Steve and his partner were great to work with. Since I have a home warranty, they had to follow their process, but were professional and did the job in an hour! The office scheduler was extremely friendly and helpful as well!

My main sewer line from two toilets to septic tank was clogged, and one of the stools was running over - help!
I had a recent good experience with Legacy 4 Plumbing, so I called them again. Legacy quickly sent a plumber and assistant (Steve & Zack) to my home. They evaluated the situation, outlined 3 options, quickly proceeded with Option #1 and had the blockage unclogged and the toilets back in service within 1/2 hour.
Steve & Zack were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast workers.

Sent Plummer Tim to my house, tried to charge me 4200 dollars extra outside of warranty coverage. The whole time, he was real nonchalant and acted like he could care less about the ridiculous calm. Called three different plummers, and all stated that what he claimed needed to be done didn't need to be done. Got the problem fixed for way less. Will never use this company again, very unprofessional and a total ripoff! (Update) at the time you guys came out there was a Tim who worked for the company.

Repair person was a man named Buster.
He reviewed the four faucets requiring repair on day one. Faucets were unique and required special part replacements. He returned to fix the faucets on day two. He was on time each day and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable! The four faucets are now working perfectly! Office person named Taylor was equally professional, courteous and very helpful in scheduling and follow up! Both were a pleasure to deal with! Both are a wonderful credit to Legacy! George Townson

Buster did a great job. We have had other plumbers out twice and they never got the job done correctly. Buster set us up with new faucets and fixed the leaks we were having. We will definitely call again if we need anything!

We were very impressed with the gentleman that stopped the water leak behind our water heater. He knew what to do and got accomplished in reasonable time. I called at about 8:30am to have someone come out to look for a leak around our water meter because it was gushing water. The city had already come out and told us it was on our side of the water meter so our responsibility. So I was calling around to find a plumber, using Google reviews, and saw that Legacy 4 Plumbing had good reviews. The lady I spoke to was very nice and scheduled someone to come out the same day. Everyone else I had called couldn’t come out until later this week. Later in the afternoon, Timothy called and said he was on his way. He was very nice. He gave me an estimate and started working. He found the problem was the water meter itself, which the city needed to replace. He helped us put up temporary “fencing”. They all went above and beyond for us today! We have found a new plumber!!! We highly recommend Legacy 4 Plumbing!!!

Steve is highly skilled, knows his job and knows how to deal professionally with customers. He was efficient, polite, fast, knowledgeable and isolated the issue quickly. He wants to do a quality job with the right quality materials, so he made a temporary repair and will finish for the permanent repair within 48 hours (plumbing store was closed).

I have every reason to believe I will receive what he promised. This is good old-fashioned service the way it supposed to be — in a world that’s impregnated with rip-offs and fakes. He even provided me contact information for a water damage restoration company who I’m definitely going to call.

We had a slab leak that appeared over the weekend. First thing Monday Legacy 4 Plumbing was out to take a look and fix it. They quickly found where the leak was and offered us three different solutions and explained the benefits of each one. Steve and Jared were great! They were very professional and got us back to running water quicker than I expected. They were able to run a line into our attic to bypass the broken line. It is so nice to have water again!

We had an emergency and needed a plumber. Our water was turned off due to a line leak causing an extremely high bill! We called multiple companies and they couldn't make it out same day but Tim with Legacy 4 came out and he was great!!! He found the leak and fixed it and was so professional! He also saved us money!! I have water again!! Did I mention that this company is a veteran owned company? I would use them again! Thanks Tim!

Tim was sent to our house to look at my hot water heater. The scheduler (Latisha I think) was so friendly and helpful, and Tim was so wonderful! He diagnosed and fixed our problem fast and was cheerful and friendly. We felt bad that his next job was a long drive away in the ice, but without skipping a beat he just smiled and said "It's okay! People need help!" And that mindset was just amazing to see and hear. I will be recommending Legacy 4 to everyone from now on. Thank you for coming to our rescue in this freeze and I am sure to the rescue of many others as well.

I worked with Anthony, and he was a total pleasure. We had a leak that meant they had to dig into my kitchen floor. The team came out, found the issue in just a few minutes. Then scheduled for the repair where Anthony came in. He was able to get all the work done in a few hours and had our house back up and running. I would recommend Anthony and the rest of the Legacy team to anyone who need plumbing work done.

Had a water leak I tried to repair that wasn’t successful called Legacy they were able to send Jade. He did an excellent job and completed repairing the leak in a short time Great job will definitely use them on any future plumbing needs

Plumber came out SAME DAY for water leak to minimize damage to our wall/floors. We had been dealing with our home owners insurance, so I was very frustrated to say the least. After getting in contact with Legacy we got the leak under control. Very pleased with their service. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and family. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and completed the job. EXCELLENT !

I had a plumber do a terrible job at my new house and then take my money and disappear. Everyone I spoke with at Legacy 4 made my experience so much better, from the girl answering the phone to the owner himself. I dealt with 4 different guys and they were all very kind, helpful, informative, and efficient! I would say that they went above and beyond in several ways. I will not use another plumbing company and I recommend Legacy 4 to anyone who asks.

We had a water pipe leak in a wall on Thanksgiving morning with a house full of people wanting to take showers!

I called Legacy 4, the owner called me back within 15 minutes, a plumber was at our house in just over an hour and we were up and running before 10:00 AM!

Great response, great work, super neat and clean. He had to cut through a wall and did it so neatly that the wall repair is minimal.

Great job! Nice professional experience 👌. I had legacy come out and give me an estimate first for some issues and then got another estimate after them, not because theirs seem high just because I wanted to get a feel for how much the job was going to cost in general. Legacy 4s estimate was fair and accurate. The other guys tried to rip me off and it was clear because it was more than double.
THANKS for staying true and honest! Also when I called to tell them I wanted to go ahead with their estimate they showed up right on time the next morning.
