The best description is They Are Awesome!!! I’ve used them for years to clear out my sewer line (darn tree roots!), last year they replaced the sump pump in my basement, and today they fixed a leak in the hot water line under the house. I called them at 9 this morning, they said they’d try to get here today but if not then tomorrow, then they got here by 2 and were done by 4:30. It was not an easy fix, they had to replace a corroded fitting in the crawl space under the house, which by then was very wet and soggy. Oh, and they replace a leaking outside faucet too! I could not be happier, they are very responsive and excellent plumbers with reasonable pricing.

This will be who I call from now on. I called and they said they could fit me in the next day for a simple shower clog. I said great. They called back 5 minutes later and said they had a cancelation and could fit me in immediately. 20 minutes later they were at my door and within 10 minutes they had fixed the issue. Great service. Great price.

Beautiful work by this company. Very professional, could not have asked for any better of an experience. Will choose legacy 4 for any and all of my plumbing needs from here on out! 10 out of 10 recommend 🖐🏼🤚🏼

Horrible service. Took 9 days to get someone to come tell me my HWT needed to be replaced and was 2 1/2 hours late for the SCHEDULED appt. AND THEN tried to charge an ADDITIONAL $675 for a covered warranty service call.

This company installed a $15 part on my water heater. It took approximately 15 minutes to perform the work. They charged me $372.14. I was told the service call would be $85. I was OK with that. However, $272.14 is ridiculous for labor. Thats unarmed robbery.. Do not use this company unless you want to pay an unbelievable price.

I had trouble getting anyone out to repair assorted gas line issues in a home I was selling. Jade and Jenny at Legacy were so knowledgable and helpful. They were able to get a qualified plumber straight away. The plumber was able to diagnose and repair each of our problems promptly. I will use them and recommend them for any future plumbing needs. 10/10

They seem like nice enough people.. I used this company through my home warranty to come unclog a main drain, on a Friday, in my home that was flooding into my garage anytime I used my washer. They came out once and thought they got it fixed, but didn't. It was still flooding after I attempted to use the washer after the plumber left. No worries, stuff happens. I call the next day, of course they're closed on the weekend. So my family goes all weekend without being able to use our washer or dishwasher because it backs up and floods our garage, except now it appears the first attempt at clearing the clog just moved it because now its flooding into our kitchen. I call them first thing Monday morning and explain the situation, they schedule an appt for "sometime between Noon & 5" the next day on a Tuesday. 16:45 the next day rolls around, noone has called me or shown up at my home or contacted me in any way. I call the company, the receptionist takes my phone number and says she'll call me right back. That doesn't happen. I call her back 22 mins later to get an answering machine saying they're closed for the evening. So my family is still stuck here without use of our appliances.

They need to get better at communicating. If you can't make an appt, fine, tell your customer. Don't lie to me and tell me you're gonna call me right back, when you don't actually do that. This is all highly annoying and im still no better off than I was before your company was contracted to help me.

Update: I called the next morning at 8 am. I was told someone would be at my home before Noon. Noon comes and passes, noo e came. Its now 2:30 pm the day after my appointment was scheduled and noone has fixed the problem. I called again and the receptionist, again, took my number saying she'd call me back ASAP. She never did. Also they quit answering my phone calls.

Update 2: I had my home warranty cancel this company and reassign to another. The new company fixed my problem an hour later. It was ridiculous trying to deal with Legacy 4! Never again!

Tim Hudson explained everything to us as he worked through the issue. He was on time and professional....and you can tell he really enjoys his job. Highly recommend this company and Tim if you can ask for a specific person. Will definitely use them if we ever need a plumber.

I was getting a second opinion on whether I had a leak in my plumbing, they were super- honest and their price was where a normal working person can afford it!! The lady who answered the phone was very very nice!

They were a no show! We waited all weekend for them to fix our toilet and we were scheduled first on Monday we weren't told they would call on the way from a different number and blow off our appointment if we didn't answer. We were on another call and didn't know they were calling us it was an unknown number to us. Because we didn't answer they blew off the appointment. They should have told us when we schedule the appointment that someone would call from am unknown number. He blew us off and went on to the next call. We could have had someone else out over the weekend but we waited for them on Monday and they blew off our appointment! Awful!!!!

