I have used mds several times in the past. And left a five star review. However, their management probably has changed recently, resulting in significant drop in their service. I had a shower tub diverter problem, so I called mds. First, the lady who received my call didn’t have a service record. So the next day, when I was waiting for the plumber and called them, they said they didn’t have a work order, and rushed to send someone. The person they sent out was unable to fix the problem, and called the office to schedule another visit to replace the faucet. They were scheduled for the next two days, and I even called the office to confirm. Guess what, two days later, no one shows up, so I called them again, they don’t have my work order!!!! They promised to check and call me back. But never did! Their office nowadays has really bad management, and don’t care about their customers. I found another plumber who fixed it in less than three hours. Mds has lost our business forever.

We are renters and having issues with things backing up MDS has came to my house twice now the same gentleman both time and he's the most respectful nice person ever .. This genetleman has done his best to fix the issue and to no fault of his own he's called back out to fix it a second time in less then a week .. The lady that called me to set a time with me was very nice considering it was almost 4 pm and she got us on schedule the same day . They have great customer service and I highly recommend them .. My tub faucet wouldn't fully shut off and found another leak under the bathroom sink cold water shutoff. Called MDS and they put me down for the next day. Got a call back that afternoon and they were able to make it over the same day. Larry I believe was his name arrived. I explained the problem. He swapped out some seals and such and repacked the under the sink valve and was done in probably 45 minutes or less. Everything worked like new and no mess left behind. Price for services seemed more than fair.

Super good phone interactions. Busy and took a few days, but a couple of other businesses didn't answer or call back. The men were friendly and professional. They listened, understood and fixed my problem. Reasonable price. I have already reccomended them and will again. I hesitate to give such a good review because it will mean they will be even busier next time I need them. Thanks.

We had a plumbing issue that needed attention quick. They made time for us and did a superb job. They even hung around to discuss some other plumbing issues. Will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I had a good experience using MDS Plumbing. Price was fair and scheduling was easy -- they called to confirm time the day before and then called when they were on their way. Colt installed my garbage disposal and did a wonderful job! He was efficient and friendly and cleaned up the area after install.

I was quoted $1200 for a plumbing job from Gordon’s, MDS was able to come out and fix the issue for a third of the cost. They are honest and proficient professionals. I recommend MDS Plumbing to anyone looking to have the job done right, at the right price.

Great affordable service - The technicians are great, super knowledgeable, and friendly. Had Brayden come out the other day for a clog toward the city main. He figured out the issue really fast and got straight to work. Amazing job!

MDS plumbing was awesome. They charge only for time and material. If you do your own diagnostic, life is easy. Had a bad control valve that I ordered on Amazon. They will be.my go to plumbers in the near future. I Normally don’t leave reviews. Don’t use people like champion plumbing, etc.

I scheduled an estimate/assessment for my water heater. They neither called nor showed up. Next day I called and was informed they had gotten swapped. That did not explain why they still had me waiting all day for their call! Plus they were going to charge me $95.00 for the estimate. Every other plumber gave free estimates. She called it a service call and therefore chargeable. I cancelled.

Will forever be my go too….. both times I’ve had plumbing problems they were able to get to me within an hour!!! They addressed the problem and worked quickly. Absolutely hands down the best prices around.
