They arrived on time, they fixed the problem quickly, and they didn't over charge me. I used them the last time I needed a plumber and will continue to use them since they're the fastest, did the best job, and they did cost less than other plummers. They're my #1

Called and was ready to pay for an after hours call. They had a cancellation and were here within 15 minutes. Very polite, did the job well with minimal mess. Will recommend to friends and use again!

Called on Sunday due to a pipe issue. They had Lowell out within a couple of hours. He was wonderful, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The rate for a weekend was suprisingly reasonable and they even offer either discount for veterans or senior citizens. Will definately use again. We will ask for Lowell again as he is such a genuine and kind person. His grandfather raised him very well.

I called Bob’s around 8:00 pm on a Friday night due to a floor leak in my kids’ Bedroom closets. Bob’s is local and said “24/7 “ service. Their answering service took my call and said someone would call me back. I have SOPPING WET carpet, mind you. Had to turn off the water to the house. Nobody called me back Friday night. I did get a call back at almost 2pm on Saturday. Sorry Bob, the other guys answered my call last night and were here bright and early this morning to fix the leak.

Called to clean sewer line. Done before, and takes 50-60 mins (rental unit). This time took 50 mins. But they billed for 1.25 hours (at high after hours rate). Asked for why the added time, then rudely stated the added time was for travel (10 min) and writing up ticket in the truck (15 min). 15 min ticket write up for 50 min job? They removed the added time after stressing this is not good business. I hired them for plumbing work, not paperwork.

Horrible Company! Completely unreliable! Talked to them at 2:15pm on a Friday and told them we had an emergency, water was rushing out onto the floor in my home. They said that they would be out shortly after 5:00pm. It’s now 7:00pm and my home is still a mess. My husband & I are in our seventies and really need help. We haven’t even got the courtesy of a call. When I called them back I got an answering service that was rude and told us we would hear back in 15 minutes from Bob’s plumbing. An hour & a half later no one has called. Please do yourself a favor call someone else!

Had a mid day Sunday emergency and Jason was out at our house within the hour. He was able to find out hidden clean out and fixed our issue quickly! He was very upfront, professional and offered advice. We are extremely happy with Jason's services!

Helpful from over the phone - looked into another brand that they didn't carry to work with the tight enclosure space. Informative about costs and work. Nice, professional people. The installer came back and fixed an issue later in the week the same day it was reported. Will always use them for future plumbing needs.

We had some minor issues at our residence. Lowell was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to solve our issues and find the root of the problem. Would recommend this plumber to anyone and everyone.

We experienced an after hours plumbing emergency. The on call plumber responded to our call immediately and directed through emergency actions that averted a much more serious outcome. Terrific service!

Had an after hours emergency!! Called 5 plumbers and only 1 returned my call "Bob's". Lowell was at my house within 1.5 hours and took care of my problem. Was very impressed with Lowell knows his stuff. Very reasonable and gives veterans a discount on top of that. Found my NEW PLUMBERS!!

These guys are great. They fixed two outdoor faucet handles that another pulling business had said could not be replaced. AND, did it in under an hour. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

The company sent well trained and knowledgeable plumbers. The problem was discovered after much digging, and a schedule is set to have them come back for a fix. The plumber (Lowell) stayed until 8:00 pm to finalize his work and clean up the area, then fully explained the problem. Great work!

I called hoping for a last minute appointment and they were super helpful in trying to get me in. The gave me a pretty specific time frame, only an hour, as opposed to the 3-4 hour span most places give you. He showed up when he was suppose to and they kept me informed by phone. Super nice and friendly office staff. The plumber came in, was polite and fix our problem in a very short order. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill too. Will use them again, definitely recommend.

My hot water tank started leaking this last weekend, so I stopped the water to the house and drained the tank. Called Bob's and they have been trying to be very helpful while they're short staffed this week. They sent someone out after hours to disconnect the water lines to the tank so I can at least have cold water in the house. I have an older house that's going to have to need some unusual repair work to fix the issue, so I already know it's going to take a little longer than I'd like, but that's to be expected. Especially since Labor Day is coming up.

The plumber who came out offered their suggestions for going electric versus gas (pros and cons) and was willing to work with me to address my concerns before estimating the cost of the overall work. I've emailed them to ask if they can tack on a toilet replacement, too. I give 4/5 stars so far just because we've had some problems with communication, but overall I'd definitely recommend Bob's for any plumbing needs. I'm pretty happy so far. They're knowledgeable, friendly, licensed, and they stand behind their work. I'll review more once the repairs have been completed!

Edit: So it’s a couple weeks after they did the installation of my new hot water tank and they did a GREAT job. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. I’m really happy with the work they did and how willing they were to show me the details of the new tank. They showed me how to set it for vacation, how to relight the pilot, and how to turn it off if I need to. They updated my hot water system in this old house. Even my water pressure is better. Weird and awesome.

Called Bob’s Plumbing and setup appointment. They called day before and 15-20 minutes before plumber headed my way.

Jason the plumber was very personable and did a terrific job for me. Pricing was good and he gave me an appreciated senior discount.

On the 4th of July, with our house full of family, Tammy from Bob’s Plumbing made an emergency service call to our house. Our plumbing was clogged and backing up. She was courteous, professional, fixed our issue in less than an hour and charged us a reasonable price for the service call. Highly recommend this company. Would definitely use them again!

I cannot say enough great things about Tammy from Bob's Plumbing. We have had issue after issue after buying our home three years ago and after trying out three different Norman plumbers, we have finally found an honest, trustworthy company. Tammy was able to find our issue and get it fixed. I will only use this company moving forward. I think Tammy spent a total of 7+ hours at our home over the course of two appointments and the pricing was very reasonable and our issues were completely fixed. So thankful for Bob's Plumbing.

Great service! Prompt arrival, diagnosed the issue immediately, and quickly repaired my sink. Prices were very reasonable and Tammie was professional and knowledgeable. We'll be using Bob's Plumbing for all our future needs.

I won't use their service again. I got charged for services that made the situation worse. My family had to live with that problem for over a week until the plumber came back. We were unable to shower that whole week. I was given a quote, ranging from $1000 to $1500, bill came out over $3000. I got charged additional charges every time the plumber had to come back and fix a problem he created. I have a sewage smell in my bathroom now that won't go away, and a crack in the ceiling of my dining room that one of them created when they got up in the attic. Big holes left in the walls behind the cabinets. They were supposed to come and look at the ceiling but haven't and apparently won't. I will have to hire someone to fix the holes in my walls and ceiling now. No one discussed cutting out the gas lines with me, but he offered to put gas lines in at an additional charge after removing them. Feeling let down and taken advantage of.

We've used Bob's Plumbing several times this year for various projects and they were excellent every time. We've used several different plumbing companies in Norman over the years and Bob's has been the best. They do a great job, don't overcharge, they're honest, arrive on time, pricing is very fair, and they're pleasant to work with.

One thing I like a lot is that the nice lady who answers the phones is actually knowledgeable. She knows to ask important questions about the job and she can answer a lot of questions too.

I would (and do) definitely recommend Bob's Plumbing to anyone looking for a good, reliable, honest plumber.
