I recently hired Brandon's Plumbing for a plumbing issue at my office, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their outstanding service. From start to finish, they were nothing short of exceptional.

After noticing higher than usual water bills, we determined we had a leak at our house but could not locate the leak. I had not connected yet with a local plumber so I picked Brandon's Plumbing from a Google Search, after reading other reviews and looking at their website. I was able to make an appointment, online, on a Thursday afternoon for the following Monday. I was contacted the following Monday by Josh, who let me know he was about 20 minutes away. I met him at my house, explained the issue, what I had looked at, and let him work. Within 15 minutes, Josh located the leak (bad water heater valve) and showed it to me. He then explained what parts he needed and answered my questions and provided a quote. Josh left to get parts and returned within 30 minutes. He made the repair and left no mess. He then showed me the work he did and explained the new parts. I was able to pay by credit card. I thought the charge was very reasonable and I was impressed with the quality of his work. Very good experience.

I had used Brandon's Plumbing a few times successfully in the past . Lately, I keep having to defend them when I refer people that have been having horrible experiences after calling them. I can see why now, something has changed since the last few times I used them.
From getting hung up on 2 times while trying to schedule the service call, receiving a quote completely out of line, to the unprofessional attitude of the technician... things have certainly changed for the worse.
I called about getting a water heater replaced same day and was told that it would be no problem. It is a straight forward replacement, on the typical steel platform in a garage water closet with nothing else in the way.
The technician showed up and the first thing he asked was if I wanted it done that day. When I said yes, he didn't even try to hide the fact that he wasn't happy. He looked for 5 minutes, came up with a story about how it wasn't up to code (this is a recently built home), and formulated a quote for over $4200. In a nutshell, $2700 higher than the other 2 quotes from companies who were going to have to do the work the next day, on a Saturday.
He charged me $125 service charge for his 5 minutes of work and thought it was funny when I asked if he really wanted to lose a repeat customer over this? His answer of "yes, that's my intention" sealed the deal.
So he shows up, doesn't disguise the fact that he doesn't want to do the job, creates a ridiculous quote that he knows will not get accepted, KNOWING that he still gets to charge his service fee, and walks away with a smirk on his face to go to the next customer and do the same thing.
BEWARE and STAY AWAY or this will be happening to you.

Well I'm sad to say that after using Brandon's Plumbing multiple times, I will take my business elsewhere.
I was charged almost $300 to have a 5 inch piece of PVC pipe replaced on my kitchen sink. Took them about 10 minutes. Called and asked for an itemized invoice, told that they no longer provide invoices. Don't know what happened to this company, but definitely not up to par.

Had a fantastic experience with Brandon’s plumbing. We had an urgent issue and when we called we spoke with Mary who quickly dispatched two plumbers to us who fixed our issue quickly at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend

Jason and Steven were absolutely fantastic. There was a bit of chaos at our house with a carpet installation going on at the same time in the adjoining rooms, but they worked with that situation with no problems or complaints. They were extremely thorough, polite, and even cleaned up the space after their job. I could not be happier with the service they provided and highly recommed Brandon's Plumbing to anyone who is considering a bathroom remodel.

We chose Brandon’s Plumbing to install a new kitchen faucet + wand and to replace two toilets with much nicer models. Our technician was prompt, friendly, and answered each of our questions. Both of us travel quite a bit, so we didn’t notice there was anything wrong for about two months. The housing on the sink wand was cracked, and we had only used it maybe twice and only to quickly rinse the sink. It was obvious that it was cracked during installation. With one of the toilets, the flushing sound doesn’t sound very strong, like it had with the older toilet. Turns out the wax seal wasn’t installed properly. The second toilet, the gaskets weren’t tightened, so the entire back unit was wobbly. When we first noticed the issues, we immediately called Brandon’s and they were going to charge us full price for a recheck. Full price! So, we went a different direction and got it sorted. We’ve heard they are a good plumbing shop, but unfortunately, we were disappointed.

