The hot water faucet valve on my bathtub busted and I was unable to turn it off. 10:30pm and my tub is dumping hot water! New house for me, realized I had no idea where the main shut off valve was located. Looked everywhere I could think of. Called Brandon’s for emergency assistance. David called and attempted to save me the after hours fee by trying to walk me through locating a few things. No luck. Within 20 mins he was at my door and fortunately was able to get the tub to just a light drip until we could get parts to repair. He was kind, helpful and quick! Really appreciated his service!

I had an emergency tonight and David came out and hooked me up. I started a load of laundry in the washing machine and stepped out for a little bit when I came home when that washing machine drained, I had water everywhere in the laundry room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. I called Brandon's Plumbing, and David was there within the hour. He was very helpful and very professional. He cleared the main drain and got my plumbing pipes flowing again!

They charged me $91 to have a couple guys come out and lie to me to get me to buy a new hot water tank. They even lied about my gas lines. Just because I am a woman does not make me an idiot.

We have had super bad plumbing back up in our house the last year and a half it finally got to where our sinks in the kitchen weren’t draining at all and we had zero water pressure in our bathroom. John Steve, saved the day with the miraculous handyman skills and plumbing education. Not only did we get our sink fixed today, but they also left us with a bundle full of knowledge. Not that we wouldn’t love to see them again, but that way we didn’t have to see them again under these circumstances. John and Steve remained completely professional the entire time walking us through every step as they were doing it and even went back over a few things a couple of times. They did not rush, but did get things done in a timely manner and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. I highly recommend Brandon’s plumbing BUT especially these two dudes. WHAT A TEAM! David nichols was our journeyman plumber and his helper was Jax. Phenomenal service! They were truly hero’s! They got my water back up and running quickly! And they cleaned up afterwards. I was so excited I forgot to get a receipt. Truly great service. We will call them again in the future and refer them out!!

The plumber, Ryan, showed up on time and was professional and efficient. Fixed my leak quickly, and explained exactly what options I had in completing the task. I am a commercial real estate broker in Norman, and have managed several apartment complexes and commercial office buildings and retail space during the last 25 years - so I have used several local plumbing firms over the years. This work was done at my home. Brandon Plumbing is very versatile, and performs the full spectrum of plumbing services needed for commercial & residential work to include drain camera inspection. Highly recommend.

David, my technician today was the best I could hope for. I will request him by name going forward. I get anxious having plumbers, HVAC, electricians, etc coming into my home. Always looking for one of those types that you just trust what he tells you and David is that guy! As for Brandon’s, I actually called them because the first business i called didnt seem to have it all together. Brandons booked my appointment with no issues and all communication subsequent to the appointment and arrival time was spot on. Price was very reasonable. Friendly from the start. From Shannon in the office answering the phone to Tyler that did the work. Same day service actually sent a text and arrived about 30 minutes earlier than the time I was quoted. Reasonabley priced, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

My sewer line was clogged, he got on the roof and cleared it. Then went above and beyond my expectations by clearing my shower drain.

Had a dryer drain backing up. Wasn't 100% comfortable trying to clear it myself so I called VPS. They were very helpful in finding a technician available to swing by. Tyler arrived and in short order identified the problem (frozen water it trap (if I'd only known)) and cleared it up. Ran a few short cycles to ensure drain was clear and wrapped things up. Because he didn't need to snake it or do anything invasive...$50 house call fee. Very reasonable, will call again for any other plumbing issues.

Had a slab leak while away on a deployment in Germany. Shannon answered all my questions & even gave me a quote over the phone. While other companies were trying to over charge me. They gave me such a reasonable price that I just couldn’t say no to. I will keep doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend!

We had an issue with a water leak under our driveway. Tyler took care of cutting the concrete, fixing the leake, and replaced the driveway with new concrete. An excellent job by a service technician with a very pleasant attitude. If you want a job well done by a very pleasant individual then call these guys. I know I will the next time I need a pluming service.

Bryce showed up about an hour and a half after I called them and did a fantastic job. Installed one toilet, fixed a valve, shimmed a toilet and flushed my tankless water heater. Now I know who to use when I need a plumber. I would highly recommend!

This company is not professional and you can see from the pictures what their “repairs” look like. They should have replaced the whole pex line and instead decided to splice it multiple
times after multiple calls and attempts to
fix. Shannon (the owner’s wife) is the manger and hangs up on you when you confront/question her on the quality of repairs. Have had two other professional plumbers say “they would be fired” if their quality of work was the same as Veterans. Save yourself the trouble and money and call someone with more experience and professionalism!