This is the second time that I have used Legacy 4 Plumbing. I made an appointment on March 3, 2026. Our plumber Anthony, was on time, professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company to others.

Well we called in a work order and 20 minutes later received a call say they would contact me with a time. Timothy called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up and was very professional and punctual. He Identified the problem and fixed properly asked about any other problems we had . I will use them again and will stand behind my five stars. . I don't normally leave reviews but I was impressed

I was very pleased with this overall process. Good communication starting with when I called. My service representative was Brett. Brett was extremely polite, very pleasant to work with, and his attitude was awesome! He called when he was about 10 minutes away from arriving and this was nice. I give Brett and Legacy 4, Inc 5 STARS!!

We were dealing with our 5th slab leak in 6 years and I was sick of it and decided to get the plumbing redone overhead and take the slab out of it. I called and had multiple plumbers to come out and give pricing and was shocked at how much it would be for my 1600 sqft home. Other plumbers also said it would take 4 days to complete the job.

I called Legacy 4 and talked to Cody on the phone and he gave me an estimate 1/3 what the other plumbers quoted. I was in disbelief, but scheduled them to come out the next day. Cody and Jared showed up and did EVERYTHING. They rerouted new pipes all the way to every fixture, insulated the pipes and even added a new line for my fridge! Plus, they did it in ONE day at the estimated price!! I am pleased with their work and customer service. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I was assigned Legacy 4 Plumbing company through American Home Shield, for them to come do an investigation for the back up issue I was having in my bathroom. The first red flag was that they charged $267 just to lift the toilet up off the ground and take a look. That didn’t include what outside fees they charged AHS for the investigation, and the $75 service charge . Then they didn’t find an issue, so they said they would have to go get a camera to check inside the walls and that they would provide me with all the information of what and where my issue was coming from. They ran the camera and found the issue but didn’t mark the spot.

I later called Legacy 4 Plumbing and asked if they could come out and complete the job I’ve paid for and asked why they didn’t mark the spot for work to be done in the future. They were very reluctant to share that information with me and said I would have to pay more money for someone to come out again and mark the spot, which is what they should have done from the beginning because I had already paid for that service. They told me “our people know where the issue is” basically shutting me out of the conversation and telling me “they wouldn’t share it with me because I would go off and get another company to quote me for the job.”

Micah was terrific. Gave me not only a complete diagnosis of a drain problem with my washing machine, but also gave me a couple of options and then went ahead and put together a temporary fix on the spot. I'm real happy and will call Legacy 4 back for the permanent fix. Thanks!

Great company to work with. Immediately responded to my call after finding water flooding my hallway, leak detection was spot on, and Legacy4 was on it. They cut my slab located leak within the exact area of detection, replaced damaged copper line. From start to finish legacy4 was pleasant to work with. Thanks Zach, Blake and the others for treating me like I was your only customer! Literally! Clean cut, well spoken crew! Thanks again!

Legacy 4 contacted me promptly after I reached out for help to solve a plumbing issue. Spoke to Jennifer and she got me scheduled quickly. Tim was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it effectively and efficiently. Never a highlight to deal with plumbing problems, but Jennifer and Tim’s good service and great attitudes will have me use Legacy 4 again

Micah came to look at the garbage disposal and immediately recognized it required replacement. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He changed the parts out quickly while discussing the product and offering advice on use. I will definitely be using these guys again for future plumbing needs!

These guys really are the best. Cody and his team are always on time and friendly and efficient and honest. Today they came out to address a few random problems, didn’t even charge me for the visit. Third time they’ve been out in the last year. I have an old house with hodgepodge plumbing and they’re excellent at sourcing the problem and knowing how to fix it. Excellent work!

Great service all around! We called Legacy a couple of weeks ago and they responded quickly to address our problem. The sink was working fine when the plumber left but the problem occured again. They responded so quickly to our second call, fixed the issue, and did not charge the second trip. Also, the person answering the phone both times was very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this company if you need a plumber!