Called to get a quote to replace sewer line going from home to city line. We called 3 other companies to do the same. They had to reschedule twice, which wasn't a problem, but when they finally arrived, they wanted over $400 just to give a quote! They claimed they had to run a camera through the line to see what was going on which is crazy. They are fully replacing the line, so it doesn't matter. We told them we weren't going to pay for that and they still charged $125 just to come out when they didnt even do anything. None of the other companies claimed the old line needed to be examined with a camera and none of them charged to give a quote. I couldn't believe this! They were dealing with my 95 year old aunt and had i known this was going on I would have made sure to be there. She was confused and didn't understand why they wanted so much money, but ultimately wrote them a check. I would avoid this company. They never told me when I scheduled that there would be a service fee and when I told them this, they tried to say they don't tell us abt pricing when we schedule, that it's up to the technician. So,what? ?

Brandon's Plumbing charges a fee for providing an estimate. I was not told about this when I called to schedule for an estimate for a whole house renovation. I was only told when the technician had finished his walkthrough of the property and required payment. Brandon's quote was also $12,000 higher than the next highest estimate I received.

They ruined our cabinets by cutting large holes in 3 cabinets, they were supposed to find and fix a leak. They were here 5 hours. Did not fix anything , but made everything worse and ruined our cabinets. We at least had cold water before they came. We had no water when they gave up and charged us $501.00. Incompetent, left us in a mess and ruined our cabinets. We are going to be out so much more money because of Brandon’s incompetence. Giving 1 star is too much. We have been scammed!!

I called Brandon’s this morning due to water leak in my yard. They were able to get today and get it fixed in record time, just in time for my daughter’s wedding. John and Steve were great. They were professional, friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10

Called them on Sunday (6-22) because we had no hot water. Agreed to pay the $150 fee for just coming out after hours on top of any parts & labor. Tech informed my husband that it could be up to $1000 in repairs with no guarantee that it would be fixed or we could replace for $2200-2400. Told him we had to think on it. Had another plumber come out on Monday, 20 minutes & $125 later he had replaced our limit switch & we had hot water in 30 minutes! I called the office to inform them & was told it would be reported to the owner. As of today (6-26) I have not had any call or text from the owner regarding this. I would HIGHLY recommend you get a second opinion on any work you might have them do!!

Guess I should have read the recent reviews first… I’d like to say that the ladies in the office are super nice, but definitely feel like I just got scammed. I came home at 6pm to no hot water and my water heater making a noise. I called them to tell them it needed replaced. They said they would send someone this evening. I asked if the repair would be made tonight, and they said yes. The technician called in route, confirmed information on the water heater and stated they had it in their shop. He gets to my home, shuts off the water and says it needs replaced. Then proceeds to say that they can’t come until Thursday (3 days from now) and it would be $2400. I told him I wasn’t worried about the price, because I was willing to pay the price for an emergency fix, but was told it would be done tonight. Just to be told they don’t have someone that can help do the work. I’m not going to pay over $1000 more than market value unless the job is getting done tonight like I was told. So I ended up just paying $125 for someone to turn the valve, which he broke in the process. Definitely could’ve done that myself. 🙄

Great service! Quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Mary and Sandra in the office are so helpful and quick to respond. Colton is very informative and I appreciate all his help.

Brandon’s Plumbing is a WONDERFUL company! Our family had a plumbing emergency that we needed help for asap. Brandon’s delivered and then some! Our service provider, Colton, was a jewel. He was extremely experienced and competent, quickly and expertly identifying the problems and remediating them. He was personable and bright. We consider him a tremendous asset to your organization. Sandy, our initial contact, is a tremendous asset as well. She made it all happen, and obviously cared about helping. WOW! David and Riley came out quickly and immediately diagnosed and fixed my tankless hot water system issue! They were very helpful and courteous! Thanks guys!

Had issue with my hot water heater, David came out and fixed it quickly, very friendly and did a great job! I also appreciate the receptionist, she is always friendly and helpful.

Randal performed a camera review of my sewer line. He was very professional and gave me a visual of my issue and recommended future treatment to prevent future drain problems. Very efficient and courteous. I would recommend this company and have been using Brandon’s for years and have always received prompt service.

David with Brandon's Plumbing helped us with a leaky bathroom faucet today. He was on time, honest, and solved the problem with expertise. I was very pleased with the service and will ask for him again when in need of a plumber!

John and Stevie were amazing and managed to remove all the roots that were clogging the main pipeline of the house. After failed attempts with other companies, I am extremely glad and happy for Brandon’s Plumbing work. Their price was fair, John and Stevie went above and beyond to fix the problem while explaining everything they did.
