I have such great things to say about Vintage, and specifically Tim! I called at 9 am, Tim was out by 10, and a whole new water heater was installed by 3! We have a split level tank partially in the attic, so it wasn’t easy, but they made it look easy! Will definitely be calling them for any of my other plumbing needs. Thanks Vintage!

Vintage plumbing did amazing work! They were quick to send Mr. Casey our way! He was very professional and helpful! Best part is, there was no judgement for the mess I created trying to be a handyman and do it myself! It's refreshing when you find a company that understands what customer service is. After numerous calls to other companies and being told we can't service you, I was fortunate enough to find Vintage. Marla ( I hope that's correct) didn't hesitate to say yes we can when I explained the issue and where I was located. She set up the appointment and kept us informed on when the technician would arrive. Brad the technician was extremely efficient in his work and explaining in detail what work was needed in our situation. We highly recommend Vintage to anyone seeking a company that will treat you like a customer instead of a nuisance. Thank you again for the service that was provided.

The two gentlemen showed up before their appointment time, very nice.
We discussed the issue with the yard drains running slowly.
They gave me two options, I chose the lesser of the two, and they promptly went to work. During the process they discovered one of the main drain lines had been cut during previous "cable" work. He gave me a revised cost for the parts and labor and we said done and done. They went to get the parts, finished the job, and I now have a drain system that does what it's supposed to do.

Totally satisfied with Vintage based on their responsiveness, ease of scheduling, the household inspection and the clearing of our sewer line was performed consistent with their upfront quote.

After having a bad experience with another well-known plumbing company, I called Vintage. The lady I spoke to was very courteous and made an appointment for me immediately. I was told the technician would arrive between 1 and 3pm. The technician, Timothy, showed up before noon! Extremely happy about that! He was very professional and courteous, listened to my problem, inspected the site, and quoted me a price. It was an underground main water line break and he began work immediately. He was at my house most of the afternoon. He found the break, repaired it properly, made sure everything was working with no leaks. The best news was that the price did not change one bit. It was the price he quoted me at the start. Vintage Plumbing has a customer for life in me. Quality workmanship, fair pricing that doed not change on a whim, and great customer service. You can not go wrong if you call them for your pluming needs!

Vintage Plumbing was highly recommended to me for my multifamily basement water control project in Norman in May 2025. They lived up to the recommendation in every way including their expertise, really helpful communications and top notch installation including careful and thorough testing. My husband & I have used VP a few times, and we are very happy with their work! We have had them repair not 1 but 2 busted pipes, install new toilets, and unclog drains. They have been consistently communicative, kind, and available. We will definitely continue to use them for future emergencies and projects!

They are very helpful, but I can't afford their service, sometimes.
