I've used Champion on several occasions, and they never cease to please. They have rooted out pipes for our home, helped us re-set/seal toilets, etc. Scheduling is easy, and I've always received same-next day service.

Office staff is always helpful and courteous--available through immediate texting, and through calls and emails. Communication is very clear. You always get a call about 30 minutes before their arrival. This allows me, personally, to get home from the office in time to open and prep the home for their arrival.

The service crew members are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Their explanations of procedures, problems, etc. have always been easy to understand. Corrective and pricing options are well-communicated, and there is no pressure placed upon the home owner in these regards.

On this last occasion, Santiago and Chris came out to our home, friendly, communicative and knowledgable, as Champion folks always are. They are super careful to keep your home, and their work area, clean at all times. The provided clear explanation and photos of our issue--a tree root bulb growing in a pipe intersection--and showed me first hand in our bathroom what their course of action was to be. Some problems aren't fun or cheap to learn about, but I've been able to trust Champion's work, they've never had to come back and correct anything they've done, and I have no hesitation about going strtaight back to them for future problems.

Champion Plumbing is the best! We’ve had several of their technicians do work for us over the years and never been disappointed. Today was no exception! Woodrow was both knowledgeable and professional — he quickly addressed our issue and gave us some very helpful tips that even our well service had never mentioned!

Danny moved a drain and installed a new stand alone tub for my bathroom remodel. He was very helpful and professional. Their scheduling is great. I was always able to schedule him 1-2 days in advance and I got a text 30 min before he arrived each time. Great company!

I was honestly scared about scheduling a plumber but this business is definitely honest and trustworthy. Not only were they able to schedule me the next day, they also have fair prices! Ryan was our plumber and he was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever need another plumber, I will definitely use Champion Plumbing!

We were having a horrible time dealing with our home warranty company not having a service provider in our area (4 days of no hot water!), so I called Champion Plumbing. When the receptionist (I'm so aorry if she sees this but I forgot her name) answered, she was so pleasant and easy to talk to about the stressful situation. She got us scheduled for the same day. William showed up for the appointment and we were blown away with how through he was. He went above and beyond to get us back in working order. He got our hot water tank replaced and back up to code. I wish out warranty company was this concerned with us! The whole crew at Champion Plumbing are A+ and deserve 10 stars but I'm capped at 5. Hands down THE BEST!!

Long story short, they helped us replace some polybutelane piping breaks we had with new Pex lines and worked with us on a few other things as well. We will absolutely use them in the future on other projects and highly recommend them for anyone to use. Each technician that came was prompt, professional and highly experienced. The owner was even engaged with our issues and you could tell they cared about maintaining the customer relationship. They did a great job.

Woodrow listened to me explain the problem, without cutting me off, looked at the issues and situation, provided a clear estimate, got the parts he needed, and completed the job. The work was reasonably priced. Not only did he fix my issue, he left my house plumbing in better shape than it was before he got there. I asked about another issue and he fixed it by just looking at what was wrong. Good man, good company. I highly recommend Champion Plumbing.

Champion Plumbing was on time and accommodated my schedule. Their text messaging system was really nice because it gave me just the right amount of updates prior to the appointment and sent photos of the technicians and short bios so I knew who was going to be in my home. They did a thorough job of trying to discover where the leak was coming from. When the job appeared to need a leak detection contractor, they called one for me and had them there within the hour. I would definitely use them again!

Woodrow was great, 5 star plus service. Got my kitchen faucet filtration unit reinstalled after mold removal. This was follow up for leak repair and tankless heater installed. Also checked and reset my tankless heater system. Reset valves to household filtration system and explained how system works and marked valves for me. Very knowledgeable plumber.

Everyone was so nice... While they failed on nearly every level at doing the simple task of giving me an estimate. I called them and described exactly what I needed done and made an appointment for the next day with a window from 8-5. About 1:30 the day of the appointment they called and told me they were too busy and needed to reschedule for four days later. Again with an 8-5 window. I agreed and waited. So 4 days later they came at about noon. Great. I invited the tech in and showed them what I needed. They told me that they couldn't give me an estimate because they should have sent a tech with a camera for the drain. So I needed to wait until they could get one out later that day. So again I agreed. At about 5 the tech did come out and told me that they wouldn't do it because of the condition of the house. The house that I described the conditions of during the original call and to the first tech that had no problem with it. Neither had either of the other plumbing contractors who had no problems giving me an estimate. They may be fine plumbers and everyone was very kind but in this instance I did not have a good experience. I will not be using them and there are at least two other companies that I would recommend before them if anyone is to ask. I wish them no ill will and usually don't leave reviews either good or bad, but they asked me to so here it is.

Outstanding service. Everything from the initial call to completion of our hot water tank replacement was handled professionally. Jake, our tech, was extremely helpful in explaining the different options available and the pros and cons of each. I was kept updated throughout the process. I would have zero hesitation in recommending Champion to family and friends.

Dominique arrived quickly, was courteous and friendly. He explained what was needed and fixed it on a Friday night! We appreciated his professionalism and his willingness to work late to fix our problem. Thank you, Dominique and Champion Plumbing!

Chris Surles with Champion got the blockage cleared rapidly and located the failure in the line that needs replaced. He also provided proof that there is a failure with the bore scope. Very well done and very professional as well. Highly recommend!!

Champion plumbing was able to come out on short notice to replace my water heater. Their technician, Chase, was very thorough. He was also extremely informative, professional and personable every step of the way!

Im happy with the work they did. I needed to have two toilets and their shut offs replaced. They were able to do a quality job the day after I asked them to come out.

I do have some complaints though. The first, is they do charge a call out fee, though I will give them credit for waiving it after agreeing to do the service.

The second was pricing. 2400 seems high for two toilet installs and their shut off valves. Even replacing the internals was going to be around 1700.

My final complaint is two part. The first, they said they would show up at 2 for the estimate. They did not get there until almost 5. The second in 2024, with all the options for scheduling software available, the best window they could give me was between 1 and 6 pm. This really makes planning difficult as im at work all day. They need to give more accurate estimates.

Overall while I am happy with the work they did, I will really have to think about using them again.

Update 8/19

Shortly after the toilets were installed, one of them started rocking and the other started leaking from the tank. I called Champion to have them repaired and they said theyd alert dispatch to schedule an appointment. Two days go by and I hear nothing. Friday I call them again and they schedule somebody to come out that day. A couple of hours before they show up, the say a job is running long and they need to re-schedule to the Monday after.

I am no longer happy with the service I received, especially for the price. I will not be using Champion again.

Update 5/20/25

The tank for the toilet in the master bathroom is now leaking. These people should not be trusted and I will not use them again.

They came same day and they did a good job identifying the problem! The gentleman came and gave me a quote and there was no pressure to say yes. Highly recommended for an honest quote.

5-Star rating for sure! We are completely satisfied with Champion Plumbing. Wonderful and fast service with a technician who knows his stuff about toilet installation! We are impressed!

Service was excellent, both the scheduling by Melissa and the actual work by Bennie.

We had a hot water heater go out on us, so we called around and Champion really came through for us. They were able to come out the same day and replace the water heater. Justin was amazing, and helped us so much. Now we know if we have any problems in the future, we will be calling Champion 💪
