Used their service for a shower installation in a rental unit. Communication was clear from booking to completion. The installer made sure everything met code and tested it thoroughly. Tenants haven’t reported any issues since.

Zero stars. Paid >$1,000 for one of his guys to come clean out/scope a line. He said he completed the job but it was backed up when I showed up. He came back out that night and tried to clean it out with no success. I paid a grand for nothing - should have paid <$500. Would not recommend.

Have had major warranty issues on our home. Custom Plumbing by Chris was the plumbing contractor through R&R Homes, LLC in Moore, Oklahoma. Purchased a $2,200.00 tankless water tank which has never worked properly. Started having problems four months after closing on home in December 13, 2012. Custom Plumbing has refused to honor the warranty. Sent a certified letter which was signed and received and still no contact to resolve. As of this writing, have no hot water but are out the $2,200 for the unit. We are now being told by the water department that we apparently have a water leak which has resulted in a $1,200.00 water bill.

I would not recommend Tracy. She comes off like she knows what she is doing but is very arrogant and uneducated in plumbing. The rim on my toilet is still leaking and the smell from the P-trap is still am issue. Over charged and nothing fixed.

One of their workers is running a side business charged me 450.00 to come out and my repairs are still not done worst plumbing set up ever can’t even re sheet rock u set my bath cabinets because of their work having to call another company to come repair all the damage including the initial problem
