Ladies don't hire this company! They tried to take advantage. Had no issues or leaks, I just wanted a new toilet and bathroom fixtures swapped out. It's easy labor but I didn't want to deal with it bc I'm pregnant. These guys wasted my time trying to sell me a water filtration system & a bunch of other junk I don't need. Then quoted me nearly $3k for a simple fixture swap out, but this ain't my first rodeo. And I'm not going to be taken advantage of. In the end, opted to do it myself since it really was such a simple job.

Justin came out to fix a leaking bath facet and did an amazing job. He described everything in detail, went over my options and made a great recommendation based on his previous fixes that wound up saving me $$ once he was able to get into the wall and see the real issue. Stayed a little longer to make sure everything was done to perfection. Highly recommend.

Professional technician (Chris was great) and competitive pricing. Got us booked, came out the same day and fixed our clogged line. Will be calling again if we ever need plumbing services in the future

I had a leaky faucet which is a straightforward task for a plumber to fix. I called Champion for an estimate but they refused to give one over the phone (red flag #1). Additionally, they charge $90 just to show up (red flag #2) so they know they're making $90 if they do nothing. When they so up and give you the estimate, the $90 fee is waived if they do the work but their charges are so high, waiving the fee is meaningless. I had a choice of giving them the fee for doing nothing or paying their extortionate price to get the leak fixed. I would have given them 1 star because of how they charge you $90 just to get an estimate, but since the work was done satisfactorily and guaranteed for a year, I gave them 2 stars.

If you choose to use them, guess what you think it would cost (guess high) then double that price. This may get you in the ballpark.

Noah was great; very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. His work was excellent and I recommend his exceptional service.

Today was my first time to use Champion and I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a plumber. After the gas company came out for another issue this morning, the ONG guy told me my water heater wasn't venting properly. Gerry was at my house within hours of my initial call, got up in the attic and on the roof, and fixed the issue quickly for a very reasonable price. He was professional and courteous and very competent. I highly recommend Champion Plumbing in Norman, OK!

Ethan was wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable of hot water tanks. He even entertained my 80 yr old mom while he was working. She was thrilled to have company. LOL THANKS! WONDERFUL JOB! He is coming back week to do more work. Emergency call, you all answered and came quickly!

Woodrow & Bryce showed up earlier than expected. After addressing the issue we called about, they proceeded to check the rest of the plumbing system. After being informed of multiple options for resolution, we made decision & they immediately started. They kept me informed during each step of the process & completed the job the sane day. Extremely knowledgeable & professional techs. Very impressed & will definitely call Champion Plumbing for any future issues.

Brian was awesome!! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly!! He knew exactly what the problem was (sewer back flow valve) and fixed it in matter of minutes. Provided me details and quote to have it permanently fixed (replaced)

Champion Plumbing has been a very good company for me to work with. When I call, they typically give me an appointment quickly. Their technology is helpful in that it texts you when the technician is on the way, and includes a picture of the technician so you know you are letting the right person into your house. When Chris arrived he was very nice, helpful, polite and comfortable to be in my home. He fixed the clog in the sink and order is restored in my kitchen again 🤗

Always, ALWAYS,, great and professional service from Champion. Today Brendan and Brayan came out to open up our bathroom floor to replace an intersection of pipe that was completely blocked by interlocking sections of root growth.

The guys were attentive, informatve, and worked quickly and fairly quietly throughout the day--jackhammering the foundation, digging out and replacing the piping, and re-pouring concrete beneath the toilet. They took care to cover the fixtures in our bathroom and minimize sound and dust coming from the work area. These guys were courteous and great!

I also want to praise Lori and Denesha for their help, guidance, and professionalism over the phone every step of the way!

Ethan seriously pulled through for me today. My water heater sprang a leak yesterday and I lost my hot water. The dreaded words "it has to be replaced" were told to me by a different technician for another company. The quote for cost concerned me because I wasn't informed as to the cost breakdown so I called Champion to see what they could quote me. They waived the consultation fee to send Ethan out and he explained to me all that needed to be replaced and why. Turns out my water heater was super not up to code and was very outdated, covering a large chunk of the cost. He made me feel confident in spending the money for a long term solution I would be happy with. He had the tank here and replaced with hot water running in just a few hours from his initial visit. Absolute king, thank you so much!
