Horrible service. They didn’t fix the clog and wouldn’t reimburse the money for doing it. Didn’t even call back to discuss. We have to rent a snake and do it ourselves. Works perfect now.

Every time I have a plumbing issue I call Bob's. Can't tell you the number of crazy fixes they've done to resolve issues and bring lines up to code.

Whatever you do, don't make a weekend appointment. Made mine several days ago for 9 am. It's 11:30; I've called three times and all I got was "he's on his way"! I mean, really?

The service person did a good job and the work is holding up well. I recommend you note the actual work start time as they charge by the hour and each quarter after the first hour.

They overcharged my elderly parents. They took three days to finish what should've taken one or two days, and the days were not consecutive, therefore they waited a month for completion. And they are still having problems with their bathtub.

We called for an appointment and they scheduled us for the next afternoon. The scheduled time came around and nothing. I called to check and they said they never scheduled it. They tried to play it off like I had called another company. Sorry, but I used my call log to call back. Going with a company that isn't so careless.

I sent an email with several questions. The answer I received was useless. Non of my questions were answered and assumptions were made that were incorrect. When I replied that the answers were of no use I received a phone call. I found out that my answers had come from the receptionist not a plumber. She said that there was unclear communications 'on my part!' I do not know if their plumbing service is any good as of course I will never contact them again.

Previously I was reppied off by another plumbing company. Problem was never solved. Last month finaly I called Bob's. They send a "gentleman" who took care of my problem in 30 min and charged me very reasonable rates. On top they gave me 10% senior discount without me asking for it. Thanks.

My family used bob’s plumbing forever, but no more. Recently asked them to try to detect a smell in our house. After spending all afternoon there on a weekend (so extra pay), and knocking a section of our wall out, they found absolutely nothing. Queue USRY plumbing. They immediately went to the toilet and determined it was a seal leak by performing a smoke test, and fixed it the following Monday. They knew within seconds what the problem was, and didn’t waste our whole afternoon, and our money. Bob’s plumbing obviously doesn’t have the manpower USRY does, or the industry knowledge. You would have to pay ME to use this company again. $300 and an afternoon I’ll never get back.

I've gone through several plumbers but got outstanding service and value from Bob's Plumbing. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they show up when they say they will. Great quality of work and reasonable prices. Low wait times also.
