My experience was great, they gave me a two hour time frame and Ron was here after 30 minutes of the beginning of the two hour time frame. He also called to let us know he was on his way. He was very courteous, well mannered, professional, and very helpful. He fix our problem in a timely manner, but first he told us what the problem was and gave options on how to fix it and the price, of each option, then asked me what option I would like to use before beginning his work. I was very pleased and will definitely use Brandon
Plumbing again if needed...

Jason was great. He quickly assessed the situation and fixed the issue. He was polite and explained everything to me. He had someone with him whose name I did not know. The only negative was the gentleman with him smoked and apparently smoked while in my garage. The smell came into the house. Despite this I will continue to use Brandon's Plumbing. They have always done great work.

Josh provided excellent/professional plumbing service. He was on time and completed the job quickly, checked for leaks and cleaned the area. He was very knowledgeable and explained the details of his work. He provided some insight on dryer replacements accessories. I will recommend him and the Brandon' Plumbing to all my friends.

I called Brandon's Plumbing as a recommendation from my previous plumber who no longer services Norman. I am so glad I did! Not only were they able to visit the same day, they were able to install a new water heater. Yes, they did a site visit and THEN installed a water heater on the SAME DAY! They were so quick and professional. I had a small leak in the weld seam of my old water heater, and if they weren't able to replace it so quickly, I could have had a house flood on my hands. I am super grateful for all their help! Definitely will be using again for any more plumbing needs.

We have used Brandon’s Plumbing multiple times- ugh for us! We are heading to having pipes replaced but Brandon’s has helped us many times to unclog the pipes. Mark helped us today and he was professional and just great. He helped to resolve the current issue and was timely and efficient. Denver has come out many times as well and is always excellent. We are so fortunate to have found Brandon’s Plumbing and will be long term customers.

Steve was so friendly and helpful. He quickly identified the problem and solved it in under an hour. He gave us great advice on what to use to keep our our plumbing functioning well. He even cleaned out our bathtub (where we had dirt and water back flow), which I’ve never experienced with any plumbing company in the past. The pricing is more than fair. We will definitely use Brandon’s Plumbing in the future!

Ron and Mark from Brandon's Plumbing came out today and we could not be more pleased with the service we received. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They fixed our problem in under an hour at a very reasonable cost. They also shared some tips with us to keep the line unclogged and care for our plumbing from now on. What nice people! They genuinely care for their customers. We will definitely use Brandon's Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues and would encourage everyone else to do the same.

My experience with Brandon's Plumbing today was very good. They arrived in a timely fashion after calling to let me know they were on their way. They immediately took care of my plumbing problem and were on their way. They took the time to ask what and where my problem was. Robert and the other gentleman with him were very courteous and did the job promptly without any problems. I am very happy with the results and have been using their company for a long time . I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing service(s) They did an excellent job!

We purchased a toilet through Lowe’s and called Brandon’s Plumbing to install the toilet and also diagnose why the line wasn’t flushing. The customer service rep would not give us a quote for the cost of the installation and/or diagnosis, but we proceeded with making an appointment anyway as we’d used them before and had been satisfied with their service.

The team (a plumber and apprentice) were timely and professional. However, AFTER installing the toilet we purchased, they brought the toilet seat out and said it was broken. They then asked if we wanted to just “throw it away.” However, we kept the seat to exchange it at Lowe’s.

Fast forward exactly a month, and we noticed a significant spiderweb break at the top of the toilet bowl…exactly where the previously broken and exchanged seat would have been aligned. It took us a couple more weeks to call Brandon’s Plumbing about the issue, so a total of 7 weeks had passed. We explained the issue and asked how we might proceed given it’s logical to assume the toilet had been installed broken and the plumbers had missed it (which is understandable as the break probably started as a hairline fracture and then spread over the course of time). The customer service person we talked to was highly unprofessional. She said that Brandon’s Plumbing doesn’t guarantee parts that they, themselves, do not furnish, so they’re not responsible for replacing the toilet. I acknowledged that I wasn’t asking them to furnish us a new toilet (we’ll proceed to have it replaced via the manufacturer warranty); rather, we’d hoped they’d be willing to come reinstall a new toilet at a discounted rate (the original install rate was $380) since the toilet was presumably broken upon install and, as returning clients, we’d hoped the business would hope to secure a continued relationship. However, the customer service rep. continually claimed that it’s our fault the toilet was broken (not acknowledging the context of the broken lid being brought to our attention after install), it’s been 7 weeks, and there’s nothing they’re willing to do to resolve the issue.

That all being said, we’ll be discontinuing our business relationship with Brandon’s Plumbing, and I highly recommend that others find a plumbing company that’s more committed to customer satisfaction and dedicated to professional customer service.

So we called Brandon's Plumbing for a second opinion on a warranty company's plumbing contractor. We had some sort of hammering sound at our rental property and this company went out to diagnose and fix this. After a short bit, they returned with a diagnosis of a slab leak and a $2300 repair. The repair they were suggesting would require either busting up the floor in the house or just rerouting the line in question and the price didn't change regardless of the fix. Not wanting to just take the warranty companies word I called Brandon's Plumbing of whom we have done business with before. They sent someone out the very next morning and after a short bit we got a call and they said they had good news. It was very likely a bad exterior faucet causing the hammer noise in the wall. After they were done they put the plumbing under pressure to ensure the problem was resolved and there were no other leaks. Brandon's could have certainly said it was a slab leak and undercut the warranty companies contractor but they didn't. They were honest , fair and straight forward.

Called on a Tuesday and they had me scheduled for the next day. Denver called as expected and was actually early so I didn’t have to sit at home all day waiting which was a nice change. He was very professional and courteous. Explained what he would be doing and told me up front the cost before he started the work. Did an excellent job, cleaned up after he was finished. This company was recommended by a co-worker of mine and they were right. Good company and I would not hesitate to recommend them myself.

Brandon's Plumbing is awesome! I had been trying all week to get someone to come out and fix my outside faucet. I called Brandon's and they were all over it. They had someone here the next day. Our service technician was Matt. He was prompt and arrived exactly when they said he would. When Matt called to say he was headed my way, I recieved a text with his picture and a little bio on him. I thought this was a really nice touch. Matt explained my options and we proceeded with the least expensive option. Unfortunately, this faucet proved to be particularly stubborn and Matt had to replace it. He kept me informed throughout the process. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail. He opened up the wall under a cabinet so the repair would not be visible. He also cut the drywall in such a way that it would be super easy to patch. I can not say enough how impressed I was with Matt and Brandon's Plumbing. Keep up the good work. From now on Brandon's will now be my first call when I am in need of a plumber!!!

We knew we have a clog in our main sewer line but weren’t able to fix it ourselves. So I had called a big name plumbing company Sun afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the Monday afternoon. 2 hours after our appointment we were told they simply weren’t coming. I started calling other company’s but none had anything same day available.

Brandon’s Plumbing was actually recommended by another plumbing company so I gave them a call. They answered right away, no waiting on hold. When I asked if they could come out within the same evening and they said YES. Not ‘let me check’ or ‘well what’s the issue’ but simply YES. I received text updates about my scheduled appointment time as well as who my technician would be.

Billy was our technician and he was awesome! He arrived well within our appointment window and was super nice, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to get the line cleared quickly and made sure everything was functioning properly again in no time. He also didn’t mind my curious kiddos watching him work. Great job!

Google shows they service Cleveland County but they came all the way to Edmond without hesitation and arrived less then two hour after we called! Amazing service, will DEFINITELY call Brandon’s Plumbing again if we have any other plumbing issues.

We called Brandon’s Plumbing after our home warranty wouldn’t cover our service line leak. Being able to set up an appointment online was key. They were prompt in responding to our request and Dustin and Dusty were at our house earlier than we expected. Dustin and Dusty were easy going and professional, when they realized that the work was going to be more than just patching a line, they immediately called the office to get an estimate. We were also having issues with our pump switch and they fixed it all up for us. We had no issues asking them to come back and do the rest of the job for us in a couple of days. The office staff found us a spot in the schedule just a few days out so that we could get our water going back to our house. Doing everything digitally and even receiving the receipt by email is how we work, and is perfect for a company working with a tech savvy generation. Best plumbing service experience we have had so far, and we have had more than we would like. Thanks Dustin, Dusty, and the office staff at Brandon’s Plumbing.

I called numerous plumbers with no response or call backs and Brandon's Plumbing not only answered but was at my house within 24hrs of my call, they were even early. I have had a leak in my shower another plumbing company was responsible for a few months but did not want to fix after the fact and Josh showed me exactly what happened and had it corrected within an hour and a half. They cleaned up not only their mess but someone else's. Very professional, polite and definitely worth every cent. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys for showing up and doing a job well done. It was very much appreciated.

Josh was prompt, courteous, and patient when asked questions about the work he was doing for us. He was clean in his work and had a great attitude. His knowledge about what he does is apparent in his explanation of the problem. He made some excellent recommendations and everything he suggested would resolve our situation turned out to correct each time.

We have had some inferior service from other plumbing companies. Brandon's Plumbing will be our plumber for the future. It made our day to have the repair done so quickly and expertly.

We will recommend Brandon's to anyone needing plumbing service in the area. We hope this company thrives so others can enjoy their quality service. Josh represents them well and leaves the customer with a feeling of confidence after doing a great job.

We had a drain backup at our house in Moore. Brandon's came out in less than two hours after I called, and less than an hour later the drain was flowing again. The guys were professional, courteous,. and communication was outstanding.

Avoid! In an economy where every dollar matters, do not give any of them to Brandon’s. A simple line break took them all day to fix. They came unprepared and didn’t have anything they needed to fix the problem. They left several times. After watching them eventually fix the problem, it was obvious I could have saved 1800.00 and fixed the problem myself in less time. So disappointed with their service. Also, they broke several lines on our irrigation system which they said they won’t fix. Now, we will have to do that ourselves or pay another person to fix it. Our neighbor had a similar situation with this company that we learned about after the work was complete. I will be posting our experience on our neighborhood HOA page so the rest of our neighbors can avoid a similar experience. Lastly, who really wants a plumber that is not skilled enough to fix an irrigation system THEY broke?

I’d love when I can give a glowing review, but this company did not earn it.

Brandon's plumbing messed up our sewer because before they messed with whatever they did our toilet won't flush and also water is coming out in the laundry room because of whatever they did. We didn't have any problems until they starting fooling around with the sewer. They act like they don't care cause they told my grandpa that it is going to cost us $13,000.00 and why should we have to pay for something that they did?

Bobby with Brandon's Plumbing was very professional, efficient and hard working. He explained in detail the problems and the possible solutions. He provided the services in a timely manner and did a wonderful job making sure the work site was clean. I highly recommend him as a service provider.

We called Brandon's Plumbing Monday morning for the pipes under the kitchen sink. They were able to come out first thing Tuesday morning. The time line happened to work out perfectly for my family's needs. Josh called first and showed up in a timely manner. Josh was very professional and personable! He had the job done in no time at all and had every thing cleaned up and ready to go before leaving. We highly recommend Brandon's Plumbing for their service and excellent customer service, and not to mention their prices! IMO, by far the best in the market!
